We enjoyed 3 fabulous weeks in this lovely home. The location is conveniently close to all amenities, including a short drive to Kona. The neighbourhood is beautiful, quiet and safe.
The house is spacious and fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay completely comfortable. The highlight of the property is the amazing yard which is a beautiful oasis with a wonderfully comfortable pool, gorgeous ocean views and endless sunsets to be enjoyed. 🌸

Very nice home with a great view of the Pacific Ocean. Well stocked in every way. The neighborhood is amazing and is just a few (walkable for sure) miles (around 2 miles) from the shopping areas and Magic Sands beach (go here!)
The owner is amazing. I am not sure if they are just sitting and waiting for a message to come across on VRBO--but they answered in less than 2 min every time we had a question.
The one negative is that people are leaving a lot of open items-that were sometimes better thrown out :)

We had a lovely family holiday at this property. We were six people, grandparents, parents and two kids ages 7 & 10. The house was spacious, clean, with a huge yard and great pool. The house had two king bedrooms and one queen which was perfect for our group. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Garage had lots of pool toys, beach toys, cooler, etc.
We could see the ocean from the yard and watch the sunset each evening.
We would most definitely stay here again!

The house is in a quiet gated community in a great location. It is well stocked with anything you need. Has a nice view of the water and sunsets. Pool was warm and a lovely spot to relax by. Owners were responsive and helpful with getting into the home. I would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful house and property was perfect for our family. Came with a well-appointed kitchen and a much needed laundry for our three granddaughters. Everyone was most comfortable. We loved the pool, grill and amazing sunsets!
Two points for future Vrbo renters: The property has no real walkable access to a sand beach, but is a short drive to some great ones, and most of the beach items left there for our use did not work (broken boogie boards, and umbrella.) Otherwise, five stars.

We had a 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration with adult children/spouses, grandkids. The property was terrific for all ages. Felt like we were in our own private spot. The fabulous patio and pool was perfect for youngsters who had nap schedules, etc., when a trip to the beach wasn't right for the day. Great location, excellent advance communications with host. (We found out later our daughter had multiple, conspiring conversations with the hosts to solicit their help in arranging a surprise anniversary dinner for us!) Everything was as advertised. Would recommend this host and property for a wonderful place to stay in Kailua.

Perfect property to celebrate our 20th anniversary with our teenage kids. Super clean, well kept pool with awesome ocean views, easy 10 min drive into Kona town.

This home is everything and more than the pictures posted on line. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool was big enough to swim in or just hang out in. The outside area was fantastic. We could see the ocean when we sat on the pool deck. The kitchen had everything you could want to use, great knives, pans and a lot of dishes. They had plastic cups for outside use. The house was very comfortable to sit and talk and relax in. Although we spent the majority our time outside on the pool deck.
This house is about 5-10 minutes from Kona’s Main Street depending on traffic. Very easy to get to from almost anywhere on the island.
The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Whenever we had a question they responded quickly.
I would rent this home again if I get the chance to come back to this island.

Loved the spacious house with the amazing private garden and pool. The location was great and we enjoyed spending most of our time outdoors surrounded by Hawaii’s amazing flora and fauna, watching the beautiful sunsets. Would book again!

This is a can’t miss rental! Beautiful location, in a gated community. The views from the property of the ocean and the sunsets are fantastic. While it’s a gated community, there’s a walking path out to the road where the restaurants and shops are, which is just over a mile away. It’s an easy walk which we preferred to trying to find parking in the restaurant area.
The backyard is a huge tropical paradise with palm trees and tropical plants as well as a very nice pool.
The inside is beautiful and spacious. There were 5 of us and it was more than comfortable.
It’s also close to the airport, maybe 20-25 minutes. The drive is picturesque.
I would definitely stay here again!

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. There was plenty of space for all of us (5 adults, two kids). We had a blast playing in the heated pool, which was a comfortable 83-86 degrees the entire time! We soaked in the breathtaking views…the sunsets are incredible!! The mile or so round trip walk down to the water was a fun evening activity too. There are lots of pool and beach toys and floaties. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and grill. Justin was very prompt and easy to communicate with prior to and throughout our stay. Honestly I can’t think of anything that would have made our time there any better! We had a fantastic trip and would come back in a heart beat!!

Spent a week here for our tenth anniversary with our family. The place is great! Plenty of room for the kids to play when not at the beach. Also, had beach toys for the kids to use. We didn’t have to rent them. A nice quiet gated community a short drive to everything you need. We would totally rent this property again.

All seven of us gathered on the Big Island to celebrate my 80th birthday. The actual day is Sept. 26th but with work schedules, school. and other life things, we needed to gather this summer. This house was a perfect place! One it's beautiful and big enough for all of us to spread out. Very well equipped with kitchen stuff, beach towels, beach toys . The neighborhood is very quiet. It is a bit of a drive to some of the better beaches, but not a problem. We all loved the pool, it's a good size and warm , the grandkids preferred the pool to the beach!! All in all, we would stay there again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was well stocked, clean and very comfortable. The house, pool and landscaping were very well maintained. It was easy to get to nearby restaurants and shopping. We would definitely rent this property again.

Memorable Big Island Vacation
Fantastic home for family vacation. The home is spacious, kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals during the stay, and backyard is gorgeous! Pool is really nice and where the kids spent a lot of their time. Pool is not too big or too small. Garage is filled with beach and pool items to enjoy. Owners were caring and communication was so easy by texting. Location is perfect. Away from tourist hotels. Inside gated community and within 5-10 minutes away from nice restaurants. I’ll be looking here first for my next Big Island trip.

A Magical Week
Wow !
They thought of everything ! The soaps were lovely . We felt like we had our very own private resort . The kitchen stocked , the sunsets , pool , space , security….. feelin of home ..
We came from Calgary, Canada .. and it took me awhile to save for this trip with the exchange and all .
We celebrated two special birthdays and it was awesome .
I really hope I get to stay there again . Kona was a very beautiful island as well and it all was seamless :)

We were a little apprehensive about booking at first as there was no reviews initially for the property but the hosts were amazing and eased all our concerns!
Upon arriving at the property Justin/Courtney were great and very responsive. We were able to check in early which was a blessing after a long flight in with a toddler. The house was better than we could have imagined, and very clean.
Our kids enjoyed spending time in the pool everyday. The sunsets shouldn’t be missed in the evenings, just absolutely breathtaking. The house was well appointed with anything you could ever need. We were all sad to leave. Hoping to come back next year!

The house was beautiful as were the grounds. We had all of our meals outside by the pool. Plenty of seating and lovely flowers, palm trees and ocean to look at. We had everything we needed and the owners were so helpful. Any questions were answered immediately. Recommend this home very highly. Thank you Justin and Courtney!
