Great place! We had plenty of space for the family and enjoyed the pool and the outdoor living space! Location was nice too…quick walk to the beach! Loved all the beach/pool accessories that were available. Definitely would stay again!!

Pool area is nice, BBQ area is dark and the flooring around it is super grimy with grease as can be expected. Super hang out area although we never sat there. Used the grill many times but hung out in pool and hot tub. Lots of broken patio furniture on decks as well as pool area. We never used the decks except for morning coffee off the master. Back deck has a broken lop sided end table sitting there, a chair down below with a huge hole in the seat area and wheels off the loungers by the pool. You can still use the loungers with no issue its just the lack of details that I always notice. Those items should have been taken away when they noticed it. I sent a pic to the AMI team, not sure if anything was done. Pool guy and gardeners came with no problems, pool was always left spotless. Except when gardeners came after and blew it all back into the pool. There is a large pool net easy enough to clean it out. Kitchen is a good space with nice dining room table, poor pans just as all past comments on this unit have stated. Living room is nice, tv was a pain to figure out as was master tv I never used them. Upstairs is nice, lots of room for our 3 grown kids. Garbage and recycling was picked up many times which is great. You just take it out to the bins and they get it from there. Walk to the beach is easy and garage is full of items for the beach. Pull trolley squeaks quite a bit but salt air, and sand likely don't help! But it was still usable. We brought our own beach chairs but they do have many. As for the overall appearance.... Its surface cleaned not deep cleaned and is a very well used house, plenty of scuff marks on walls and doors. BUT it didn't affect the use of the property. I just notice everything. I like a clean space. I would book again now knowing I just need to do a quick clean before we settle in. Its the sand on the floors and crumbs of food under kitchen cupboards. I swept it up and it was a pretty big pile that was missed. The twin unit beside it has cute lights in the BBQ area plus a TV. My hubby liked that about the other unit. AMI is great, clean, safe and you can walk everywhere or golf cart around.

The house was great. We loved all the beach toys, chairs, etc! That was a major hit for us because we flew in and didn’t want to buy or bring our own! It was a five minute walk to the beach and as usually with AMI the beach was nearly empty!!! The only two issues we had with this house was that the pans supplied were beyond warped and completely unusable (we purchased some new ones and left them in the house for the next guests. The second issue, was with the couches in the living room. I think too many people have sat on them while wet….but they smelled terrible. Couldn’t get over the smell so we avoided them entirely. Other than that all was well.

We loved this house on Holmes Beach. The pool is as great as it looks in the photos. The house is very updated and comfortable. It’s a very short walk to the beach (not crowded). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Stores and restaurants were close enough to walk to. We would definitely consider staying at this house again!

Beautiful home and fully equipped. Plenty of space for 8 adults and three decks! Very nice to have our own private pool. Great location, just a two block walk to the beach which was mostly empty. It was like having the beach to ourselves. And only a mile walk down the beach to a great beach café! Would definitely stay here again!

Great house! So clean and close to the beach. It had everything we needed for the beach and pool. Convenient walk to shops and restaurants . Owner was available for anything we needed. Hot tub and pool were very comfortable for early Feb. Many options for sun or shade. Great vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved having the excellent pool and hot tub right in our backyard! The house had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. When we arrived, the pool was pretty dirty but the pool service came out two days, so by the time we left it was much cleaner. The beach supplies could be organized a bit better and cleaned a bit but we had what we needed. The air conditioner is very noisy and may need replaced soon. Overall, I would definitely return!

Fabulous house for our family of 7. Kids and adults had a blast. Everything we needed was here and the beach was a minutes walk from house.

The house was nice and the property was beautiful. The weather didn’t exactly cooperate with us so it was nice to have the heated pool to enjoy when the beach was too chilly. This time of year found the back pool area mostly shaded with only a couple hours of sun on the backside. The beach was extremely close and safe to walk to. Literally steps away so that you could walk back and forth from the house to the beach. The house was well equipped. The multiple deck options were wonderful for separate spaces outside for our family. All in all money well spent.

Great indoor and outdoor space. Well stocked kitchen. House exactly as advertised. Half a block to Holmes Beach....stunning, uncrowded. Loved the easy vibe of Anna Maria Island...nice locals. Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

Fairwinds is a lovely home just a quick walk to the beach. Super clean and comfortable. The house was stocked with everything you need. Kitchen had more than most rental homes. Plenty of cookware, small appliances and even spices. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic! There was also lots of pool toys and beach items like two wagons, cooler, and loads of chairs. We love Anna Maria Island and this was our favorite home. Also a great reservation and check in process. We even received a call to let us know our house was ready early! We can’t wait to come back!

Summertime. Everything great except for mosquitos. Lots of them around the pool, balconies, etc.

By far this was the nicest beach property in which we have ever stayed! The pool area was absolutely beautiful! In addition, the floorplan of the house was very well layed out accommodating our large family of 8. The 3 full bathrooms always had plenty of hot water too. The owners thought of everything in regards to ammenities. It was so nice to have beachchairs, rafts, beachcarts, beachtowels, a rolling cooler, pool and beach toys including boogie boards, etc....all provided which saved us room in the car while traveling. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the awesome location as well. Only a very short walk to a beautiful noncrowded beach made it nice, especially with kids, to be able to walk back and forth as needed for lunch, etc.. and there were lots of wonderful shops and restaurants very close. We fell in love with the slower pace of Anna Maria Island and the Fairwinds property. We definitely want to come back and stay again soon!
