This was the perfect getaway. We loved the pool and the hammocks. Close to multiple beaches.

My family and I loved our stay at this home. The property manager was very nice and responded quickly to our communication. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our family had the best time, the house is roomy and very beautiful great neighborhood as well. And close to everything! The owners answer any questions immediately! Great for jug families ! 10 out 10 recommend!

We didn't stay at the house much. We went to the beach a lot. But it was in a good location to get there. Would recommend getting more dishes/baking tools for kitchen. But other than that it was very comfortable.

Clean and lots of things to do at house, pool table, corn hole, putting green, and pool with hot tub. Loud clicking on bedroom ceiling fans and loud AC. Nice dining area and living room, no bakeware in kitchen. Gas grill very nice. TVs everywhere! Joseph was great to work with.

We really enjoyed the pool and spacious back yard. The house was clean and comfortable and had a lot of amenities. Just a few minor issues… We had to call and text several times for the key code at check in. Also the door lock got stuck a few times but owner was quick to respond. The only other issue was there was a lot of trash from previous renters outside and all of it was not picked up so the trash cans outside were very full during our stay. Overall not a big deal and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall we had a nice stay. The home had everything we needed and the back yard area is fantastic. Pool, hammocks, wall for lacrosse, corn hole, fire pit, etc. a really relaxing space. A couple of things I wish we had known prior to booking is the home is on a main street of a very busy neighborhood so we heard loud cars and radios all night. It is very close to a large sports complex and with the stadium lights on, it comes through the front windows until late at night. But, the stadium is a great place to visit to let the kids play! The home is also close enough to the airport where we could hear every plane go in and out, but if flying into the area the proximity is super convenient! My husband spent the majority of his time at the home cleaning the pool because the overhanging trees continuously filled it, but once it is screened in this will not be an issue! Other than the noise, it was really pleasant and all of the main tourist attractions we traveled to were within 30 minutes. The host was very kind and courteous and answered all of our questions right away! Inside the home was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our trip to Tampa!

This place was fantastic, each of us enjoyed our week in this beautiful home. It was clean spacious had plenty of amenities and things to keep us happy. I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Tampa

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was older but had a lot of new updates. My kids loved the pool and the spacious backyard. The neighborhood looked like it was up and coming and was very quiet. Joe was very accommodating. Only thing we could’ve used was a few more towels and a laundry basket to bring clothes back and forth to laundry room.

Location was very centralized House was comfortable and pool was the big hit. Joseph was helpful when questions came up and ask went very well. Great place to stay.

Went to a festival at Raymond James stadium location was good. Restaurants were near but there was an ant problem that we had to purchase supplies for, we also had to clean the pool and the door lock was hard to open, once the owner gave us the code. Overall, the house was nice for 3 couples. Pool wasn’t heated like advertised and the 3 put green was just 1 which was still barely anything but the backyard area is nice with hammocks instead of the holes. Cornhole bags are worn.

Four days after our trip, I received a message about an additional cleaning charge because “renter was told to make sure dishes were clean as they leave they use every single dish in the house and didn’t clean a single one…”. How can we follow instructions when they were never given? Keep this in mind when checking out of this house.

When deciding on a rental we wanted a home that was big enough to accommodate 2 families with kids, (teenagers and under 5). We wanted a pool and to be close enough to do things in the Tampa area if we wanted. In the end, we never left the house. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the listing. One quirky thing that you won’t see in the pictures is to get to the master bedroom you will need to either go through an upstairs bedroom, which has sliding doors connected to the master bedroom, or through the second bathroom. This didn’t cause an issue for us but something we weren’t expecting. Everyone loved the pool. Backyard had a sense of privacy. Outside covered porch with TV, foosball table was our go to hang-out spot in the evenings. Host was super responsive when we had questions and very accommodating. There were plenty of TVs so we weren’t stuck watching children’s shows all weekend. Overall, we were very happy with the choice.

The property and house is beautiful. Everything is accurate on the page except for the heated pool. The temperature may get up to around 80 degrees but it doesn’t feel like it. But other than that, every room in the house is comfortable and clean. Joseph, the owner is easy to reach and friendly. When the bathroom lights went out he came and fixed them the same day.

We had a great time at this property.the only downside was the pool and the jacuzzi were not heated ,but i believed the owner was working on having that done ,otherwise everything was great.

Huge TVs, great WiFi, pool table and foosball table are awesome, pool and back yard are killer. The kitchen has everything you need. Great location + hidden gem of a house. Close to lots of things but you really don’t have to leave the house to have a good time. Owner responds quickly to everything! We had a blast!
