Unit was beautifully decorated with upgraded housewares, bedding and beach needs. Perfect for a family we the all the local amenities. Pool was close and access to the beach was just after the pool. 4th floor was the only negative but we all got our steps in. They have a dolly to take to the elevator that is on the other side of the building. Great location, great unit.. definitely would stay again!

We loved this unit and would rent it again in a flash! Paula was wonderful and we really appreciated her communication on a few questions we had; very kind and gracious.

The condo was really pretty & well stocked with everything, including Kleenex. We loved the screened balcony. We only had problems with the elevator being far away & it malfunctioned one day, leaving us climbing 4 stories with an invalid husband. The “resort” part of the complex was only available for $50 + per day. We had a great time at the beach.

Unit G401 was lovely - very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a small screened-in porch and just about everything you need. The owner was helpful and even gave a list of restaurants in Sanibel. The gulf view was perhaps not as full as I’d expected, and looked over the roof of the pool in between two other buildings, but you could see the water. I wish it had had its own washing machine, however. There is one washer and dryer for the building, requiring quarters, and I can’t imagine how busy it would be in high season. Otherwise the place was perfect.

Our second year was even better than the first! Great, centrally located condo right on the beach. Highly recommend sundial.

We had a great time. The Sundial is a great location right on the beach. The beach and pool was not crowded at all and the condo was just a short walk to the beach.

The property was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. Having the pool and beach right outside the door, plus the amenities and restaurants at the resort right next door made for an extremely stress free trip with our 4 and 6 year old. Can’t wait to go back to Sanibel!

Beautiful partial view of gulf. Very clean place. Fourth floor lots of steps but elevator is at the end of the building on the opposite side but we made do. Loved it and will be back!!

This was our first trip to Sanibel Island, had a great time! The condo was exactly as pictured and described. A top floor end unit is always a plus. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed spending time on the screened balcony that is off the main bedroom and living room. Outside the main bedroom and living room is a courtyard area with a fountain, enjoyed the quiet sound of the water. There is a market in the resort that is a short walk away, we found that to be very convenient - there is a deli there and we bought breakfast and lunch items there to have on hand. The pool is right by the building, very convenient. A short walk from the condo to the beach, loved all the beach items on the balcony for guests to use. We rented bikes during our stay, they were conveniently delivered to the bike rack at the end of the building. I had a couple questions, Larry responded very quickly. Check in and check out was clearly explained, we had no issues with either. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo.

Everything was great except for the Keurig coffee maker. The filter was moldy and unusable. Suggest putting 3 keys in lockbox so more than one person in our party has access to a key. Warn visitors of no see ums!

Beds were very comfortable. Loved that the bathrooms came with Dove soaps. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. Clean and would rent again! Thank you!

Our stay at G401 was perfect! The condo was set up perfectly for us and our 3 children, with a super short walk to both the beach and the pool. The condo was very clean, well-appointed, and the both the owner and property manager were easy to reach. We had a super relaxing time on Sanibel and will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo in a perfect location. So close to the beach and lovely view of the ocean from our balcony and master bedroom. Description and photos of condo were exactly as it was. Beautiful decor, immaculately clean and well stocked with every single thing we needed including beach chairs and towels. Laundry on 3rd floor. Stairs right next to the unit. Check in and out was so easy. We will defiantly rent this unit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay we can’t wait to come back to G401.

We enjoyed our stay here. The owners have taken great care of this condo. Check-in & check-out was easy. This is our 5th consecutive year renting at the Sundial and we will continue to do so. The owners were easy to communicate with and left clear instructions on how to operate everything. I will rent this unit again in the future (if available).

There was a lot to do. We rented bikes and explored the island that way. We used the bikes to go to dinner and the beaches. We used Onsite Water Sports to rent jet skis and explored the waterways and stopped at picnic beach. The apartment was a small 2 bedroom within view of the gulf and a 2-3 minute walk. The owner had umbrellas. Boogie boards, pails, shovels, and backpack beach chairs for our use. Very enjoyable and relaxing.

Condo was exactly as described and owner a pleasure to deal with; very responsive. Best stocked place we’ve ever stayed; very comfortable furnishings. Two minute walk to gorgeous beach & pool. Excellent golf nearby. Would definitely stay again; would absolutely recommend.

This property was in the perfect location...close to the pool, the beach and restaurants. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and buckets at the unit, so no need to bring your own. Our granddaughter was thrilled with all the rabbits on the property but the "no-seeums" were brutal. Be sure to bring lots of high powered bug repellent. There are no words to describe the sea shells. I have been to beaches from Pensacola to Destin to Marco Island and have never seen so many amazing sea shells. It has been a sweet time with our daughter and granddaughter.
