Spacious for a family of 6

Very clean, comfortable and well appointed house. Location was perfect for us (visiting family that live on Johns Island). Main Road pretty congested around high school start times but we could work around that. Host responded quickly to an issue with the dryer not working. We enjoyed our visit!

Perfect spot for our small family of 6 adults. The house was clean, conveniently located and our host, Guillermo, always responded promptly to my questions. We would gladly rent from him again.

My daughter was getting married about 15 minutes from this house. We had family with us that have trouble doing stairs, and this house had very little. We had six adults and a seven-year old, and we were very comfortable in there. We even had a few visitors and there was plenty of seating. Thank you! My only suggestion would be more hooks/bars for towels to hang.

The house was very nicely updated and clean. The host was extremely responsive to all inquiries. It also had the most comfortable mattress . I will definitely stay here again for future horse shows since it is only 15 mins from the barn!

Property owner is very responsive and organized. Easy check-in, and welcoming setting inside. House was immaculate, all needs were there from crisp, clean bed linens, towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, all kitchen needs, etc. Location convenient to some quality local stores and great restaurants, quick trip to beach, 30 min to Charleston, perfect location for a day trip to any desired area of interest be it Kiaweh, Ravenel, Walterboro, James Island. Would absolutely stay again!

The house overall was okay. It’s definitely an older house and shows it’s age. It has poor HVAC circulation. Half the house was too hot and the other part was freezing. There were several soft spots in the floor throughout the house. There were exposed outlets with no covers and broken blinds. There was trash in the outside trash can left from the last people that we had to take care of. I will say the response time from the owner was very quick and they were very nice. I think it was falsely advertised, the pictures in the listing shows a nice house but doesn’t show or mention what was wrong with it. Definitely a disappointment to see all that when you pay alot of money to stay there.

Easy rental, smooth check-in, nice property

The home is an older home, but comfortable. We arrived about 45 minutes early and the brother of the owner was there. We were graciously allowed to check in. The owner was easy to contact if we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was great, clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice location. Close to Charleston but still out in the country. The owner was very quick to reply when there were any questions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

House is lovely in a rural setting. You are just far enough away to experience nature but at the same time close to Charleston and Follly.! The owner has been working on updating the home and it is lovely. My family and I enjoyed our stay here.

My family and I had a great stay. There are four bedrooms, plenty of linens, keurig, coffee pot, towels, and pillows. The wifi is a little slow, but it was enough to run streaming on the front tv and back tv at the same time. Overall 5 stars. About 20 to 25 minutes to Kiawah beachwalker Park. This was a great stay. Our hosts were very repsonvive with everything we needed. Thank you to our hosts.

Nice commute to beach house is completely worth the drive and to not be so close .Has a fire pit with provided wood and a big yard for kids or animals or both. Would recommend to anyone and hope to use again

House was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view in the back. A/C worked great. Beds were comfortable. About 30 minutes from Folly Beach. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean and updated and the beds were comfortable. There were 7 of us and we spent a lot of time in the morning and evening on the back porch. It is private and has a comfortable southern feel and the neighbor's had a water feature pond which added to the serenity.

Nice place, not to far from downtown or Folly Beach; however, there is quite a bit of traffic in the area but not like DMV. The property is a little hard to find and it's located next to a fire house on a main road.

The house was perfect for our get away. The owners were very accommodating. Only negatives were that there weren't any cookie sheets, baking pans, or casserole dishes. I ended to getting some foil ones and leaving them in the bottom drawer of the oven. There was also only one pot holder. Everything else was great. The beds and pillows were comfortable. They had everything else you could ask for.
