My husband and I stayed for our 25th anniversary, we had a great time. The location was close to everything, we found a speakeasy nearby. The checkin/out process was easy.

The area was great, close to alot of things to do. Only negative is the bed was hard and the couch was uncomfortable. A little upgrade and it would be excellent.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location was great. Out of the way of Lower Broadway but still a close Uber ride to get to downtown.
The condo is a little old but was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is in a great location with plenty of bars and eating places all within walking distance. Also walkable to downtown (about a mile). We met some lovely locals too and the area had a wonderful vibe. Condo has everything you need and is really comfortable. Pool could do with a clean, but it certainly didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Would recommend.

We came to Nashville to celebrate a birthday and this location didn’t disappoint! The location is just far enough from the Broadway area and easily reached by very convenient Uber. The area is quiet but still walkable to other local bars and restaurants. The kitchen had all you needed to prep basic meals but we ate out every meal. The view of the guitar shaped pool made for fun photos and it was immaculately cleaned and power washed while we were there. The bed was firm and comfy and there were plenty of quality bathroom amenities. You really don’t have to pack much but your clothes! We will be back. Thank you!

I’m came to town to see a show at the Ryman with my partner and a couple friends. This condo was in a perfect location—far enough from the noise and chaos of downtown, and walkable to the bars and restaurants in Music Row, midtown, and the Gulch. And free parking! The pool was an added bonus. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent. This is a perfect unit for a couple—because the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, it was a little awkward to share it with another couple, but the next time my partner and I are in town just the two of us we’d book this place again in a heartbeat!

Condo was great. Perfect location. Walkable to Broadway. But we used uber. Our only issue was lights in kitchen over sink and stove did not work. Took forever to get hot water in bathtub and washer is not in condo.

We had a wonderful time in Nashville for our anniversary celebration. This condo was walking distance to broadway and the major areas of the downtown area.
It was perfect for us 2, too cold to swim in the amazing pool. The building had easy access, good parking, quiet neighbors and right beside a beautiful park.
Overall extremely happy with this rental.

The location of this condo was great for going to Broadway! About a 15-20 min walk! Having free, covered car parking was a big plus, also! The condo was very roomy! It was well stocked in the kitchen and very clean. Our host was wonderful! She checked in several times to ensure our stay was going well. I would stay here again!

We had a nice time visiting Nashville. The condo is close to many quiet restaurants and music venues while also being within walking distance of Broadway. I did contact the manager in regard to two items, so go with these in mind…the washer and dryer are in the building, but not in the condo, and they require quarters. The laundry room is old and well used. Secondly, we were unable to get the bedroom tv to play anything but Netflix and weren’t able to move it out far enough to use our own fire stick. Other than that, it was clean and convenient. Thank you.

This was our first trip to Nashville and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Upon checking in the property manager emailed to make sure everything was ok with the check-in process. He also provided numerous suggestions for near by attractions. We loved the proximity to Live Oak Bar and a few other bars and restaurants. The property is a quick Uber ride to broadway, which is nice as it is away from the hustle and bustle and allows you to see another neighborhood of the city.

Easy location for both driving and walking with quick access to the highway, but easy enough walk to Broadway. Comfortable bed and quiet building. Occasional sirens and road noise but nothing like downtown. The bar Live Oak, two-minute walk from property, was a nice surprise with a great line up of singer - songwriters on a Thursday evening. Basic bar food menu, but really enjoyed the music. Skip, Tin Roof if you are not of the college aged crowd.

Anything I needed was there. It was clean, great location, had an ambience of elegance yet simple and quaint. Owner was kind and helpful when I phoned for some information. I HIGHLY recommend and I will absolutely come back!

Very nice condo in a nice neighborhood. Easily within walking distance if quiet a few cool bars. Broadway is about 10 blocks away. Walkable as well if you don’t mind a little stroll.

Really fun place to stay. Love that it looks out onto the pool. For how close it is the elevator and the road it was very quiet. Loved all the helpful Nashville places to see and travel books available.

all needs met. Guitar pool very cool! perfect location. walk to many amenities. we walked to Broadway but a little far but between lyft, scooters, & bikes easy to get around.

We have had tickets to see Kenny Chesney since 2019. It was postponed in 2020 and 2021...so third time is a charm! Staying here added to a wonderful weekend. It has a great location. We walked to bars just a block away, walked to bars/restaurants in The Gulch and walked to Broadway. Also spent some time lounging by the guitar shaped pool. Very happy with our stay and would consider staying there again in the future.
