We so enjoyed our stay at the condo it was clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the items needed to make meals, the balcony is awesome as it was a great view and we enjoyed it very much. The bathrooms were spacious and the whole condo was well decorated. There were toys in one of the closets although we did not use them that was very thoughtful for when children visit. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again. It is also at the quiet end of the beach and that was perfect for us as the beach didn’t get too crowded. Would recommend a visit to Thomas Doughnuts that is about a three minute drive.

We are a family of 8 ranging from infant to 65+ we all really enjoyed the condo. Things to do for everyone. Beaches are amazing! Can’t wait to return again, thank you for an amazing stay.

This listing was wonderful!. Two master suits is something we enjoyed very much. The condo was exceptionally clean and the balcony was amazing. The facility however was terrible. The pools were not cleaned daily. The first day there was food in the pools, the second day there were metal forks and bread in them. We were the first to arrive daily to the pools and we found them full of food and objects each day. Thankfully the ocean was calm and we just decided to divert to the ocean instead of staying poolside. I did complain to management about the conditions of the pool, but they still remained nasty. I did have issues communicating with our host regarding chair rentals for this property. I emailed them several times inquiring if beach chairs were included in the stay and we were told yes, but no one could answer my question as to how many chairs we would receive. After being told by the host to call two different companies, neither of which serviced our condo, I finally called. I was promised a call back, however the call never came. My kids were completely let down about the pool situation. That's a lot of money to pay for your vacation to not be able to use the pool. The facility needs to be cleaner and the pools need daily maintenance.

Great for kids!

We loved this resort. We stayed and had another family staying with us. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out, plenty of beds, and our favorite place was the balcony in the evenings watching the sunset. The location is great, the water park was a major hit for my 5 yr old, and everything else was a short distance away. You can drive most places in a couple mins or choose to walk. We had a blast and loved our condo. We definitely will be back!

Great house and location. The “second” master bedroom could use an updated bathroom (shower) that includes at least hooks for your towels. Also, there isn’t a bedroom door. To call it a master suite might be a stretch without a bedroom door. Even an accordion door or a curtain would work. It is adequately stocked. No oven mitts . and only two dish towels, however. Easy check in and check out. And friendly neighbors. We had a fun time!

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Very spacious and clean. The building itself is great for kids, with multiple pools and a snack shop. Cons: when we got there we had to hunt down luggage carts because it’s a long haul from the garage to the elevators. There seemed to only be a few carts for the hundreds of guests. Also we witnessed a little old lady in pain having to walk the long walkway to the elevators, so having a few wheelchairs would be great for the elderly. Our stay in the condo was excellent, but the building inconveniences would probably make us choose a different place on our next visit, however; our inconveniences may not matter to others.

Good response from management when we needed items. Does need all area rugs to be steam cleaned. We rolled them up. Otherwise very nice and updated condo. Everything worked as it should.

What a great condo. Very nice and clean, the beds are comfortable and that balcony.. its.. HUGE... Could not have asked for a better stay or a nicer condo. We were down with 4 other families and our unit was far nicer than any of the others. If you go to Splash.. try and get 707 East. The Warren Beach team was so helpful. Dinah gave us some great options for eating that were off the beaten path.. Just cant say enough about what a great stay we had. Thank you for sharing your condo with my family.

PLEASE READ!! Don’t just worry about the good comments, that's how I got it wrong and make a big mistake …we left the apartment today, I will give only one star, why? the apartment is the same as in the photos, good location and great for kids BUT the rugs are very dirty they need to be cleaned, kitchen utensils are missing, glasses, plastic bowls are missing. but that's not the worst, the apartment needs a good cleaning, it's very dirty, it needs more attention, I could give details but I'm disappointed to keep giving details.… I complained about the cleaning and they promptly sent me a person to clean it, but we arrived from the market with our things wanting to organize everything to start our vacation and the girl was there cleaning the fan , we asked to leave because it was 7 pm and it didn't make sense, would bother us.. that is all , would be great if you guys check about the resort OMG but I can already say, the worst I've ever seen. because of the resort I never go back to that place

Trash under 2nd bedroom beds and potatoes chip back under master bed. Showers didn’t look clean and there was long dark hair in shower and on sheets. Love the unit, just definitely need a new cleaning company!!

Property was clean and spacious. We didn't have starter paper products such as toilet tissue, paper towels or garbage bags as stated. The only thing wrong with the unit was low water pressure in the showers. Overall we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay.

Very much enjoyed our stay!! Only thing I would recommend is putting in the book that the room does come with 2 beach rentals but more can be added to the 2 free so that they are all together. The 7th floor was perfect, not too far up and not too far down, definitely good for the 2 elevators that take a while! Only issue I had was getting into the room, after a 12 hour trip, I didn't realize I had to put a # before the number and called them. Figured it out real quick haha. Great place, will be back!

Our family loved this condo! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Loved having the washer and dryer in the condo. Easy access to the beach and a beautiful deck to have coffee and look at the ocean.

Amazing unit with large balcony and access from every room. Beautiful ocean view as far as the eye can see. Lovely decoration and furniture. Well stocked with everything you’d need to cook, for the beach (toys, chairs, etc), and even booster seats and pack and play. Wish we knew these things were available so I could have saved room on packing and not brought them ourselves. The floors were very dirty. We had to wear shoes to keep our feet from getting black, and a few things were broken which was a little inconvenient but overall we loved our stay and would return again. The facilities amenities were nice with all the pool areas and beach access and the rental agency was very quick to respond to communication.

Everything was perfect

We loved our stay at Splash. There was tons to do at the resort and being steps away from the beach was so convenient. If you’re looking to be within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and bars this isn’t really the area. However for families it’s great to be on a less developed, quieter part of the beach.

Condo was great! Everything was just like the photos show. The two Gulf Front Masters each with Balcony access was amazing. The large table and chair set up on the balcony was excellent for family time. Resort does need to be redone in some areas, but overall everything about Splash was great. We’d recommend to anyone considering booking this condo!

This unit was Perfect. The balcony was larger than most any other we have seen. We loved spending time outside. Everything was exactly what you would hope for. Beds comfortable, and the place was spotless. We cannot speak highly enough about Warren Beach Rentals, they were kind and helpful each time we reached out. We have been coming to Splash for years, this was a new rental that Warren Beach Rentals recommended and We LOVED IT. The floorplan and balcony is incredible. Tons of outdoor space, largest balcony we have ever had and we stayed outside most of the mornings and evenings enjoying the view. Traveled with my in laws, so it was nice to both have a gulf front master suite. You can rent this place with absolute confidence, and Dinah and Kara in the Warren Beach Rentals office were just a joy to work with. Thanks, already planning my return trip.. Tony

Beautiful as last year. Love this condo, it's the best.

We arrived at Splash resort around 330pm. The check in at the gift shop for the parking pass and wristbands was quick and simple. We made our way to our room easily. The elevators didn’t take long at all, we stayed in Sept. The front door is a little tricky and you really have to push to get it open, due to the humidity. The condo was exactly like the pictures and clean. There was a little bit of sand on the floor, but I imagine it is hard to get it out of the grout. A few things that need to be updated are.. the kitchen needs more wash clothes, hand towels, scissors, and some tongs. It had a very spacious fridge and pantry to our all our stuff. The dining room and living room are perfect to lounge around in. The master bedroom was beautiful with a great view of the ocean! The master bath does need another shower head perhaps. The water pressure is not that great in this bath. And both bathrooms need more places to put towels. Also some command hooks for sponges, shelves to put shampoo and body wash. And also a little stool or bench so women can shave their legs easily. The other bedroom just needed a lock on the balcony door. We had a 3 year old. She couldn’t open it cause it’s heavy, but another child may be able to. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we even saw some dolphins. Lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy. It does need a new outdoor rug. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely go back!

Splash resort is amazing and this condo was perfect! Kids had such a good time. So many pools plus slides, splash pad, lazy river. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location close to Pier Park. Balcony was large and interior of condo was well equipped. Lots of extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, nets for crabbing, kiddie float, etc. Will 100% rent this unit again.

The condo was so spacious and nice! We had two families of three (each with a baby under 2) and we had plenty of space to spread out. Each room was basically a master suite and had its own access to the balcony. Which the view from the balcony was directly of the ocean! So pretty! The condo was updated and fully furnished with everything you could need! Not to mention the whole closet full of beach toys and things! The location of the condo is just a short drive from many restaurants. The only issue we had was the shower doors for both bathrooms were extremely difficult to shut. But we didn’t mind. Would stay here again!

It was sure Everything I was looking for, for my family. The side of town was awesome. Not as much traffic. The only thing I didn't like was, maintenance came to my room. Unannounced and said he was checking light bulbs. I wasn't in my room at the time. But my father was, he was on the balcony so he didn't hear the door. But the guy just came right in. He was also looking for a room in the 300s not 700s. So he was completely in the wrong. I did contact the owner and we had it situated. But maintenance shouldn't be allowed in the room while occupied by guest unless called. They can do checks when people r checking out.
