Loved this place. Exactly what we wanted. Nice beds. Clean. Very close to beach and everything else we wanted to do. Management was very responsive and helpful.

Everything was as advertised if not better! Loved the ground level room with immediate access to pool/deck. Would stay again and hope too!

This was the second time that we stayed here. The location is excellent, the people from the other units are friendly, and the pool area is wonderful. We're planning on coming back.

Condo was super clean and well maintained. We loved being on the ground floor and having access to the pool right out our back door. Clare was really great and super responsive. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful location with easy access to beach and many restaurants within walking distance. Communication was easy as was check in and check out. The pool was another great asset for lounging and swimming.

As sisters that live from Alaska, California and Florida we are so spread out so it is important that we find time to spend together. We try to get together once a year to reunite & reminisce. We chose St Pete’s this year. The condo was perfect for us. Close to beach and restaurants. We were able to use the FreeDrive - very convenient!! Clean & comfortable condo.

This place was so nice and clean. Very bright and so close to the pool and the beach. They even purchased a pack and play for the baby to sleep in.

We had a really good stay. Condo is clean and very nice. The shower needs a grab bar for safety and the 2 bed bedroom needs the smoke detector installed. Wires are in place just no device.

Owner was very responsive. Very short walk to beach. Very good restaurants within walking distance. An ideal spot for a beach stay.

Great time overall with a perfect location! The kitchen was well stocked and even had a couple bonus items like foil and plastic wrap. The windows didn’t stay open unfortunately, which would have been nice with the cooler weather (condo seemed to stay on the warmer side without AC). It would be also be nice to have a bathroom fan so that the mirror is usable or else they mag need to consider adding a mirror in one of the bedrooms. Only other suggestion is that the tv comes with some instructions or to make sure the apps are at least updated so they are all usable. Truly a fantastic stay and would stay again (I was only nit picking with some suggestions above so that things are even better the next time we stay)! :) thank you!

This was our second trip to the property this year… Everything was just as we remembered! The place was spotless, the pool was great, and we walked to a different local eatery each night for dinner. We could not ask for a better place for our last trip in 2022 - Looking forward to another visit early 2023!

We really enjoyed our stay! When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was how quiet and peaceful it was! Then the interior was better!! Short walk on the boardwalk to the peaceful and beautiful coast!

We came to St. Pete for a girls trip - This place was perfect! Very clean & walking distance to the beach / food / bars! Will definitely stay again!

The accommodations and property were absolutely amazing! The condo had everything a vacationer could ask for, the entire place was clean as a pin, and the pool area was best in class... My wife and I were extremely impressed. Location was another big plus for us, beach access directly across the street and we walked to quite a few restaurants on Gulf Boulevard... Made life easy at dinner time. We would recommend this place to anyone hoping to spend some time in St. Pete

This property was perfect for my daughter's graduation celebration trip! Everything was so cute and detailed..The girls were very comfortable. We had one small issue I believe was over looked, but as soon as I told the host it was taken care of in a matter of minutes. Clare was sooo extremely helpful to us. She went above and beyond to share things with us that would make the girls trip so much fun. She even had sparkling cider for them on arrival to celebrate. They were all high school graduates. We have No complaints, and I would rent again. Thank you Clare for being so hopefully and welcoming. You will not be disappointed in renting this property. It's so close to everything!

This property was perfect for us! The condo was really nicely renovated and very efficiently designed. I loved that there was a front door in addition to the door stepping out directly to the lovely pool and you CANNOT beat the proximity to the beach. The owners set up our virtual parking pass quickly and we never had a problem finding parking even though it was Memorial Day weekend. We didn't do a ton of cooking, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked with tools and utensils, as well as nice dishes. Would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED this condo! It has EVERYTHING you could need for a wonderful beach trip! The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need to cook and play on the beach.
