Property was great! Location and beach access are perfect. Layout and spaciousness are perfect to accommodate a large group. We had a few minor issues that were handled in a timely manner, no complaints there. To be fully transparent - the things that could have been better include: (1) mosquito treatment or preventative barrier of some kind - i know its Florida, but our kids were chewed up pretty good by the pool in broad daylight. (2) certain childproofing improvements - 3rd floor ledge in movie room, there is one chair that is level to that ledge - would be nice if that was blocked of somehow, (3) the screen doors all slam shut and seemingly need new springs so they don't clip you in the back of the foot or catch the kids' hands. I still rated property a 5 as it was great overall. If nothing else, hopefully these callouts at least prepare other families with kids to take preventative measures when staying here.

Our family vacation on AMI was amazing. 15 people (6 adults, 9 kids) and we had more than enough room in this beautiful house. Everything was exactly as stated. We would definitely be coming back to the island again.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at Summer Paradise! It’s so close to a beautiful beach and the house has absolutely everything you could need or want to enhance your stay.

Awesome house! The very best VRBO we've ever stayed at. Plenty of room and amenities for 7 adults and 4 children, 9 yrs and under. Great pool and pool slide (where the kids spent most of their time). A movie area for the kids to watch their favorite shows, and a well stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook most nights. And very short walk to a great beach. We'd rent this house again in a heartbeat!

The property was great for our families. The pool was a favorite pastime and the outdoor tv ranked high among the kids. The beach was very close and easy to access-beautiful and not too crowded. Restaurants were walkable and grocery store a short distance accessible through golf cart. One of our favorite family island getaways!

This house is in a great location close to the beach and great restaurants within walking distance. The house is huge and great for a large group. The time of year we were there the pool got little to no sun but was heated to a nice temperature and with the beach so close it wasn't a big deal. There were some areas that could be improved on during the cleaning process.
