Enjoyed having a pool. Nice neighborhood and we all felt safe. Response time from owner was a little delayed, but our needs were met.

This place was super clean and spacious for a large family! We enjoyed the screened in porch/pool area! The kitchen was accommodating for our needs! Close to the beach, shopping and excellent restaurants. We celebrated our 30th Anniversary with our kids and grandkids. Wonderful experience! 5 stars for my overall experience! Bonus: It snowed 1 foot from our home town Minnesota while we were in sunny Florida!! 😎

The property was what we expected. We had a couple issues that Joseph helped us figure out, in a timely manner. Also, we needed a highchair, and they had one dropped off within hours. We thought the neighborhood and location was perfect for us. Lots of fun things to do and see, less than 30 minutes away. Our family had a fantastic and very memorable time staying in this property. (FYI: One of the bedrooms with a single bed doesn't have a door.)

In general, we were pleased with our stay. The property has large open space which makes it great for groups. There were more than enough bathrooms. The house was spotless. There were numerous family-oriented games and activities available. Our major concern was that the heater for the pool was not operational which of course is necessary in February. The owner, Joseph jumped through hoops trying to get it fixed while we were there, and he did give us a small refund when asked but we booked this property specifically on the property having a heated pool. Another minor issue is that the description of the number of bedrooms on the listing should be corrected. There are not 8 bedrooms. All in all we have a fun stay and appreciate Joseph letting us use his beautiful property.

This house couldn't have been more perfect. The space allowed us to be together in a huge common area cooking, playing cards, or watching tv. It also gave everyone a place to go for some alone time whether it be a bedroom, the patio around the pool, or the front patio. Centrally located, we had groceries five minutes away and the beach 10 minutes away. We also checked out a little sunset festival at Pier 60 on Friday night. So much fun. We all agreed that a return to this house is a MUST!

Great house meet our needs perfect. Rooms and house conditions are exactly what we expected and what was represented in the photos. Host communicated great. Would 100% stay there again!

We were in town for my daughter’s New Year’s Eve wedding, had family from out of state stay with us, and we brought our small dog with us. The house was terrific and they even had a Christmas tree up which was so nice! We all had a great time! Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our family of 15. Each smaller family group had a level for the rooms and bathrooms, which was perfect. The living area was great for hanging out with the whole group, and yet cozy enough for finding a corner to slip into alone. Joseph was a great host, very quick to respond to questions. We’d definitely stay here again if we come to the Tampa area!

The home was clean and well furnished. The screened in pool and patio as well as the hot tub were definite highlights. My only complaint is the listing says 6 bedrooms. There are only 5 bedrooms. There is a twin bed in a common area upstairs and a sofa bed in the downstairs living room. Overall, the property was great and the property staff were super responsive.

Great place to rent with family and friends! Highly recommend it. Host is very accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would rent there again!

The home is huge and well kept!

This has been one of the best family gatherings that we have had, this is an amazing home! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was so nice for everyone to have their own private bathrooms that allowed everyone to get dressed an arrive at the Wedding Venue on time. Everyone feel in love with the home and would love to stay there again. The host was very kind and accommodating. Definitely a 10 star property! Next time we will have to make time for the boat ride that the hosts offer.

Beautiful and spacious. plenty of rooms and bathrooms to get ready for wedding. Great open plan for gathering together with extended family. Ample parking for guests. Pool and games kept young people entertained all week. that was a great feature. Hosts were very kind. Wish we had more time to take advantage of the boat.

Our family was a group of 10 including my two small grandchildren. This home had every amenity you could ever need. The outdoor shower and the extra fridge in the garage was an added bonus with such a large group. Joseph was so easy to work with on everything from the minute we booked the home. We will definitely book with them again

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our favorite part of the trip was the boat ride.

We just left after a 4 night stay over Memorial Day weekend. The place was awesome for our family if 10 including 4 kids, a baby and adults. There were 5 bedrooms plus a little loft area. Not to mention all the bathrooms. The living room was great for family dinners and relaxing. We spent almost all day in the pool. There were plenty of towels for all of us. We didn’t have a chance to, but there were multiple games for everyone to play in the garage. The place is located essentially by so many different things, restaurants, grocery stores in the beach is literally eight minutes away. Parking was also ample. And 10/10 RENT THE BOAT! Joe was an absolute blast as a captain, and we had so much fun, even though the water was busy being a holiday weekend. We will def be back when in Clearwater area again!

Best house in clear water

Pros: (1) beautiful house with ample space (accommodated 10 adults, 3 kids, and 1 dog), a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, corn hole, huge driveway, and a garage; (2) location is within a very reasonable distance to not only the beaches, but also many restaurants and grocery stores; (3) neighborhood is very safe (4) house was clean (5) house contained every imaginable kitchen appliance and utensils, the bathrooms had essential toiletries and towels, there were pool towels, and the bedrooms had clean sheets and all other linen. Cons: (1) AC in the upstairs open room that doesn’t have a door did not function during the entire stay; (2) communication with host was fine overall; however, when I informed the host about the same AC not functioning, I was told that the lower/main level AC was big enough to cool the entire house and that the AC guy could come take a look the next day. No AC guy ever came during the entire stay and there was no further communication from the host about it. I set the lower/main level AC to 67 to try and cool the upstairs area, but the air did not reach the upstairs area. Because the lower/main level AC was set to a lower temperature in an attempt to make the upstairs area more bearable in such hot temperatures, the AC started to leak.

Our guests were highly impressed with the venue and all its amenities. Due to its many rooms, we were able to have a beautiful reunion of friends and families that we'll remember for years to come. It is also near shops, the beach, and anything else you may need, which is great if you need to rush out and get anything. I would gladly reserve it out in the future if we ever need a larger house near the beach again.

This unit was great. Very clean and the owners have made sure it is furnished with everything you can think of. This includes the kitchen, pool area. And beach gear. The open floor plan is great for a large group. The bedroom set up with each having a bathroom works great. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this home. A big thank you to the owners doe sharing this slice of paradise!

Great home. Great location. Joseph was amazing and very responsive. You MUST go on his boat. He took our vacation from a 10 to a 10+.

Boat ride was great. House had lots of room. Pool was cool no way to turn up the heat. House needs a bit of a refresh and a few minor repairs. Home was clean. Extra fridge was great but dryer took forever. Host was very quick to get back to us.

Joseph was more than accommodating and was eager to help us enjoy our family vacation by offering us many tips of places to visit.

Mostly the house was occupied by two couples but for a week we very comfortably hosted our daughters and their families totaling 10 occupants. The pool was mostly too cool to use and needed to have the vacuum manually adjusted daily. We were disappointed in not being able to use the mailbox. Kitchen supplies were somewhat limited but when pointed out additions were made. The boat ride with Joseph and Sonia was delightful and is recommended.

House was great. It fit us all nicely. Pool was cool. So, unfortunately we didn’t use it as much as we would have liked. Sadly we missed out on the boat ride. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.
