This condo has lots of room for improvement. The carpets are stained/dirty. There are things that are broken like the blinds in the living room that leave gaps that don’t allow for privacy and toilet paper holders that are missing. There was paint and stains on on pillows and the oven screen showed an error message the entire time. The shower curtain was nasty. It had mold and smelled of urine. We let Vacasa know and still know one came out to change it like they said they would. We wouldn’t stay here again.

This apartment was very convenient for me and my family. We were in Little River visiting my aunt who lives only 2.5 miles away. They provided practically everything you might need except the food! We would definitely come back again. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that it was on the second floor and the steps were a little hard for my Dad to get up.

Unit was great however I couldn't use amenities such as pool and spa I wasn't given code or key to get in them was very disappointed called and was told they would get info and call me back but they never called back

This apartment was great for the weekend. The location to the beach was great and I love that we got us away from the beach traffic, however being that check in was later in the afternoon it would have been nice to have a later checkout over. All the weekend was nice thank you for the accommodating us!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was the perfect size for a family of four! It was very clean and spacious. We had the pool to ourselves. Enjoyed our stay!

It wasn't a bad place for what it was. The pictures are a little leading. I thought it was a one story house, not someone apartment they rent out. It's clean for the most part. We were left a note to clean everything before we left, but also charged cleaning fees. Not happy about that. Plus, the trash in the bathroom was not emptied before our stay. The secondary room sheets were not clean either. There were spiders in the master. Small house spiders I can handle but this was a bigger one. There are pictures of the pools but we were not left a gate key to enjoy the pools. Atleast people were nice enough to let us in one day to enjoy it. Overall it was a nice little place. Just was ecstatic about it.

An absolute highlight was screened in porch! Spent a lot of time there, and don’t have to worry about any bugs or mosquitoes at all!!! It has all the comforts of home. Also has a pack and play for kids! Wonderful area for family vacation and incredibly satisfied with our stay. A lot of room, clean, and cozy!
