The room was spacious and like new with a great kitchen. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was average, the food was very simple.

Larger pull-out bed, we had a to get a rollaway bed so both our sons had a place to sleep as the bed was too small for 2.

Spacious room, quiet location

The room, grounds and breakfast space were all exceptionally clean. Breakfast offered a number of options and kept very tidy. It was convenient to the Morrison Center at BSU, plus easily walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops.

Very close to Boise State and downtown. Quiet rooms. Helpful staff.

Not able to check in at the time intended. Hotel information not accurate upon arrival & we had to wait 2 hrs both in parking lot & lobby until our room was finally cleaned. This type of property is extended stay & have “ambassador” clients that can check out at 4pm but no one communicated this to us, we assumed we’d be able to check in at the time the hotel offers check in time at 4pm. We were given a 30 minute window upon arrival knowing after the fact our room had barely been vacated 10 minutes after we arrived at 3:50pm. Put a damper on the festivities, Luckily the lady who cleaned the room was considerate, and offered a sincere truthful apology, walked me over & directed our family to our room. Something the front desk guy wasn’t able to muster.
