Perfect tropical house that was situated just right near everything.The house had everything we needed: dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer, stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator & also a wine refrigerator. Property and house are very clean and in great shape. You can tell someone put a lot of thought into the flow of the house, including the outside sitting area & pool and hot tub.The kitchen is large and lots of counter space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all sorts of cooking and baking house-wares.The beds were so comfortable and clean. Exceeded expectations. Definitely recommended for a couple looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Lovely hosts and beautiful property. Thank you!

Wow, this home was so awesome and was in a beautiful, safe neighborhood - we hated to leave and would love to plan a return trip! The home was even nicer than the pictures and had all the amenities you could need. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable, showers were great, plenty of soft towels, and a very nice layout in the kitchen/living area which was nice for the family to hang out. Oh and the pool - such a tropical oasis! Pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect and there were lots of rafts to use and plenty of seating around the pool. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Randy was an excellent communicator; great instructions before we arrived and we never had a single issue during our stay which was great. Can’t say enough about this awesome property… Randy, thank you so much for making our home away from home absolutely perfect!

The home is clean, well equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub is very private and the landscaping is wonderful! Randy was very responsive and provided a lovely home for us.

We came to Tampa for a family get together. The house is truly a "Tropical Paradise" in a great neighborhood. The property is beyond beautiful and we couldn't of been more pleased. Randy was a more than great host and showed his dedication to making our stay wonderful. The house, neighborhood and convenience to all Tampa has to offer is far beyond 5 stars. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer.

Property is located in prime walkable South Tampa neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shopping and Bayside Boulevard. Pool was a private haven, with plenty of clean towels. Home has open plan, was very clean and bedding is comfortable. Randy is a conscientious and responsive host. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

The entire rental process was enjoyable. The property is lovely…picturesque and cozy…with all the possible amenities available. Neighborhood is perfect in itself but is conveniently located to many sites & attractions. The owner was wonderful in providing helpful information and was always available in case of questions or issues. I would highly recommend this listing and personally hope to be back again soon.

My wife and I visit Tampa often and were looking for something a little more comfortable and private than a hotel. The Virginia Park house has the privacy, comfort, beautiful kitchen, and tropical outdoor space that we were looking for. It's a wonderful place to spend a week or two in a quiet neighborhood that's only a short drive to everything in Tampa. Very nice!

This property is beautiful in the photos, but even better in person. Impeccably clean and well kept, tastefully decorated and really well stocked for all your needs. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Randy is the most gracious and responsive host. We feel very lucky to have found his place and plan to return when we next visit our friends in Tampa. This property is a true gem! Randy, thank you so much for your hospitality!

We have 2 small kids and this home was perfect for our long weekend. The layout inside worked beautifully for us, great kitchen (stocked with more than we needed), the pool area was beautiful, overall the home inside was just as described. The communication with Randy was great. The location of this home was wonderful- short drives to the aquarium, zoo and Hyde Park. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a quiet family friendly home which is very comfortable and updated. Highly recommended for any Tampa visit.

The home was immaculately clean and well stocked. Randy is an excellent communicator and very accommodating. I can’t say enough about how awesome the pool and jacuzzi setup is. We thought we would spend more time out and about in the city than we did because of how fun it was just hanging out at the house.

If you are looking for the most magical indoor outdoor living experience, then, this is your stay. Beautiful, beautiful and more beautiful.

We loved our stay, and will certainly be back when we’re in town! The photos don’t really do it justice. The home had everything we needed. Randy is responsive and very nice. Would highly recommend staying here.

To say this place lived up to its billing is an understatement. The renovations they did to the place are amazing. It had top of the line appliances, very nice floors, and comfortable beds and other furniture. The pool area was the best, though. Plenty of room to move around, and outstanding landscaping. The app you download to control the pool/spa equipment, was easy to use and a really nice bonus to have. Randy, the property manager, kept in touch to see how everything was going and if we needed anything. The cabinets were well stocked with everything you could need. There was plenty of Keurig poles, toilet paper, paper towels, spices, etc, which most places don’t supply you with. There was also a good supply of soap and shampoo for the bathrooms. The only downside is the parking. They want you to park in the driveway, but there’s only room for 2 vehicles. Not a huge deal if that’s all you need, but we had friends stop by who had to park a block away. It is a little pricey, but well worth the money. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Our family stayed here with our three kids (twin five year olds and a 6 and a half year old). The kids loved the pool/hot tub area so much, they wanted to stay there more than going to places like Legoland or the Zoo! The adults loved the clean, well-appointed interior. The kitchens and bathrooms were especially impressive. There was plenty of room for everyone with the two bedrooms and the murphy bed. Randy was a very responsive host, and we never had any issues reaching him or understanding the instructions. We will definitely be looking to book again next time we come to visit family in Tampa.

Listings are often not what is advertised. This home was everything and more. My family absolutely loved it. All the amenities you could need. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi area. Beautiful kitchen, etc. We will surely be back!!

My daughter and I had the absolute pleasure of staying here for 6 days over spring break. The house was immaculate, and was outfitted with supplies and conveniences galore. We enjoyed the gorgeous tropical backyard oasis daily! Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, a wonderful host, and a beautiful property … vacation perfection.

The description of this property and the photos were accurate. The house was very comfortable and well maintained. The host was exceptional. He left us a welcome gift and provided us with recommendations for restaurants in the area plus things to do. We requested access to cable for the primary bedroom television and the host, without hesitation responded. Without prompting, the host had the pool skimmed to remove leaves, which we appreciated. On our next visit to this area, we look forward to working with this host again.

Wow, doesn't even cut it! The property was so much better than the pictures and Randy was top notch!. Everything was provided and he was so attentive and responded immediately.. I am a former host and Randy went above and beyond my expectations...We are definately coming back to this amazing property....Thank you Randy!!!
