The house is just as listed. Plenty of space for a large group. The view gorgeous. Kenny and Margo were wonderful! If you are looking for a great home and beach this is the place for you.

Our week was simply amazing! Kenny and Margo took care of all of our needs and made sure we were well taken care of. The house was perfect with the best views. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed the back porch swing overlooking the beach. Everything was within a short golf cart ride. When visiting be sure to visit Papas Scoops for the best soft serve ice cream. Underwood Charters also made our fishing trip a memorable one. A big thanks to Kenny for handling all of the bookings. We will definitely be back in the future.

There is simply no better place for the family to get away by the beautiful sea. Kenny And Margo take good care of everyone in the house as well laid out for a family gatherings. We had a wonderful experience in lovely Spanish wells!

We had an incredible stay at Palm House! The beach and ocean are right at the doorstep. We enjoyed snorkeling right in front of the house every day to see what new sea creatures we’d find. We were lucky to find a few sand dollars! We kayaked out to the nearby island which was tough, but well worth it because there is a coral reef surrounding it so the snorkeling was incredible! The beach is pristine and very pretty unpopulated so it’s very quiet and peaceful. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable. They were kind enough to leave the sunscreen and alcohol from the previous renters, so that was a bonus! Kenny was available for anything we needed from the taxi to the excursion. The grocery store was very close and we enjoyed all of the restaurants.

Everything went smooth, check in , lots of spices, dry goods, leftovers from previous guests. The deck was amazing, beach front was fantastic . Eclectic decor was appreciated by all. Would recommend this property for groups as advertised.

We just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at the Palm House in Spanish Wells. The property is located on what I feel is the most beautiful beach in the world. The house was perfect for my extended family. Comfortable rooms, large kitchen, and a cozy family room are set up well. Our favorite spot was the huge deck overlooking the beach and ocean. Low tide exposes expansive sandbars the you can walk on for hundreds of yards into the ocean which is a great place to see sea life like starfish, conch and multiple varieties of fish. There are kayaks, paddle boards and bikes available too. Most importantly, our local hosts, Kelly and Margo were amazing. The were exceptionally friendly and responsive. We loved hope to return soon!

This was our first visit to Spanish Wells, so we did not know what to expect. I have to say, right from the time of making the booking, our host Vincent was very communicative and helpful. He put us in touch with the caretaker, Kenny who was wonderful and really played a big part in making our holiday so memorable. Palm House is quite frankly, unbeatable in terms of location in Spanish Wells - it is a 6 minute golf cart ride from the dock, it is right on the most beautiful beach on the island and walking distance from the large grocery store. The house itself is large, with a wonderful living area, very nice sized bedrooms, a large deck literally on the beach and is kept impeccably by the caretakers. If you're visiting Spanish Wells, look no further! We will be back for sure.

We stayed at the Palm house for 9 nights and our only complaint is that we didn't book it for longer. The house is comfy. It has everything -- just keep looking. Bikes, paddleboards, games, puzzles, hammock, Kayaks, chairs everywhere, every kitchen item you might want and more. Every area was big enough for the 6 of us to sprawl out without every feeling cramped. Kenny and Margo were great. They helped us with any question. If you haven't been to Spanish wells before please know that you are returning to a previous time. Things run slower. The stores close at 5. You will get to know the names of the dogs that walk the beach. The locals will stop by to say hello. You will leave with friends from far away places and plan to return on the same week to see them again.

We had such an amazing stay here in Spanish Wells! The location of this house is absolute perfection. It’s in close proximity to all of the stores and restaurants. And you cannot beat this houses back porch! It looks out onto a perfect beach, and at low tide you can walk out forever since it’s so shallow. The house was very well stocked with everything you need for it to be your home away from home. We loved also having the paddle boards and kayaks and all of the beach gear. And don’t hesitate to use the outdoor shower! It is amazing! Kenny was VERY helpful and responsive. Which was great because there were some things that closed early over the holidays and he made sure to give us advance notice. I would come back again for sure!! We came back home to snow…..so I kind of wish I never left!

Palm House is absolute paradise. The location and view from the house could not be better. Palm House is fully stocked with anything you need for a perfect vacation. Walking on the sandbar in front of the house at low tide is a daily activity. Kenny the caretaker of the property could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable or helpful. I would highly recommend Palm House if you are looking for a laid back and relaxing vacation.

This property is located on the best beach waterfront that we have seen on Spanish Wells. We were amazed that we could walk out of the back door onto a beautiful sandbar. The house was very clean and had more than enough room for our family of 6. Everything was arranged for us from the airport transportation to our golf cart rental. Kenny and Margo were very helpful when we arrived and even offered to set up excursions for us. The local grocery store is a 3 minute walk from the house, which is very convenient. Highly recommend this house on Spanish Wells!

Another great week on Spanish Wells! The house and the view are spectacular. The hosts are always so helpful, and take care of all the guests needs.

As I sit here on our first day home with temps of -1 I long for the beautiful waters at the Palm House. The home was perfect for our family of six adults and two young children ages 11 mths and 2.5 years. The location couldn’t have been more convenient being right on the water the kids could nap and we could be outside and still keep an eye on them. The waters are crystal clear and shallow (safe for the kids) and the sand bar right out front was so much fun to walk see marine life and explore. We kayaked and paddle board every day, Went out with Bruno Underwood and Theren for fun days seeing the pigs, snorkeling and fishing. We also rented a boat to explore and fish on our own catching lots of fish to cook back at the house on there grill. The kitchen is well stocked, the interior is tastefully decorated and so charming. There are 4 bedrooms with lots of beds you could easily have more people than we had. Do know one of the bedrooms did not have windows. There is one full bathroom upstairs with the three bedrooms, and on the main floor a full bathroom on suite in the master. On the main floor is also a 1/4 bath room. Only draw back was no closet oe dresser space in the rooms so keep that in mind when you are packing and organizing yourself. We also went to about 7 of the restaurants on the island and loved them all. You get around on the island (which is also fun to explore) bygolf cart. There are also three bikes for your use. Also nice a couple blocks away is the main grocery store. We found the best liquor store was at Budda’s. The people on the island are all so friendly, we always felt very safe day and night. Communication with the owner was great, she responded quickly and always offered good suggestions. What really made the trip run smoothly was the kindness of Kenny (there property manager) who set up transportation to and from the N Eleuthera airport to the Palm house. He met us at the ferry with golf carts ready to hope on and his golf cart to help get the luggage to the house. He also set up the charter with Bruno Underwood and can set up boat rentals for you too. He stopped by several times to check on us always patient with all our questions. We all hope to be able to get back soon. A Few notes about SWif you are not familiar, there are no resorts, making it not crowded, no cruise ships but you do have to be willing to explore and entertain yourself on your own, which was exactly what we loved about SW.

We visited the Palm House the week of MLK 2020. We were a group of 9 with kids ranging from 3 yrs to 10 yrs old. The Palm House on Spanish Wells is a magical place! The beach in front of the house was one of the most Beautiful Beaches any of us had ever seen. The owner Liz and her Caretakers Ken and Margo were amazing and the excursions with Bruno Underwood were fantastic! Spanish Wells is a laid back island where people get around on golf carts(which we loved) and are able to truly get the R+R that we all need! Our kids didn’t want to leave! The Palm House is extremely comfortable with 2 families and the location is perfect. We all can not wait to come back!

We stayed at the Palm House with my parents and sister for Christmas. The view is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the large deck for my son to get around in his wheelchair. Kenny and Margo were a great help answering all of our questions. The local restaurants and ice cream were wonderful.

The Palm House was a delightful fit for our family to travel with friends to Spanish Wells. This was our second trip to this quiet little island, and we hope not our last. There are many things to like about the property, but its best feature is the amazing deck looking out over the water. Thanks to Kenny & Margo for taking care of us during our visit, and Elizabetta for opening up her wonderful home.

Wow. This past week at the Palm House was more than perfect. Each morning, as I made coffee and walked out onto the back deck, I was just as overwhelmed as the first glance. It is too beautiful to describe! The water was crystal clear, and is calm and shallow as far as you can see. This location is no doubt the prettiest part of the island in my opinion. We actually had our own family photo shoot on the sand bar one afternoon and they turned out beautiful with the water as the background. We enjoyed going to papa scoops each night to experience the new flavors, and had dinner at a few of the restaurants. Kenny and Margo are so incredibly kind and were always so helpful. Spanish Wells feels like a world all to its own. There is such a sweet spirit in the hearts of everyone we talked to, or did business with. Elizabeth was a breath of fresh air. She answered all of our questions and even called to see if we were having a great time or needed anything! It truly was a dream week and we are already missing it! So thankful for the unforgettable memories!

Five of us stayed at this property and it was the best location on the island. Kenny and Margo were great and very helpful. Elizabeth answered all my emails within hours before we arrived with the million questions that I had. Everyone on the island is very friendly and helpful. The house had everything we needed and the back view/deck are the high point on this property. During low tide we were able to walk at least a 1/2 mile out to the sand bar. We used the paddle boards and kayaks daily. We are definitely coming back and will stay at this property again.

We had a great time in the Palm House on Spanish Wells. It was perfect for our 2 families with 6 kids total (ages 5-12). Kids loved playing in the water and on the sand bar that they could easily get to on their own. We can't wait to plan another trip!

Pictures could never adequately describe the beauty of Spanish Wells and the perfection of this house. The space was plenty for two families (4 adults, 5 children) and the location was perfect. Kenny and Margo took care of all of our questions and needs and after a day or so you magically become a local (or are at least treated like one). We will visit again and stay with Elizabeth without question.
