Great location, near Neptune Beach. Pool with slide was lots of fun! Clean, quiet location. Coffee, pool towels, toiletries, board and card games available for us to use. Adam was a fantastic host, helpful and available but never obtrusive. Would stay again 🙂

We loved the tranquility of the pool and the neighborhood. Close to everything we needed/wanted. Would definitely stay ahain. Highly recommend for 2 person getaway!

We truly enjoyed staying here for the weekend. The owner was super nice and helpful. He was very quick to respond. My boyfriend and I felt like it was the perfect size for the two of us. There was not a traditional kitchen but we didn’t mind since we enjoy eating out while on vacation. The pool was amazing and the one night my two young kids stayed with us they thought it was heaven. We our already thinking about renting again here for a long weekend in October. Highly recommend.

The property is beautiful, with many plants and flowers both inside and outside. It’s obvious that Adam takes pride in maintaining his property and enjoys gardening, which I, my sister and my daughter all appreciate! The rooms have a comfortable, fun vibe. Convenient location close to the beach!

Host was accommodating, answering texts quickly. He was all about giving guests their privacy. The property was well equipped, The place is very neat and clean. The pool was nice. The cats were friendly.

Pictures and description very accurate. Owner super friendly. Was there a total of 4 nights. Golf cart was a nice perk. Ate out once and then cooked on grill rest of the time. Very well supplied unit. Will stay here again when back in the area.

It was our first visit to JAX Beach. This VRBO home is located in a nice neighborhood. Great location to the beach, pier and area restaurants. Very comfortable space. We especially enjoyed the backyard sitting area, pool and the complimentary Kuerig coffee varieties. 😎🌴

It wasn't quite what I expected from the photos, from walking in from outside into the bathroom, and not having any place inside to eat. Little to no room for any kind of meal prep and as I never did find the hot plate, it was just as well that we ate all our meals out. The only place to sit, besides the bed, was a very uncomfortable convertible couch/chair. It appeared clean, but it does need some cosmetic work in the bathroom. I never did find the hot plate, so it was just as well that we ate all our meals out. As my title indicates, we just used the place to sleep, so we got what we paid for. We saw the owner once on our arrival, met with a wave. It met our needs, was relatively inexpensive, but not on my go-back-to list.

I stayed at this particular location due to it’s proximity to Jacksonville Beach and other attractions. The property was well maintained, and the interior was very clean. Everything you could need is provided. The shower is spacious, there is also a nice soaking tub. But I didn’t use it. Inside of the bedroom there is information about things in and around Jacksonville / Jacksonville Beach area. Which I thought was a nice touch. I used the pool and sitting area near it which was very peaceful. While sitting at the pool. The property owners cat made friends with me. Which caught me off guard due to some cats nature, but was great! The property owner Adam is a hospitable person. He’s knowledgeable about the surrounding area and was beyond kind and welcoming. 5 stars across the board! Thank you so much Adam. We appreciate you! Also so hello to the cat for me!

From the minute I pulled up I knew I was going to love this place because their Christmas declarations weee so fun and really showed the Christmas spirit! My son and I stayed here for three nights on a homeschool field trip and we loved playing all the board games, watching movies, swimming, playing basketball, and just enjoying the relaxing spot Adam has created! It has inspired me to make my backyard cooler next summer ! Def book this place!! You won’t regret it!!!

The location is not far from Jax beach. The place is clean and comfortable with a spacious bedroom and bathroom area, but the kitchen area is very small. We would stay there again.

Was a great place. Private, Clean and close to Mayo Clinic. Perfect for our 2 night stay. Especially the fenced in yard for our 2 dogs, they loved it. The temperatures were to cold to use the pool but it sure was inviting. We will stay again.

Adams place is wonderful beach location food and near football

Adam is such a kind and gracious host! Beautiful back yard with pool, garden, cabana, patio furniture, and grill. We would love to come back and stay longer.

Property was perfect. It was a relaxing little place. The owner is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He definitely went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Will definitely recommend.

We stayed here for one night on way down to Orlando. The property was nice and served us well for our one night. Adam was very responsive to any questions I had and even let us know we could stay later if we would like in our checkout day.

Adam's place was great! It had everything you could need and then some. It is really close to the beaches and town. But he also offers a backyard Oasis with swimming pool and slide if you just feel like hanging out! I even took a day trip to Amelia Island it's that close. I never heard anybody it was quiet and peaceful. It is private and tucked away on a nice street. Adam's communication is top notch. You won't be disappointed!

Everything was fantastic as the accommodations were exactly what my partner & I needed to rest & relax. The neighborhood was quiet & nice to walk my dog as there were friendly neighbors. The owner was very helpful & willing to answer any questions. Also, he was flexible to work with our schedule on checking in/out. I would definitely stay at this house again when I revisit in the future. 😊

We loved this house compared to just a regular hotel. Owners were really cool and we barely heard them. Would definitely stay here again!
