The cabun was as described and exactly what we needed!

Very nice house, clean, with good TV streaming program. Very comfortable place [rooms] & relaxing place. This is the second time we stayed and love it... Million thanks for the manager to be very responsive.

This is our second stay at this house and it was great again! Hot tub was clean and worked well. How was clean and well stocked. Lots of room and close to town. Thanks

Beautiful cabin and property.

Beautiful property, kids enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. Property owner was extremely responsive and maintained great communication. Close to many attractions, but far enough away that it felt secluded and away from heavy traffic. Will definitely stay again.

Our whole group loved our stay at the cabin. It was just about as close as you could get to the national park. We love the quiet town of Townsend. This will be the first listing i look for when we book our next trip!

When we drove up, it was dark. The house was beyond what we expected. Plenty of multilevel room to accommodate us. The view that next morning was worth our 15 hour drive. As working individuals, we appreciated sitting on the patio, the jacuzzi was perfect, and simply just unwinding. Fyi, there are plenty of grocery stores closer to the cabin. We panicked and stopped at the 1st one we saw. There is a walmart close by. Spend you time in Gatlingburg. We didnt discover it until the day before we left. If I had it to do again, it would be sooner vs. Later. The only thing I would suggest is, make the main level somewhat handicap accessible, at least a small ramp. The main level houses the master room/restoom, half bath, kitchen and living room, which would be comfortable for someone who could not do any of the lower or upper level stairs. Other than that I still rate this stay high!

Everything was as expected , quite off to itself very clean, everything needed to cook Christmas dinner was there. My family enjoyed it immensely. We will be returning

The property description/photos are accurate. This house has plenty of space inside and out and we were happy with our decision to stay here. We enjoyed the porches and backyard quite a bit. Only improvement our group agreed on was the need for better fitting bedsheets. Everyone in our group felt like the fitted sheets kept slipping off the corners every night and bunching up. Great property and great communication with management.

Everything we needed and more was there ! Plenty of towels and wash rags plenty of TP plenty paper towels and garbage bags dish washer stuff dawn hand wash in kitchen and bathrooms Coffee and creamer was there . First aide we even seen Birthday Candels . Very clean . Beds very comfortable. We stayed 6 days it just had everything . Food store near by Also and great BQ . We enjoyed our stay . Oh nice deck real nice hot tub it was a newer one and a nice grill

This is a great property. The owner was very responsive to our needs and the location is a short drive to all of the area attractions. The property is quiet, clean, and comfortable.

This place was just wonderful, clean and comfortable! It had everything you needed and even things that were not expected but really useful! The only problems we faced were the amount of wasps out back sometimes prevented us from enjoying it to the fullest. Perhaps this area needs sprayed this season. Also, we didn't know this home was close to other homes and the immediate area is a bit run down. But, we had 0 issues with it during the week we were there so it was fine. We all really loved seeing the cows everyday!

Overall very spacious, clean and comfortable. Really well decorated and furnished. Only downsides were hot tub began to smell and feel odd after 2 days, unusable, and the electronic games did not work well.

Two children, two adults, and two seniors stayed here very comfortably. Perfect location for accessing Cades Cove. Much more relaxed than Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

Overall, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay here! We experienced some very minor hiccups which were addressed and rectified promptly! Would definitely book again.

This place has everything! Nestled in the hills, just a half mile off the main drag of towns in, the property was peaceful, private, and well equipped. It matches the pictures exactly. Bright, spacious rooms, comfy beds, all the household amenities you could wish for, and tons of space. The outdoor deck, hot tub, and fire pit were just amazing. So relaxing to sit on the back deck and sip coffee while the sun rises We couldn’t really see any of the neighbors and didn’t hear any noise other than some light music coming up from the nearby restaurants. Which was actually pleasant. Plus, you could be at any of them in less than five minutes with this location. The big plusses were the cleanliness, the ample supply of fluffy towels, cleaning supplies, and even cooking supplies, such as spices, oils, coffee, etc. The property management service was among the best we have ever worked with. Super responsive, attended to every detail, and gave great communication before, during, and after. This getaway is really a no-brainer. book it and then relax and just go have fun.

We are a group of 5 sisters/friends that stayed in Townsend for a half marathon and to explore the Great Smoky Mountains NP. The cabin had plenty of space for each of us plus large gathering spaces we could all be together. The house was clean and tastefully decorated, and all beds were comfortable and spacious. After being out exploring all day, we especially enjoyed the back porch and hot tub. It was also nice to have full laundry facilities as we had a lot of wet/muddy clothes after being out hiking all day on a rainy weekend. Communications with the property manager were clear and efficient. We did see a bear in the driveway one night, but after sniffing around near the trash cans, it was on its way without even acknowledging us up on the back porch. Be aware that coffee filters, soap for the showers and laundry supplies are not provided, so you will need to bring your own, or you can find them at the IGA store which is a short drive away. I would highly recommend!

My party of 7 travelled to this location from the Midwest. The property was well manicured and the house was very clean! Everything worked properly and this quickly felt like home away from home. (Except you can hear the cows and nearby rooster from the back porch! It was fabulous and exactly the kind of vacation we needed!). The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans, cutting boards, plates and cups etc. There was plenty of room for 7 of us to separate throughout the 3 levels. and outside. The local restaurants were good, especially Elvira! We visited Cades Cove, Dollywood, and drove through the beautiful mountains during the day, and relaxed in the hot tub in the afternoon. This destination made for the perfect road trip! The host was very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a safe home with an epic view!

Stayed at property over long weekend(7 adults/3 preschoolers). Property was in great shape. Kitchen well stocked. Good views off the back deck that included Hot tub and Weber gas grill in good working order. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and had lots of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook, bake, or grill. The hot tub was very nice too. We would definitely recommend this cabin. Great location!

We were a little skeptical given the mountain roads and distance to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, we loved the house and the quiet surrounding. We would recommend it with no hesitation.

Lots and lots of steps, it’s chopped up not what I thought honestly from looking at the photos, my grandma and mom had a difficult time with it. 3 stories and loud steps (because of children). Extremely clean, amazing fire pit area to gather, great scenery. River rats is right up the road, lots of fun. Amazing steak house within 5 minutes. Quite town, only about 40 minutes to Gatlinburg. We enjoyed our time here. 5 stars if you’re going with all adults, if you have small children or an older crowd I wouldn’t recommend just because of the steps.

Everyone enjoyed the property, from the hot tub to building a fire in the fire pit. House was very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property. Very Clean. Great for Motorcycle Enthusiasts as its driveway is accessible.

We reserved this lovely property to stay as we had a wedding at Coopers Cove. It was perfect for our our family. Super cute, very clean, and convenient to venue. Highly recommend.
