Driving over 400 miles on that day, the location in Salamanca ( right by a petrol station on a duel carraigeway towards the centre of town )was ideal. It is by the intersection before Salamanca South turn off (arriving from South (Seville) The hotel bedrooms had been renovated with new strong wooden doors, Bidet with room for legs each side and a good sized hand basin. There was a ramp making it easy to wheel cases to the hotel entrance. One of the staff was helpful and carried my cases up the stairs(2 floors) to my room
There was no lift inside the building. It looked as if coffee was served at 07.00 am but trying to read the Spanish it looked as if there was no Breakfast until 8.00am and at some time breakfast buffet was served. Travelling a long way to the Atlantic coast, an early start was required, so it was not possible to wait to 07.00am. Several people had also left their keys. So I guess, it would be useful, to start breakfast at 6.00am.I left at 06.45am

The staff were excellent considering we spoke no Spanish, they went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was a mixture of different Spanish dishes and very nice. We must say that the hotel was very accommodating with our dogs.

The owner made us really welcome he was very helpful and even though he only had one arm he assisted us with our luggage. The room was nice warm and cosy and the bed was really comfortable.
The location was perfect as it was an overnight stay between locations right next to the main road east access and parking a service station next door for refuelling.
A 2 star hotel at 34 euros a night for that value I really couldn’t fault it.

The location was great and they didn't charge extra for our 2 dogs
It was very noisy the walls were very thin the people in the room next door were laughing and drinking till 3 o'clock in the morning wasn't worth complaining because nobody spoke English and just 1 long bolster pillow and no spares shame really decent size room and good location but you get what you pay for
