Guest Cottage was the perfect retreat for a September beach getaway! Loved the first floor property that opened up to a grassy area and provided direct access to the beach and pool. The condo was tastefully furnished and very clean!

My husband and I literally sat on the beach for 4 days straight. The first floor access to the pool and boardwalk to beach was great. Didn't want to go home...

We recently spent our vacation at this property. The booking and payment process was very smooth. It was a great property and location. We enjoyed it very much!

We come here every year for a family reunion. Condo was well, equipped, clean and perfect for our family. We loved being on the first floor, easy access to the pool and beach!

It was beautifully decorated, clean, love the location & ground floor. Very well accommodated & supplied well! Cozy & relaxing. However, the refrigerator broke during our first night & we didn’t know it. Our food in the freezer all defrosted. We called & they told us they had gases it up & thought it would last longer. They said they couldn’t get a new one until the next week. They brought us a huge cooler into put our food & regased the refrigerator again. It worked better, however this was inconvenient. If they were having trouble with the frig, I wished they would have made provisions to have a new one brought in before we arrived. Also, the gates from the beach access & street going into the pool are never locked, so we had a lot of people walking up from the beach & from the parking lot, to use our facilities we are paying for. A huge truck of teenagers came up into the parking lot, all going into the pool & I asked if they were staying here & they answered yes…with their Aunt upstairs. When I questioned them further & told them I could go find out…they left. I wish the property owners would use the locks to keep so many out that are not paying & would make it nicer for the ones that are paying. Also, on the access from the beach, they turn off all the water on the dock, so when you are coming up from the beach, there is no place to wash off. You should always wash off before going inside, sand clogs drains & gets into the house…we didn’t have a vaccum either!

We rented this property for the first time this year ( it is our 8th year together for a beach week). The property location was perfect. The place was clean and well organized! We stayed 8 nights and booked again for next year. The property management team were great- responsive and very friendly! They made us feel welcomed.

Perfect accommodations for my family of 4 adults for a quick getaway to our favorite Fernandina Beach. Condo was clean with all we needed. Easy access to the beach and pool. We will be back!

Everything was as the website said, the place was perfect and right on the beach!

Booking through VRBO on line was about to become a problem, but Jen took care of everything. Enjoyed our stay & will be returning!

Jen was wonderful to work with during our stay. We had to move the dates twice with the hurricanes and she made it easy.

Convenient location - easy to get to everything. Great beach access from the first floor condo. Nicely appointed - comfy furniture and great WiFi for sending pictures. Would stay here again!

We loved staying in Amelia South E1. It's been updated since our last visit and was very nice. The kitchen and unit had many extra items so there was nothing we needed that wasn't supplied. Beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect. The only suggestion we would have would be to possibly provide a few more towels/washcloths and a vacuum cleaner. Other than that is was perfect. We will definitely be booking again!

Overall great location. Bathrooms and appliances and carpet could use updating. The door to patio is extremely hard to open especially from the outside, the handle is not big enough and the door very hard to slide. We did enjoy our stay. Probably would stay again. Thanks

The unit was nice and as described. Being on the ground floor was the best part. The pool was kept up and not crowded at all. I loved having my morning coffee on the porch listening to the waves. The only things I would mention is that the instructions said that there were parking passes which I did not see anywhere in the unit and 2 key fobs which there was only 1 available when we checked in. Only minor issues and nothing that would stop me from staying in this unit again. Thank you for having us!

This condo was amazing in everyway. Steps to the beach and pool! The view was so beautiful. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. Furniture is so nice , beds were very comfortable , and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed the whole trip and cannot wait to come back. Easy access to everything!

The condo was beautiful. Great access to the beach and pool - awesome to get back and forth with our kids.

The property was just as described and was perfect for the 5 of us with room for 1 more. While not heated, the pool was in full sun for most of the day and warm enough for my kids to enjoy it. Being steps from the pool and beach allowed quick access. The property was spotless. It had the equipment needed to make meals at home. Usually on trips I see other places I would like to stay, but I would book this place again for an return trip. Wonderful property and excellent communication!

We had a great week! We love the convenience of the property to downtown and to the beach. We especially enjoyed the ocean view!

Open floor plan and first floor location are ideal for people with mobility issues. Bed and furniture were comfortable. The view was awesome and the patio was an added bonus to have a cup of coffee on in the morning and even great for those early morning risers to see the sunrise. Probably the best equipped rental we have used. The kitchen included enough pots and pans, silverware, Keurig, blender, and mixer to name just a few. The refrigerator had an ice maker. Only drawback was electric range but that really is just a personal preference. Nothing wrong with it. There were games and even a puzzle. The pool was just walk out the back patio door and the beach was very close. Tiled floor in the main living area which helps to keep things clean. Just a few spots on the carpet in the bedrooms but certainly not anything alarming. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer as Amelia Island is a beautiful place and this unit was great

My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend, while it was just the two of us, unit was spacious and the second bedroom and bath were lovely,. so it would be great for a family or a small friend group. The property manager was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay. The weather didn't cooperate for us - but the beach and ocean were magnificent even in cold windy weather, and the view changed constantly. Would definitely choose this property again.

This condo is awesome. Very clean, large, and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The view cannot be beaten. I can't wait to come back
