This is a great house for a family gathering!! Updated, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was crystal clear & bed linens were luxurious. We don’t have an infant but the house is stocked with high chair & baby bath to accommodate families with littles. The games were an hit as well! Our communication with the owners was timely and thoughtful. We highly recommend!

Perfect location… 20 minutes to Omni golf course, 7 minutes from the Grandscape and the lake! Stores and great restaurants all around within 5 minutes.
House was clean, great entertainment for the kids with the pool and the games room.
Host was great at communicating!

Our family really enjoyed staying in the Colony. The property managers had obviously gone the extra mile and thought of lots of extra things that you don’t always find in rentals. Examples include: leaving some dishwasher and laundry detergent so you don’t have to bring your own, baby items like a high chair, pack n play etc, indoor and outdoor cups, enough kitchenware to actually use the full kitchen, some basics you always forget but might need like band aids, make up remover etc! The games room was a great air conditioned space to keep the kids occupied after a busy day. We would definitely stay again. Plus, they don’t have a load of ridiculous rules to comply with at the end of your stay!

The property was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. All accomodations were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay! Five Stars.

Really enjoyed staying here, the game room and pool table were a blast. House is spacious and very clean. Roku TV's in almost every room and super comfy beds. Updated appliances were nice and enjoyed chiiling in the back yard. It was too cold to use the pool but it was clean and the lights created a nice ambiance. Definitely recommend, whole experience was nice.

This was a great stay. All the amenities were super fun and kept us busy with stuff to do. The location was great. The colony is filled with lots of options. This place also sleeps a good amount of people. Has a adequate amount of cooking supplies. The pool was even clean for there being cold weather. This place has it all.

We were in town for a family wedding and the only thing that sucked was the cold weather and SNOW! This house is spacious, clean, plenty of room to spread out and SO much to do! Board games, table games and TVs in every room with ALL the streaming services! The pool and patio looked amazing, but with temps in the teens, we only enjoyed it from the patio door. Bedrooms have great beds, clean bedding and dressers with lots of space if needed. Lots of drawers, cabinets and closets have labels, so you don't have to search for anything. We didn't need much from the host, but they always responded right away if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The area is great! The house is clean and the kitchen looked very well organized. We didn’t stay long enough to use it. The beds were VERY comfortable. But the game room was the best! We had a lot of fun things to do in the city but the kids were so happy to come back to the house and play! The adults enjoyed it too. Would love to come back in warm weather and use the pool!

Absolutely terrific rental, full of games which kept my teen and his two 10-yr-old cousins busy when we weren't running to family events. Very comfortable, clean and the kids even jumped briefly in the clean pool one unusually balmy day during Thanksgiving week.

Great property for a relaxing weekend. Good DFW location, lots of games for entertainment, plus the swimming pool to cool off. Property was clean, drawers and light switches were labeled (nice touch), and easy checkin/checkout.

This was a great place! Choose to stay in the quiet neighborhood, enjoying pool & games/game room OR drive short distance to pretty much anything you could want. (We did a really great Escape Room)

Just the right size for a family. Pool was nice and enjoyed not only the pool table, ping-pong but also the board games which was a nice touch. One thing to caution is both the shower and bathtub were slippery and may advise slip strips or mats inside for safety.

Plenty of games, pool, all of the furniture was so comfy. They literally had everything we needed. The house was clean and very cozy. Would definitely stay again in the future.

My girls 5 and 7 were National qualifiers to compete in a CrossFit competition in Prosper. We came in a few days early to have a mini vacation. The inaws also flew in to support the kiddos. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. The house and pool were really clean. Easy to communicate with owners. Quick and easy commutes. Lots of choices for restaraunts. We all enjoyed The Colony Grandscape area too. Listened to music, walked, raced go carts, and played games. We loved the games at the house. We all played several board games and lots of ping pong in the game room. I would much rather have the privacy of this house than a hotel any day. I appreciated the stocked cabinets, coffee, and detergent. I went home with no laudry to have to wash later :)

Great location! Centrally located to all there is to do in the area. My family had lots of fun with all the games and the pool. The hosts are very attentive and easy to communicate with. Our only issue was with pest control. We communicated our issues to Mike and he was quick to address the issue. Other than the pest control issues which we’ve heard are a common issue in Texas, we had a great time.

This is a very nice home. The owners were very responsive and concerned with making sure everything was available for our stay. The home is located very close to a nice pedestrian path for running/walking., close to main roads to reach lots of additional entertainment, and comes with many accommodations within the home.

This home was perfect for our family of 6 during our weekend trip to the Dallas area. We all enjoyed being able to cook, swim, relax and play games. It was very comfortable and better than staying in a hotel. The beds were comfortable too! Definitely highly recommend!

This was such a great property. The details were fabulous and all of the extra games, pool tables, ping pong, and foose-ball were perfect to keep the kids busy!
The only recommendations is to have blankets for use in the living room and some Tupperware for leftovers.

We brought our son to Dallas to celebrate his 13tb birthday. With all the activities at the house it was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. It was located close to plenty of food choices and the neighborhood felt safe.

The property was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. This house was a perfect stay for wanting to stay in a hang out with friends we haven’t seen in a while. There were plenty of table games and board games to choose from. Plan on staying again when we are back in the Dallas area!

This house was the perfect venue for the bachelor party due to the location being so close to Grandscape in the colony, and all the other fun activities in the area. Mike was a great host and very helpful and informative. The place was great with lots of entertainment options, everybody had a fantastic time!

We are from Texas, but currently out living on the Westcoast and wanted to come home for the Holiday and have a nice spot to stay with our Texas family, and this was the perfect place! As advertised place. Very clean and organized and was perfect for our 3 young adult children and our 9 year granddaughter. Game room was a blast and pool table turned into our gathering place. Very nice time had by all of us.

The house was perfect for our family. It has something fun for all ages in the game room. Quiet neighborhood, great location and spacious. The game room kept the kids occupied for hours. The house was stocked with everything we needed plus more!! We just came in for the weekend to go to the Gaylord Texan. We will definitely stay here again.

We rented this home for hosting our family Thanks-mas. Our home is under construction and this house did more than just fill in for the job. Plenty of activities for all our teenagers, with space for everyone. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to cook a pizza or a holiday feast. The hosts were fantastic and this house is in the heart of it all. Minutes from shopping at Stonebriar Mall with more dining options than you can imagine so close to this home. If you’re not from DFW, this home is about 30 minutes from the airport. Quiet little cul-de-sac neighborhood. Thank you again!
