Staff was friendly. Room was standard room as described on booking page. Breakfast was really good. They had variety of croissants at breakfast.

Stayed at Hotel Arcobaleno in Siena, an old manor house with a lot of character. Loved the convenient bus stop right out front - it's a quick, easy ride to Florence and surrounding cities, which I found handy. The rooms were good, clean, and comfortable, and the free Wi-Fi worked well. Appreciated the hotel's proximity to Siena's historic center and the beautiful Chianti countryside. A solid option if you're planning to explore Tuscany, especially with the easy bus connections.

I liked everything, especially the staff of the hotel, they were all very nice and polite all the time.

The bed was a bit too firm for myself. But it’s personal experience. Except that no issues at all.

This was a beautiful place conveniently located. the staff was extremely friendly and had great knowledge about sites in spots to see.

Tap water was undrinkable. We were not supplied with bottled water without being charged. Wish we had a known prior to checking in we would have prepared a little bit better.

Andre in reception was really very friendly person suprising us with welcome drink and a plate of appetisers. Room had everything needed. It was a very nice stay and can recommend this nice hotel for everybody.

Staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable, so was the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was very nice and abundant. Internet was working very well. Overall great value for money!

Someone might find the room temperature perhaps a bit too warm - but it was definitely not a problem for me!
