We brought our family of four and our dog and we enjoyed the location in relationship to the activities we had planned in the Tampa area. It was like a mini compound with the perfect backyard setup. Whether we were lounging or exploring this was a nice base camp. It was also very convenient to local groceries and restaurants.

The property was very clean and the response from the owners were always within seconds if I had a question. We had a party of 6 and everyone was comfortable with enough space that really felt like home away from home. The pool was so warm and all the beaches were within driving distance. I took a walk around video and showed all my friends & family & they said it looked beautiful too. It’s close to the airport but I never heard a plane. 5 ⭐️ on the house. 5 ⭐️ on location and 5 ⭐️ on hospitality!!!

Best communication I’ve ever had in a rental. Owners incredibly responsive. Had people ranging from 10 y/o to 78 y/o on trip and everyone loved it.
House itself was top notch. Furnishings and heated, fabulous pool were all outstanding, as was neighborhood. Ping pong table was added bonus. Close to many attractions we went to such as Busch Gardens, St Pete, Clearwater, Ybor. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. The place was super clean and very close to everthing in Tampa...... They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee and all the basic essentials. 3 nice bedrooms and great baths. The outside area was awesome with a grill and a very nice pool and penty of room for a bunch of people to relax and hang out. All the furniture was very nice and comfortable. Honestly I cant say enought about how nice the place was and how clean it was. The management company is great with communication too. Dont hesitate to hit the book button......you wont be disappointed!

Was not happy at all with the stay, and felt very uncomfortable knowing that I was being watched on camera by the property owner.

This cute house was perfectly stocked with linen, full kitchen and many unexpected surprises! Our calzones and pizzas made in the pizza oven were delicious and perfect! Communication with property management was A++! A very convenient location. For being in a neighborhood we were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming neighbors.

My husband, kids, mom and myself enjoyed the house immensely. Mevon and Michelle were in contact with us through our stay making sure we were happy and well taken care of. The house has so much room that everyone had a place to go to and relax. My favorite space was the lanai and couch that I was able to relax on outside while my family were enjoying the pool. Our dog was able to travel with us and had as much fun as we did. We will rent from Emperor Rentals again soon.

The property manager was amazing! They were prompt to respond to anything we asked and were more than accommodating. The outside area is exactly as pictured And where we spent most of our time. The house is conveniently located about 30 minutes from beaches, and Amalie arena. St.Pete is also about 30 minutes from this property. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The only downfall to this house was the beds- and if you like a soft bed, you won’t consider it a downfall. The beds were very soft and not very comfortable. There were plenty of beach towels and there was even beach chairs which was an added bonus for our beach day. Overall, we had a great stay and really appreciates the property owners quick communication.

Our family enjoyed our time at this rental! It was spotless when we arrived and we really appreciated the snacks left on the counter. It was a very thoughtful touch especially after a long day of travel with 5 little ones in tow. Communication was awesome and they were very responsive when we had issues with the plumbing. I think the plumbing is touchy so just be extra aware and careful.☺️
The saltwater pool and outdoor space is what made us book this home and it did not disappoint. It is private from neighbors and thanks to the included pool heat we enjoyed it every day even when it was a bit colder.

Great house, hosted by top of the line professionals. My wife loved the fully equipped kitchen, the entire house was very clean. The backyard was really nice, a great touch with the covered patio area. We rented toward the end of January, and the average temperature was between 65-70 degrees. The kids stayed in the heated salt water pool. Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The Wi-Fi worked great, as we had multiple devices connected and it worked flawlessly. Upon entering the host left snacks for us, we walked into a very warm and inviting feeling.The place was fully stocked, everything you can think of they had. Probably the most hospitable host I’ve ever dealt with. This place is a can’t miss

Our family had a great time at this home.
The Emperor Rentals team is so responsive which makes for a smooth trip! The home was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The pots and pans need a little updating - which I informed the team of and have no doubt it will be taken care of.
The house in general is great and I can not say enough about the backyard space! The backyard is so relaxing, clean, enjoyable and was a great gathering place for our family meals…it really made our trip! The pizza oven was a nice touch as well. I have to give Scott at Emperor a shout out for all his time, attention, and instructions on how to use the oven. The pizzas turned out great and we had a blast making them!
Lastly, check out is so convenient and easy - definitely a bonus when booking this home!

Everything in the description of this place is accurate. Every picture is spot on. Actually, once you step inside the home and into their backyard pool area, you’ll know you’ve scored big time. Every single thing I forgot to pack or didn’t think I needed until the moment, was already there! Every utensil, cleaner, bath bubbles, vacuum, board games, excessive amounts of towels, extra EVERYTHING— it’s all there. Just come lightly packed and enjoy the entire home. Neighbors are great too. Such a peaceful place in arguably the most accessible area to every place you want to visit in Tampa! The hosts gracious communication can’t be beat. You will think you’re staying at a dear friend’s cozy home. 5-star rental— easily!

Great spot that is both close to the airport and downtown.
The area is quiet and peaceful. The house is nice inside and out. AC works well. Backyard pool area is beautiful and comfortable. The hosts were great to ease check in and answer any questions . They also helped us with getting the beautiful pizza oven going . Would recommend using it .
Would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for comfort , appeal, location and service.

Such a cool, clean, and comfortable stay! We absolutely loved our time here and would recommend to anyone! We had a large group of eight adults and three smaller children and never felt cramped. TVs in every room, plenty of towels and extra blankets, and all the things you would hope for in an Airbnb- like laundry soap, dish soap, etc.. The pool/ping pong table was a big hit! Communication with Mark was fast and simple. Note for any future guests- the laundry room is located from the outside door on the patio next to the TV, and if the pool doesn’t seem warm enough, just add a little water :)

Stunning apartment in a great location close to airport and also walking distance to lots of restaurants, amenities, etc. However you'll likely just want to stay poolside and make use of the saltwater pool and gas BBQ! A perfect stay for our group and first class communication from the Mark & team

We had a wonderful experience! The hosts provided everything we needed and more. The beds were comfy - where do we get some of those sheets?! 🙂 The pool and patio were just perfect and it was probably the kids’ favorite part of our whole trip! Thank you!!!

The house was great. The inside was completely renovated. The beds were comfortable and temperature control for each room was an added plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Interior completely remodeled and the pool was nice to hang out by. Grille was working and if you want to make outdoor wood oven pizza there is one of those as well. All in all, a nice place to stay. There were 6 of us and we were overall very pleased.

The neighborhood was close to the airport yet we extremely quiet. It was also close to shopping which made stocking up on groceries easy breezy for 4 families. The host definitely sets out to give you an experience the minute you step foot through the front door and we really appreciated that

Wonderful stay we had a wide range of ages from 10-83 ! Very accommodating to everyone ! Quick to respond to any questions and always made us feel at home! Can’t wait to come back :)

AMAZING home. We had nine adults and three children, and we were comfortable in the house. The house is clean, and the amenities are great. They had extra tooth brushes and toothpaste if you forget yours. They also have a ton of towels and some pool floaties. I loved that each room has a tv. We had a great time and highly recommend the home.
