This was perfrct for a weekend getaway! The location is wonderful- we walked to restaurants, shopping, and Lithia Park. The outdoor patio was absolutely perfect- a great place to sit and chat, or enjoy a cup of coffee and a book.

Walking distance to eateries, coffee shops, plays, and shopping. There is a lovely outdoor area for enjoying morning coffee. Plenty of hot water for showers. Super clean and comfortable. Flooring throughout appears to be brand new and is beautiful. Easy check in. Host supplies necessary information and is available for any questions. We would highly recommend this cozy little cottage!!

We came up from California's central valley to see a performance at the Shakespeare Festival. This was a perfect place to stay for my partner and I! It has all the amenities. Thank you again for such a lovely place to stay ❤️

Perfect location for walking to downtown , the Shakespeare Festival or shopping. Very neat and clean. Loved getting up with morning coffee and sitting in the garden space . Peaceful. There is small kitchenette with two burners . Great for a quick stay. Owner is very friendly and helpful if there’s any questions

A lovely little cottage with its own private patio within walking distance to the Theaters. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and easy to get to everywhere.
This cottage is slightly larger than a hotel room. It has hotel room amenities, plus a very small cooktop.
For our purposes, in the future, we will look to see if this is available before looking at any other options.

This studio was perfect for my stay in Ashland - within walking distance to the theaters and main downtown area, quiet and clean, with an outdoor area I basically had to myself. Sue is an excellent host, responsive and very friendly - I'll be back!

Everything was perfect. The place was well supplied bed was comfortable. It was so easy to walk to town. We could easily walk to the plays, the park and the ice cream shop. Easy checking and checkout. We would stay here again.

The Silver Frog is a great little place to stay. The room was cool, clean, and Cozy. The location is perfect for those who want to leave the car parked and walk to all the wonderful shops, restaurants, and, of course, the plays. Sue, the host, communicated clearly prior to arrival and met us on check in. The courtyard was especially nice in the morning and evening. The only disappointment we had was not meeting her friendly golden retriever despite a sign 'warning' us that this was a possibility. By all means book the Silver Frog confidently. We hope to return!

Clean, well appointed and so cozy! Everything you need is there! The patio area is so beautiful, landscaped with flowers and plants that are impeccably maintained. Sue is delightful and couldn't have been a more gracious hostess. This little house is in a PERFECT location... Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the Shakespeare festival and more. I'd recommend this rental to everyone!

Convenient to Everything Ashland
It was perfect for the two of us. We were able to walk to the theater, to Lithia Park, and to restaurants, but, then, come back to the perfect patio to relax and enjoy the summer weather.

Perfect For Us
This efficient studio apartment has everything we need to be comfortable when we visit Ashland. The unit was squeaky clean and appointed with nice new looking linens and utensils. The space was well thought out and did not feel crowded.
There was a nice closet and plenty of cubby space in the bathroom to put our toiletries.
Sue, our host, was quick with on-line communication and was there to greet us and show us the property. There is also a very nice outdoor sitting and dining area. The property is a short walk to town, restaurants and the theater. This will be our first choice accommodations on our next trip to Ashland.

Sue has a great little place close to downtown with easy walking to everything you want to see in Ashland. It is clean and well maintained. Sue even welcomed us when we arrived. Nice personal touch.

Sweet bnb, great location!
Sue's place was exactly as it appeared in the pics and described. Although small, the studio had everything I needed. I loved the private patio. Great location for walking into town and the nearby Food Co-op which has a great hot/salad bar. Sue was a great host and made sure I had everything I needed.
One thing to note is that if you're affected by light while sleeping, there aren't (yet) blinds on the two skylights.
