Everything was great

We liked everything

House was spacious, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Bathrooms/showers were lovely. Beds very comfortable and linen very nice quality. Nice big TV and enjoyed the pool table and hot tub.

Kitchen equipment is good but could do with better, sharper knives. Only had one tea towel although I think this was an oversight rather than the norm. Lighting in living room and kitchen not great, would be better with dimmer switches for main lighting and a few more lamps in living room. Minor points but would improve overall experience. Also curtain pole in living room broken and kept falling down.

The pole hanging the curtain by the double door in the living room was partly broken, so if you pulled the curtain back it came down, once hitting myself, which I thought was poor cause they must know that’s broken. Old fruit in a dirty unclean bowl when we got there. Provided a few sachets of sugar and coffee, which doesn’t go far at all with 6 people staying. Just another little thing that means a lot when you get to a place. Might just be easier to have a normal bag of sugar or coffee. Open mostly eaten bar of tablet open in cupboard. Shower cubicles in danger of overflowing in some bathrooms when using them. I think for the price I just expected not to have all these little things plus maybe a bit more. For example a little welcome hamper or something just to give it that personal feeling.

The facilities in the property were first class.
