We had several issues that we addressed with the property manager. Some of the issues were safety issues and those were corrected immediately. Other issues were never corrected. When addressed the property manage said I was complaining too much. Since we were paid to not complain, we won't go into details. Overall, it appeared that squatters had taken over and were evicted the day before we arrived.

After five day we figured out most of the light switches except the driveway lights. On day 5 we realized they were on but couldn’t figure out how to turn them off. 😂 This house was very nice, spacious, and comfortable, the pool was awesome! Only disappointment was a full trash can of smelly trash left behind from the previous tenant. By the time we noticed the sanitation workers had come and gone.

We loved this beautiful vacation home! The furnishings were nice loved the decor. Very spacious home with a generous master suit. We enjoyed our time out in the pool/deck area. The pool was very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and we loved how close we were to the beach and all the stores. Overall I have no complaints that a dusting can't fix. This place was the perfect fit for my family and me.

Great location! House was big enough for 6 adults and one busy 18 month old! The pool was great, even with issues the last couple days. Short drive to Clearwater, Indian Rocks, and Madeira Beach (Johns Pass Boardwalk)! We had a great time and plan to come back! I would definitely stay at this home again!

Beautiful house and close to most places

The set up was great for our 3 kids. One room with 3 beds. They stayed in the pool until it was time for bed. The kitchen was large enough to not feel crowded with multiple people in there. The neighborhood was quiet and right around the corner from Publix and many restaurants. The beach was 7 minutes down the road which was perfect! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. We had a couple of minor issues/questions the first day and they were very responsive. The maintenance person came right away and addressed the issues. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood that had a beautiful salt water pool. The home was perfect for our family, including our grandchildren. It only took a short drive to get to the beach. I hope we'll be able to come back.

Management answered and returned calls quickly. The heated pool was nice, But sugar ants, occasional roaches and just overall filth and lack of cleanliness in the entire house was a total disgusting turnoff. Anything left unrefrigerated was covered by ants within hours. The throw rugs in all the rooms was stained and disgusting. The garage was locked and made unavailable. The location of the house is one block away from a Major Noisy Roadway and you can hear traffic and trucks starting and stopping at every light, and there is a self-storage warehouse right behind the house itself as well as a burning asphalt and acrid stink which permeated the air on a daily basis. I wish I had this information before I rented because I never would have stayed here, My wife and I couldn't wait to leave and get out, in fact we left a day early! Think twice before you rent this place, I know I wish I had!

Such a nice relaxing getaway for my family!!! Beautiful home close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Management (Nick) was very responsive and immediately available. Only recommendation NEEDS a pool heater!!! Hard to enjoy the freezing water, but we still got in… pool is beautiful and couldn’t resist!!!! I will definitely stay again!!!!!!
