Comfortable property with channel water access. Though it rained all week, we still had a great time. Plenty of seating and beds. Kids liked the bunk beds and the screened in porch for watching the thunderstorm.

Chris's property is comfortable, clean & stylish. The accommodations are very comfortable, kitchen is well appointed. a good to place to stay to get away from the hustle bustle of big city life. the master king bed (and pillows) make you want to take naps! the cannel that the house is on is narrow, making boat docking a tad difficult, turning around we found challenging with a 16' boat, but doable with a little patience. Over all this place is a good bet.

This is a beautiful house for staying in or being outside. Ten of my girlfriends and I have camped annually for the past 29 years. Camping has evolved to VRBO options in our 50s and 60s. This house still has all the outdoor elements we enjoy like the waterfront, fire pit, and outdoor deck with seating. There was ample bedding for everyone. The kitchen and table had space for everyone to prepare and enjoy shared meals. The living room provided a comfortable space to lounge and exchange gifts. The Wi-Fi and smart TV allowed us to share photos and videos. The neighbors tolerated our laughter on the deck while we respected the overall quiet vibe of the neighborhood. We would love to return next year. Perfect spot.

This was a great home for us to stay at on our trip to Montgomery. Well stocked kitchen, clean home and plenty of space with some fun quirks that we enjoyed. Peaceful neighborhood and great communication with the host.

First off, Eric is the best host ever!!! Responds quickly to messages, very accommodating and just an awesome host. We VRBO’d for the week and it was fabulous! Location, boat slip, just ever about it. We will definitely make plans to stay there again!!! Thank you Eric!

We checked in flawlessly!! The weather wasn't great in the beginning but it cleared out. We boiled crawfish and shrimp. Sat outside and visited! Played games in the evening. Did a little fishing, caught a couple and smoked one on the grill. Had a huge Easter dinner!!! Had lots of fun. Eric the owner was amazing with any questions or issues. Would love to stay again!!!!

This home was perfect for spending time with our family. We had 5 children (14,10,6,4,3) who loved the secret staircase in the closet leading to a loft! The Foos ball table, the game closet, and kayaks were enjoyable. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the boat slip/dock

My family and I adored this charming retreat. It was the perfect getaway for us to relax and recharge. There are several pockets in the house that allowed you to nestle in for some quiet time-my personal favorite, the swinging daybed. I loved that there were mature shade trees that kept the areas cool allowing you to enjoy the outdoors pretty much at any time of the day. A huge bonus for us was that there was an area for us to park our boat. The host was top notch-excellent communication, very accommodating and provided us with an unforgettable stay with every detail thought out. We will definitely be back!!!

Loved this home. Great updates and decor and plenty of space for our crew. Loved the cozy screened in porch with large swing bed. Nice covered spot to store our boat. Great host and communication.

Amazing getaway
This property was the best choice for a weekend great away. We went to celebrate my 12 yr olds birthday and the kids had a fabulous time. Beds are super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!!!

This house is great. It has everything you could want. The air conditioner works great. Quiet neighborhood. Walden has a wonderful donut shop called Jack and Jill if you get a chance try it. You will love it We would return again to this house.

This home is PERFECT! It is well kept, very clean, in a great location and decorated as if it was on the cover of a magazine. Eric was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to every question I had. He even left us the cutest welcome basket. We’re already planning our next stay here!

RenFest Fun
We selected this property for its nearness to the Texas Renaissance festival. Host Eric us prompt in his communication and easy to work with. The home is delightful, well appointed and even fun. The house backs up to a quiet lake channel and it is in a densely populated area. Do bring your own wash clothes if you require that as a personal need. Several grocery stores are nearby. My family members liked the house so well, they wanted to buy it! I would not be surprised if we stayed there again.

Awesome!
We just loved the house, it was very comfortable and relaxing, especially the enclosed outdoor swing bed! The three-story-bunk beds (as my kids called them) were a big hit. The owners left a nice welcome package and even a birthday gift for our 9 year old (he was very surprised, another bit hit). The neighborhood was welcoming, even the free-roaming deer! The neighbors were very nice and friendly. There is a Walmart about 7 minutes away. We will definitely return.

Quick Getaway Trip
Wonderful time on Lake Conroe. We took our boat and had no issues with launching and was able to leave trailer in driveway which was a huge help. Easy in and out access of the boat as well. Best part was able to bring our golden retriever Cooper.

We had a great birthday getaway with a few friends and family. We really enjoyed using the boat slip and easy access to lake. There were a lot of toys and games for the kids and Eric took the time to provide a birthday surprise and welcome package. The host was also very responsive when we had some questions on the lights. Thanks for an excellent stay.
