Our stay was perfect. Check in was easy. Location was excellent. Walk out the gate, across the broadwalk, and you're in sand. We were able to see the sunrise from the patio. We will definitely book again!

My only real complaint was that the bed moved really easily when getting in/out of it because the frame is on wheels. We also would have preferred the ability to lower the AC temp more at night, but we know that’s just a personal preference.
Other than that we loved the place and the location. Will likely stay here again in the future.

My husband and our son stayed here from May 29th-June 3rd 2024. We were so pleased with this property. This property sits directly in front of the ocean for a spectacular view. The property offers a common area with a balcony with the ocean view as well which we utilized and enjoyed our breakfast outside one morning during our stay. I am very picky about where our family stays when it comes to cleanliness. I had seen the great reviews for cleanliness on this property before our stay and it was the main reason for our booking here. Upon arrival we quickly realized the reviews were true. The place was extremely clean and I had no complaints. Comfortable bed and clean, comfy bedding. All the amenities you could need. Fully stocked kitchen and even beach items to use while we were there like beach chairs and sand buckets and a canopy and so on. The home was easy to enter upon arrival and the convenience of the location of the property was perfect. Restaurants right down the broadwalk. The owner of the property was easily reached and responded to questions right away. We had the best experience and will be visiting again. Great vacation thanks to this property for meeting all our needs so we could enjoy and relax while away from home.

This property was by far the best I have ever stayed at! The pictures don’t do this property justice. First off the owner Jeff responded so quick any time I had a question. Everything was so clean and tidy. Awesome keurig along with creamer and plenty of sugar and sweetners etc. which was so nice. Loved the fact the property has chairs for the beach. Both bigger chairs and lower chairs. Along with very nice beach towels and kids stuff for the beach. What a great thing to have! I would recommend this property to anyone and I cannot wait to stay here again! I mean step out your door onto the boardwalk and into the sand. Don’t even have to bring a cooler if you don’t want because your door is that close for drink, food and bathroom and come right back to the beach. Highly recommended for the location, communication by owner, cleanliness and the outside common area is the best as well.

EVERYTHING AND More!! Very clean very well kept .I felt so at ease when I walked in .My husband liked the 1/2 bath ,loved the beautiful kitchen,floors,and not feeling like I had to wipe down everything. Will be our to go property from now on.

This place was wonderful! Literally on the boardwalk and steps from beach. So close to restaurants and shops. Loved the fact is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Central a/c was a huge plus! They had plenty of coffee and creamed! This is our new go to place several times a year

This oceanfront home is excellent, very clean and comfortable. It is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Its right on the boardwalk, but you won't here any of the foot traffic. It is close to restaurants bars and lounges. We loved being footsteps from the water. Hopefully we will be back soon. Thanks Jeff.

Everything was as described. Beautiful views, steps from the beach. We really enjoyed sitting outside and watching people on the Broadwalk. This was our first trip to this part of FL but it definitely won't be our last.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights/5 days.
We took an Uber to the condo and didn’t have to Uber again until going back to the airport. It was very clean. We appreciated the use of beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella.
This location is great. You walk out the door and you are on the beach. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment close. For being so close to everything, we were pleasantly surprised how the noise was not an issue when going to bed. Every morning the sunrise is right outside your window.
The owner is very quick to respond and easy to work with.
We would definitely stay here again!

Property is located on the boardwalk with a stunning ocean view and access! Everything you need for a stay at the beach is provided, chairs, umbrella, bogy boards, tents, even beach towels. Unit is modern with comfortable bed, large TV and even one in the bedroom. kitchen is stock with everything you need to cook or make a cup of coffee. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely will do it again.

I have made many trips to the beach over the years. This was my first time in the Hollywood Florida area. The house was perfect for our stay. It was in a great location close to activity’s on the boardwalk, super clean, with great access to one of the nicest beaches I’ve been to. The host was really responsive with any questions I had , and check in was a breeze. My wife and I are already planning on a return trip next year!

I mean it! Zero steps to the Hollywood promenade and beach! Unlike at resorts where you'll need to go through corridors, hotel guests, elevators, lounges, pool areas to get to the beach... The place was clean, the view superb, the amenities was thorough. He thought of everything you may need for your stay. From disposable flatware to beach chairs n beach gear. We did everything on the beach. Sipping on my morning coffee, from the provided kuerig machine, on the beach, can't be beat! Way to go Jeff! Oh, and thanks for your prompt and direct way of communication. It made things a lot easier.

My wife and I recently stayed at Jeff’s place for a week with our two young children. The condo was very clean and perfect for our trip. We had some brutal weather but the days that were nice, the location could not have been more convenient. The condo had everything you’ll need for a day at the beach. If you like people watching, this place is for you. The Broadwalk draws all walks of life and they all walk, run, ride, or skate by the front windows of the unit. The beach is awesome with palm trees to sit under when it gets hot. If it gets too hot or if it rains, all you have to do is walk about 10 steps and you’re home. There is plenty to do within walking distance with tons of places to eat. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful during our stay and had awesome communication. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again.

My husband and I were delighted with this property. The view is amazing and you are literally steps from the beach. The location is perfect -- you can walk to all the bars and restaurants, but they are mostly several blocks south, so you don't have noise and crowds congregating right in front of you.
Thought has been put into every detail. We felt right at home the minute we walked through the door. Everything you need for the beach was there, and we appreciated the soap and shampoo, great water pressure in the shower, and comfortable bed. The phone chargers worked great for our phones, and the coffee maker and coffee were a big plus.
I had been apprehensive about privacy, because the property is ground floor and right on the Broadwalk. But this turned out to be a non-issue. If you want privacy, you can close the blackout shades that open up or down, and it is really amazingly quiet. But the weather was cool enough during our stay that we could open the windows, and we found interacting with people as they passed to be very enjoyable as we relaxed in the condo with a coffee or cocktail.
Jeff is a great host and quick to respond to any inquiries. We highly recommend this property, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was exactly what my husband and I needed for a 3 day getaway. Right in the boardwalk , 20 feet from the beach. It doesn’t get any better then this. And entertainment and restaurants a short walk away. The area felt safe and was well lite. We would stay here again!

We had a great time staying in this property. Only issue was the beach chairs were not big enough so we purchased a new one, which we contributed to the property.

Everything is exactly as described. The unit itself had everything needed for a beach weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. Jeffrey even has beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards to use during your stay. The Sandpiper is a great little gem.
