We were so very happy with this beautiful property. It was perfect having the family stay together in one place. Everyone had their own private space and the common areas accommodated all 12 of us for meals and just having family time. It was a much better and relaxing experience than trying to stay in a hotel.The hosts were very attentive and helpful, even providing a list of dining and activities they thought we would enjoy. I will definitely stay here again when we have another family gathering in the future. I have already recommended this property to friends planning family gatherings in the near future.Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your wonderful house!

We spent 10 days here with our entire family to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. There was space/privacy for everyone and the children were thrilled with their bunkhouse room. The beds were comfortable, linens were fine, house was well stocked. Tim/Brittany were most accommodating by checking in, ordering a coffee grinder/glass wineglasses for us which were delivered by Amazon quickly. We had to call their manager once re a window that wouldn't close. We spent most of our time outside in that living area or poolside. Almost all meals were outside as well. Our granddaughter loved the Tiki Bar and set up "shop" there. The pool was lovely and there was a great assortment of floaties. There was more than enough beach equipment for all of us and this was most appreciated as we spent many hours at different beaches on the island. We all agreed it was a great set up for our family situation. On a constructive criticism note however, more attention should have been taken between guests by someone, in cleaning up and discarding broken pool toys, sorting snorkel /beach equipment, discarding broken pieces/toys, and tidying up cupboards/drawers in the house. We had a few incidents of certain bugs in a few rooms of the house and outside. Not unexpected in a tropical home, & we put out poison traps but these could have been out already to help alleviate this potential problem. Outdoor couches have had their day/need replacing. LR rug/couch needs cleaning.

We had a really great time at this property. We were there to renew our wedding vows on the beach, and had all of our children and grandchildren with us. The hosts were incredibly accommodating. After the vow renewal we got a little loud one night and they handled that with great discretion. I would completely recommend.

Great home , great location, everything we needed and more!!

The house for our family gathering of 13 fit well. The pool house and its 2 levels of separate living was a great surprise! We had a few issues that were addressed quickly & efficiently. Great location to Kailua Town & the beach

The property was large enough to accommodate the 14 of us without feeling crowded. The kitchen was very nice and spacious with more than adequate pots, pans, utensils and accessories. The pantry was well stocked (don't know if it was from the owners or just previous guests). There were lots of linens, bath and beach towels, paper goods. The owner gave lots of information and recommendations for the area. The first night we got there, the smoke alarm was chirping (in need of a battery change). The owner immediately got in touch with the property manager who came over within 15 minutes of my call. He removed the smoke alarm cover but didn't have any replacement battery. I found batteries in a drawer and contacted him the next day but it was never replaced for our whole stay. The pool was clean and had sufficient loungers. The lanai was really nice and great for our bbq one evening. The Ohana space was ok. The bathroom only had an accordion door to separate it from the trundle bed so there might as well not have had a door at all. The main house had some "step" issues. There was a step down from the kitchen to the living room. The Ohana bathroom and the jack and jill bathroom had a step up to the tub/shower. The other bathroom had an open shower but the opening to the shower was not that wide. I understand it probably is the way the house was built but it could be a tripping hazard for the young and elderly guests. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay except for the things mentioned. I don't nitpick but I think for the price of the rental, my comments are valid.

Our group of 16 stayed for Christmas 2022 , 4 separate family units and we all had our own Space , the main house was a great place to have family meals. Such a great vacation and rental - Thanks Tim and Brittany

This property was excellent. The house is very large and allows for privacy for multiple families. It had all the extras, bikes, floats, snorkels, beach towels, etc. Location is great to many beaches. We would definitely stay there again. Hosts were super accommodating to us and very responsive. Five star accommodations!

My family and I went to Oahu for my brother’s wedding. He is a local and recommended Kailua to be the perfect place to stay. The house was absolutely wonderful. Every detail was thought of. We did not need or want for anything. There were games, toys, bicycles, beach chairs, and snorkel gear! I could go on and on. And the best of it all, the hosts were quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. Some of us arrived a day before the rental began. I messaged and asked if we could check in early the next day and they allowed us to go at 12pm instead of 4pm without question! This was extremely helpful because we had no place to go after checking out of our hotel. Then on our last day we asked that we check out late because we wanted to spend the day at the most beautiful beach that was right down the street and to be able to shower before heading to the airport. They asked US what would be best and allowed us to check out at 2pm rather than 11am. I don’t know that I’ve ever dealt with friendlier and more helpful hosts in my many many travels. There was also so much to do and everything was within a 30 minute drive. We were 8 adults (two couples) and my brother and his wife stayed the night a couple of times with plenty of room to spare. We discussed how we could have had at least 5 more people there comfortably. I got to stay in the pool house upstairs apartment. It was nice that there were areas of privacy where I could get away for a while. The place was so much better than the pictures showed. I would choose this place and these hosts over and over again! Thank you Tim and Brittany for the best home away from home!

My family and I can't recommend this property enough. It wasn't just a place to sleep at night while in Kailua. There was so much to do at the house with the pool, outdoor seating with a bar, grill, and television, foosball and ping pong tables, and more toys and inflatables for the pool than our family of nine could use. Tim and Brittany offered bikes, beach chairs and beach toys if we wanted to use them. Overall, it was an excellent vacation, due in large part to Tim and Brittany's efforts and full-scale service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Comfortably housed 12 adults with room to spare! Well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time on Oahu.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. We have done other VRBO properties, this was by far the best stocked house. We had everything we needed. The pool was a nice full size pool that we took full advantage of. Location was wonderful and allowed us to experience many different places. Having the two houses allowed my husband and myself have our own space, while everyone else stayed in the main house. We would definitely recommend this place! Thank you for a vacation we will never forget.

This property had plenty of room to host our entire family of 12, while still allowing everyone to have a private space of their own. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate large groups (I need that stove in my life!), and there’s a large grill for outdoor cooking. The foosball and ping pong tables, gaming systems, and other entertainment options ensured that everyone had something to do that they enjoyed!

This beautiful home with guest house was PERFECT for my family and me (9 adults and 1 school aged child), and we absolutely will be back! The bedrooms were all well-sized (including the family bedroom with multiple bunk beds!) with lots of bathrooms/showers, large driveway, and a guest house that allowed some extra privacy for extended family. We were so comfortable in the grand kitchen with massive gas range and dishwasher, outdoor gas grill, large outdoor and indoor dining tables, outdoor and indoor TV, and pool! Everything you would need is there - lots of beach towels, snorkels and masks (which we used to practice snorkeling in the pool!), cooking supplies, washer/dryer with laundry supplies etc! The Kailua and Lanikai beach were around 2mi and 3mi away, respectively, so we chose to drive but didn’t have any issues with parking. The location is more residential (and therefore close to multiple grocery stores), and we preferred the more relaxed vibe and the nearby beaches were more beautiful and less crowded than Waikiki. Lastly, communication with Tim and Brittany was very fast and easy! Basically, everyone in our group wholeheartedly recommend staying here - your family will not regret it!

First, Brittany was great. Easy to communicate. Very helpful and responsive. The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of room and amenities. The neighborhood was very nice and friendly neighbors. We would love to do it again same time next year.

Great place for families of all age children. Great amenities ( bikes, beach toys, chairs, floaters, swim diapers, towels) house was clean. Communication was great and fast. Highly recommend.

This home exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed & then some! The space was perfect for our large group, the pool house was also well equipped & the pool was loved by all! The location was nestled in a quiet neighborhood, around the corner from stores & delicious food choices! The beaches and hikes nearby also made for an exciting trip! Above all, the host made the trip seamless. They were available from my very first outreach and gave plenty of insight to the property and clear instructions of what to do while staying & checking out. I cannot wait to book this house again next year!

Perfect house for our needs. Lots of seating inside and out. Pool accessories as well. Great barbecue and kitchen. Plenty of beds and private spaces as well.
