We booked the property due to having four bedrooms each with an attached bath which was accurate. We didnt have a good property overview to explain how things worked or where they were located. The property contained feral cats which were not included in the listed and left cat hair on all the outside cushions that we had to clean every day. Overhead fans, garbage disposal, and a/c had problems during the visit and were very slow to be repaired. One of the shower drains was inoperable when we arrived. The hot tube never got above luke warm and thus was not usable in january. One night we returned to the property to find water pouring out of the refrigerator and all over the kitchen and living room floors. After cleaning up the mess a maintenance person showed up and was very angry. After discussing the issues with the property manager she did agree to refund the cleaning deposit. The property is very well located and the view is outstanding however it needs to be better attended to from a maintenance standpoint and quicker response to issues that occur.

From the host to the accommodations to the amenities, we had a wonderful experience and had everything we could have needed. A resort stay has nothing on this property! We will definitely be going back :)
