We had my husband's siblings join us for a family gathering to enjoy beautiful southern Arizona. The home was cozy, yet had plenty of room for our group. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Plenty of space for our family of 7, however it would have been nice to have a place to hang things (ex: linens, bathrobes…) in the small bathroom. Also no place to set a bar of soap or hang a washcloth or towel in the shower. There was a vertical grab bar but it was partially broken, as well as a broken plastic hanger of some sort on the bathroom door leading into the den with the foosball table. The bedroom, with 2 beds, didn’t have any closets. We just draped our clothes over the table & chairs in the room. The laundry room has shelves & a rod with coat hangers, located in the bedroom closest to the pool. This place needs some upgrades like newer mattresses, but if you like soft beds this is your place. Also don’t quite understand the No Shoes policy, my tan socks turned black very quickly inside the house. However, we enjoyed our stay in Sierra Vista and the Columbian coffee provided by the homeowner was a nice touch.

Everything was as advertised. House was roomy and 7 of us were very comfortable.

Great house with a lot of room. After a long day of travel, it was nice to find some bottled water waiting for us in the fridge. Our family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The only downfall for more than 6 people is there are only 2 bathrooms. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything in the Sierra Vista area. The pool is private. Our host was a good communicator. Things that would have been nice - add a top sheet to the beds, keurig coffee machine (who knows how to make refill pot coffee anymore), black out curtains in the master, pool furniture, and maybe a few more seats on the living room. Definitely a place to consider if you are visiting Sierra Vista or Fort Huachuca!

During our recent visit to family we found this beautiful home. My family of 8 were extremely comfortable and relaxed. The home is situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with proximity to all of our needs. Our host made us feel welcome and even tried to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Can’t wait for another visit to Sierras Vista and will definitely stay again. Thank you for making our vacation special!!!

We were a group of 3 related families (3 siblings with their spouses and 3 children). The house is in a safe and convenient location. It is spacious and has an open layout with a large table for family meals and a smaller kitchen table for informal eating, gathering. The kitchen is also large and nicely laid out but was missing some essential items like a large pot for cooking pasta. Some new pans arrived midway through our stay. There was no WiFi when we arrived but after several calls, Lasan worked with us to get it working and set up the TVs. The pool is lovely but cold and the charge was $80 per day to heat it. We still had issues with the heater going off but we did enjoy it on a few days. 2 bathrooms for 9-10 people was OK but at times a little difficult. The covered parking for three cars was a great feature. Overall, Lasan was responsive and helpful in addressing our concerns. My family and I would like to stay here again if we return to SV for another birding adventure.

Stayed at this vrbo in Sierra vista for a wedding. Clean & comfortable. Owner seemed to find a reason to drop by or call daily.

The house is in an excellent location to visit the Tombstone and Bisbee area. The owner is very prompt in answering questions. If I return to the area, I will rent it again.

The house was big, clean, and as advertised. It was well stocked and the host was very communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, well-stocked with needed amenities and the owner/manager extremely responsive. A bit more run down than expected from the photos, and one of the bedrooms felt more like a converted sunroom. But it was more than enough space for our family.

We were very blessed to be able to use this house for my son's wedding. LJ was very accommodating and easy to work with we really appreciate him and our time in Sierra Vista Arizona!

The place is so homey. Everyone of us was wowed with the house. It’s very comfortable. We really feel at home.

The house is spacious and located close to everything including the military base. We used it as a business stay instead of getting a hotel. Worked great for our trip.

A great property and no surprises. The owner was quick to respond to communication and the property was clean and in good condition. It was disappointing the pool had to be drained as we were looking forward to using it but we were communicated to as to why it had to be drained. Overall great experience and lovely house.

Renting Online was very user friendly & easy to navigate .

We took a week long trip to see our daughter and grandkids who live on base. The location was perfect with only a 10 minute drive to see her and maybe a 10 minute drive to get to stores, groceries, restaurants etc. The pool had a few issues that we notified the owner about, he went out of his way to get the pool ready for us so we could have the grandkids over for a bbq and swim. Great owner, easy to get a hold of and cares that you have a nice stay in his rental. Would definately recommend this property and can't wait to visit again!

Walking in the door the home is open, attractive and clean. Inside and out the space was great for our large group of 12, even with only 2 bathrooms. The backyard was fabulous with so much covered patio space that we were comfortable rain or shine! The foosball table was a real hit with the kids! The neighborhood was great for walking! The host was very accessible via text to answer questions and even called once. Would love to stay again! Thank you LJ

From the very beginning of registration through check out, the experience was top notch and responsive. The place more than accommodated our family and was centrally located.

The host was always available to answer any questions. The home was very well appointed and immaculately clean. This would be a great place for a large group to relax in . . . we were so happy to be able to have a relaxed BBQ in the back patio, just enjoying one another. The visiting birds each day were great and the views from the living room out to the mountains were wonderful. Highly recommend. (And I am a very finicky New Yorker so it's no easy feat to pass without a criticism anywhere). 5 Stars all the way. Thank you again for such a peaceful relaxing place to be.

Great home with lots of amenities. Enjoyed the lovely heated pool everyday! The host provided excellent customer service with his prompt and friendly communications.

The house was very nice and the owner was very responsive. My family and I were in town to visit my son stationed at Ft Huachuca in the Army.

We were in town to visit family and this was a great centralized location and easy to find. Very clean. Great response from host. The downside is that it's advertised as sleeping 16 but anything over 8 you are charged for additional guests. One couple choose to stay at a nearby hotel rather than with the group as it was cheaper than the extra guest fee.

Great place for our family to gather for our trip back to Sierra Vista for my dad’s funeral. The house was very large and had plenty of seating to gather and visit. Bedrooms and kitchen are large and a bathroom on each end of the house was nice to have. Every amenity we needed was available and the large back yard was nice!

We stayed in Sierra Vista to be able to take day trips to Tombstone and Bisbee. House was clean and well maintained. The home had everything we needed to cook meals for the entire family and enough beds for our family of 7.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. Four generations of us stayed here, and everyone had a great time. The home was clean, spacious, and in a good location. We loved the big, well-equipped kitchen and the living areas. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. We especially enjoyed the showers. Plenty of space for kids to play outside. We highly recommend this home, and would stay here again.

LJ was a great host. Easy to communicate with. The house was perfect! Great place for our family to stay and spend some quality time together. Great location. Close to stores, easy drive to Tombstone and Fort Huachuca. House was very clean and had all the amenities. I highly recommend.
