House is spacious with three full bathrooms which is great for multiple people! Kitchen had everything we needed (pots, pans, silverware, etc.). Lots of fans which was great since it was quite warm while we were there (though, note, the windows have been a bit loved and some need extra care when opening/closing). Bed in the master bedroom was comfy with the lots of extra pillows, though they are on the softer side. Would stay again.

This type of rental is a rare find in Steamboat and I would happily stay again. Bedrooms set up for 2 couples and all their kids.. bunks for the kids and king beds for adults.. plus 3 bathrooms is awesome. Mattresses comfortable too. Fridge is newer and is large with a great ice maker, and washer/ dryer is newer and works perfectly. TVs in all rooms are big and great for those late evening movies! Big dinner table too! Plenty of nice dishes and cooking supplies too. Plenty of towels and all very nice. The 4 stars due to some overlooked maintenance such as flooring in kitchen is coming up at fridge area and caused us a minor cut.. needs attention for sure. Also the main floor carpet is old and bunching up….needs attention too. Bathrooms are super clean and work well but showers drain too slow ( likely just due to drain maintainer). Showers need a non slip type of target may.. older folks may slip. Main floor master needs side tables for sure as noted in another review and I was surprised this was not already handled as you must have side tables for the adults to put phones and other sleeping items on. Finally I was surprised that Vacasa ( not the owners fault in any way) doesn’t supply some sugar and a doesn’t check to see if other kitchen items are missing.. we had no spatula so eggs were a challenge. This unit is in a great location and is perfect for families and/or 2 couples!

This property was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in! It accommodated my family with ease and the kitchen was great to cook in! The location is fantastic! Easy to walk to the grocery store and coffee! Short drive to all attractions and downtown! The ONLY feedback I have is the 2 bathroom showers on the main level did not drain properly; hopefully this is fixed soon. It made tubs very slippery. Also, needed a hot pad in the kitchen! Other than those two things, I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there next time!

It does sit near Highway 40 if traffic noise bothers you. Also, if you plan on taking the city shuttle to the ski area, the condo is the last stop so it is often full by the time it gets there. Because of Covid restrictions, you then have to wait for the next bus. Taking it back to the condo was not an issue. The living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable for watching movies or tv as a family. Other than those minor issues, we had a great stay!

We enjoyed our time. Thank you for everything. The convenience to the Ski Haus, Safeway, Walmart, and the bus stop was a highlight. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Allowed us to rest well. We also came during week of great weather with smaller than normal crowds on the slopes, which was a huge plus. We were a bit cramped in the living room for all six of us. Wished we had a few more comfortable places to sit when watching a movie together, but that`s just a function of space. Would recommend two small side tables to go next to the king size bed in the master bedroom. There was no convenient place to put our books, phones, etc. We ended up figuring out the heat and the fireplace but could have used more directions in the book or somewhere else to guide us - particularly, how the space heaters work. 3 large raccoons showed up on the deck on Christmas evening. They had climbed down from the roof. Thankfully, the door to the deck was closed or they would have come right in. Made for some nice entertainment as they eventually climbed down the side of the condo. We created great memories and are thankful for our time in Steamboat. Thank you! Loved the decor, the comfort of the beds, the kitchen provisions, cleanliness, location, and everything! My only “complaints” would be to add more towels and pillow options- with 8 people we found we could use a couple extra towels, and our pillows were really squishy for our liking. But thank you for your attention to the place as a whole and making it so welcoming for a group of 8! We hope to be back!! No AC is not an issue, even in mid July. You just open windows at night and close them around 10am for the day. Great location and close to everything. If you are going to get in the river at Fecher park you could walk from the unit there :). Thank you!!

We were at this location for 5 days in the middle of July so it was pretty hot. Early mornings and evenings were fine but plan to spend the mid-day someplace cool. Having said that, the condo was clean, well-appointed, quiet, and conveniently located near everything there is to do in the area. We'll be back.

We spent 5 days here and really enjoyed ourselves. It was mid-July so the heat was the only real drawback. The condo is in a great location for walking to town, hiking, floating down the river or driving to nearby sites. We’ll be back! The condo is beautiful with 2 large bedrooms and a large loft area. Having 3 showers saved us so much time getting ready. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and extras like sandwich baggies and Tupperware. The owner even left fans as there is no AC and we stayed in July. We were able to walk to Safeway and across the street to the bike trail. We loved the condo and will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved the condo! Very spacious and we enjoyed all the extra kitchen supplies like Tupperware and saran wrap. The location is fantastic- you can walk to stores and to the bike trail along the river. They left fans for us as we stayed in July. We will definitely be back!
