Nous avons loué les deux villas (west & east) Il n'y a rien à redire, tout était parfait. Les villas sont magnifiques, avec une vue incroyable, proche du centre de Kuta. Le personnel est adorable et serviable. Le manager est toujours disponible et nous a offert tous les services nécessaires. Il y a également un service restauration sur place. Le rapport qualité - prix est excellent! Je recommande à 1000 %

The accommodation is stunning and the view amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff . we absolutely loved our stay.

Our stay at Villa Sarang was great. The staff were very attentive, responsive and accommodating - Dadus was especially easy to deal with and was nice enough to provide us with early check in and late checkout and luggage storage. The provided breakfast was good, although we did ask for some additional items (eggs, spinach, etc.) after the first day as there weren’t any savoury items. The villa has a nice pool and the building feels modern and well put together. Our view on the two bedroom side was slightly obstructed by the house in front - the three bedroom villa didn’t have a house in front so the view was a bit better.

Our main pain point however, were the insects and bugs. The main living area, bedrooms and ensuites had sections of wall that were only wooden vents without a window or sliding door. As such bugs and insect can enter throughout the day - we somewhat managed by asking the staff for bug repellent (which we covered) but perhaps some pest control or insect mesh could help as this did have some impacts on our sleep.

Everything was perfect at Villa Sarang. From cleanliness to organisation even to requests. At any time of day one could text Dadus(the property manager) and he would arrive or respond within seconds! The appartment was very clean, spatious and had very nice interior decoration. The driver that Dadus had connected us with, Sigit, is probably one of the best Tourguides/Drivers ive ever had. Not only does he know Lombok like the back of his hand, he also is very open to requests and creates a very welcoming and familiar atmosphere. Overall Im very happy with Villa Sarang and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Villa Sarang is absolutely amazing. The views are breathtaking over looking the bays of Gerupuk which you can enjoy from all the bedrooms, infiniti pool and the amazing communal areas that interconnect so well. The location is superb with a short trip to the surf spots of Gerupuk or into the town of Kuta where there are many great restaurants and night life. The staff led by Dadus are so friendly and available to assist whenever required and the villa was always clean and in premium condition. We cannot wait to return.
