The breakfast was really good, & the breakfast & cleaning staff were amazing. The hotel itself was clean & didn’t smell musty or anything.

None of the front desk people were very friendly. We fell asleep w the TV on low volume & got woken up by a rude desk attendant calling our room & telling us to turn it off at 11:30pm. It was on low, If the tv can be heard through the wall on low volume then get thicker walls for crying out loud. Check in was also fine, just not a very friendly employee that seemed to size me up & then saw that I had already paid online and finished filling out all of my information prior-& immediately treated me differently.

Clean and updated room. Shower was fantastic. Great location with restaurants next door. Great walking and running area. Terrific hot breakfast bar.

First time staying there..very pleased with the room ..very clean and comfortable.

Maybe a little more variety for breakfast, but i always like eggs, and they were really good..actually nothing that we didnt like..

The elevator was big and it was easy to portage luggage back and forth from car to room to car. The room was big and clean. The shower was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.

Excellent facility. The staff were more than helpful and so very pleasant. This is where we will stay when we are in Boise.

Need better pillows. Couldn't get comfortable during the night. Pillows need to be firmer.

Walls are very thin. I could hear guys talking clearly from the room next door and all the noises they made in their bathroom. 😑
