We traveled to Arizona to spend time with our family, and the location was ideal. We had enough room for everyone and everything we needed. Me and my family had a great time. The owner was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Without a doubt, we'll return!

The location was great as it was close to the airport, zoo, and aquarium. The pool was great and the house was clean and well kept. The check in process was easy the host quickly responded to messages. We had a very nice stay!

Communication is super important and our host was great all the way around! House is in a nice neighborhood. It was clean and well appointed. Directions were easy and straight forward. Super nice stay to see some college football and see family!!! THANK YOU!!!

The house was great, plenty of room, very clean. Management very responsive. Pool lounges were worn out, but enjoyed the pool.

Our family loved our stay. We celebrated the life of my aunt. The house was ready upon arrival and had plenty of space of me & my husband, dad, 2 sisters with significant others. It was close to everything we needed. We played Jenga and enjoyed coffee Highly recommend staying here.

My family came together to see my daughter graduate and celebrate an early Christmas. The house was a great lay out for several adults and the backyard was awesome! We really enjoyed ourselves and had space to ourselves when needed. Great home!

My stay at this home was a lovely experience. Everything in the house is updated. There are many amenities available, as well. It felt like staying at a 4 star hotel! Most importantly: communication with the home owner was excellent! She was very responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend booking this house for your vacation!

We traveled from out of state, to bring my daughter to her first year at ASU. This home made us feel comfortable. It’s beautiful, clean, and quiet. The location is very convenient. The pool is clean, and is (in my opinion) a must given the Arizona heat. The property manager was professional and kind. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Property was located across from a school. Quiet, nice neighborhood with plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. The house itself was lovely and spacious. Decor was nice & simple. Clean and basic amenities, plenty of towels provided. Loved the washer/dryer being there and access to the garage. It was clean for the most part and no bugs, which is huge for me. The shower in the Master was not cleaned properly. My only complaint would be the pool. It was a nice pool and the view at sunset in the back was beautiful. However, I spent more time cleaning the pool myself multiple times daily. The skimmer was torn and needed to be replaced which I did let the host know. A new one "was ordered" but not provided during my stay. The pool guy came but didn't do anything that I hadn't done already. Hit quick clean, clean out the filter, and use a torn broken skimmer to take out as much debris as possible, from feathers from bird's nests on the trees to pieces of bark and more. The pool was an important piece of the trip as I was traveling with my 2 kids. So having to maintain the pool because the filter was not often running and was on a timer, along with a broken skimmer was a pain. The hose kept coming loose and I had to reconnect it often and no, no one was pulling on it, it just was not secure. The host responded quickly with any questions or concerns I had, which was great! All in all I would stay again, but only if the pool situation was better.

My five siblings that are still among us are getting ( no wait, not getting, already are) pretty old so we decided to get together while we could— the house that we rented was perfect for us— the location couldn’t have been better since I live in walking distance and know everything in the area— this house was very clean and the layout couldn’t have been better- everyone of them kept saying how nice everything was and how happy they were with my pick— if I had to rate the house and our stay on a 1to 10 I would give it a 20 so you can see it was great and who knows if we will all be kicking next time we try to all get together

Check-in was a breeze, the house was clean, plenty of space, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We loved the location and close proximity to so many things! It was our first time visiting but won't be our last!

This home was amazing with all the amenities. The house comfortably accommodated 5 couples. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. There were extra perks our group appreciated like outdoor seating, toiletries, parking, etc. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive in a timely fashion. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Very much enjoyed this well furnished and well located property. Plenty of room to spread out in the house as well as the back yard and pool area. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of games and TV's in all bedrooms as well as pool area. Highly recommend!

Clean, stocked and ready. Pool was heated perfectly, plenty of room inside and backyard, grill worked great. 5 decent sized bedrooms with the 3 baths worked great. Would definitely use this property again for a group. Even had some toothpaste for the guy who forgot his at the previous place. We'll stocked kitchen for glasses, coffee cups and cookware. It was great.

Everything was so organized, clean and the property representative was so helpful.

The property was everything the pictures showed and more! The remodel and updates were very well done creating a very bright and fun atmosphere. We stayed here with seven adults and everyone was extremely comfortable and happy. Easy freeway access, management team was great!
