We had a nice stay at the property. The unit is very very dated and not completely accurate to the description. It felt very rundown and the actual property is not in good condition. While we enjoyed the stay we would not recommend it for a family going forward.

This spot met all our needs which were primarily a great location and a comfortable place to get a good night's rest after skiing. It had all the basics and was very cozy.

Great apartment for 2 couples or small family. Very clean, well stocked, and easily accessible. Close to the mountain and walking distance to all things downtown.

First and foremost, the location of this condo cannot be beat. We loved being walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store, and everything else in town. Getting to the mountain was quick and easy - with the shuttle (picks up hourly) and with driving ourselves. The living room, kitchen, and balcony were superb for our group of four + a doggo. The few surprises - the baseboard heating does not work in either of the bedrooms, and while there were space heaters in both we would have appreciated some info / instructions -- we incorrectly assumed the baseboards would work and were surprised by our first cold night. Furthermore, there weren't comforters in the bedroom - just (super nice) knitted blankets over the sheets. Comforters are a must in the winter given the heat didn't work as expected. Lastly, we loved having a working fireplace in the living room! We couldn't find a lighter in the house but made due. The only real downside was the flue damper might be broken? We tinkered with it and it was indeed open - but it was hard to tell and instructions would have been appreciated. Overall - definitely recommend this spot for its location, especially if travelling with a dog!!

It was an arctic plunge outside and inside temperature dropped to 60 degrees. Only thin blankets on beds resulted in shivering and sleeping in winter jackets. The property was fine, but I expect more (real blankets on beds) when paying over $600 a night.

Its hard to find close to ski place when you have a pet. Highly recommend

This riverfront condo was awesome! Only a mile from Okemo skiing and the sound of the river right outside of the door! It is right in the heart of town with shops, hardware store, gas station & restaurants just steps away. It was clean, spacious and toasty warm in the cold weather of December. We were pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked it was with dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils and even dish soap and some cooking spices. The only drawback was that the washer & dryer were not located in the condo. They were just down the hall and required quarters to pay for each load, but it we were able to get quarters at the bank across the street. I would highly recommend this place.
