Hotel view was good, and location is easily accessible. I have booked Seaview room + Breakfast.

Airport Shuttle Complimentary: I have booked hotel through booking.com and they offered complimentary shuttle service from airport to hotel which is around 4500-5500 LKR. I was travelling through long layover and before 12 hours nobody contacted me for pick up, I assume based on instructions driver will come up at airport with board. Unfortunately, no drive available at airport and when I called at hotel, they took we are not responsible for pick up as this is booking.com external vendor. I have to double amount to safe rental car services available at airport counter which is 8500 through highway included taxes. I made complain and didn't receive any refund amount or voucher for this mistake. Hotel Facilities: The room sizes are very small and for long term stay hotel is not good because they won't have room equipment's like oven, cutlery etc. Hotel provided very expensive food and also will not facilitate outside food heating. For Muslims, they need to check for halal food options, and they don't have any corner where you can go and cook food. They also don't have any complimentary services in terms of tea counters, Open Kitchen area etc. Hotel Staff: Unfortunately, this is the major thing except reception staff I did not find anybody cooperative throughout my 10 days stay. You have to pay tip for everything then they will facilitate you. Or you need to manage everything like breakfast floor service, room service, luggage transfer. Rom Charges: I made booking through booking.com 8 Night and left hotel after 7 days but they Didot refund half day charges due to early checkout. Overall due to location and sea breathtaking views, I would recommend: - Don't book free shuttle scam as you will suffer after ling flights neither taking into consideration on overall hotel budget. - Book Short stay so you can determine either its good for long term stay or not. - Explorer other nearby marine drive hotels with same views and location.

Central location, clean and modern rooms. Japanese toilets.

Rooms are a bit too small. And only 1 access card given per room. Without the access card, everything switches off in the room. And you can't use the lifts without the access card. That was all very inconvenient.

Clean and good location. Very good breakfast and dinner.

The service is sub par. No one answers telephones. I actually wrote 4 emails to them to make a reservation and not a single reply - then even tried calling numerous times with no answer.

The views and location. Great bathroom.

Communication was very poor. We tried to contact the hotel propri to our arrival to ask a few questions we needed answers to before checking in but we had no response despite trying on booking, via WhatsApp, via email… There can often be a wait to get on the lift and the lift doors close very quickly and don’t seem to stop even if a person is getting through the doors. This was concerning for us as we travel with two young children.

Beautiful rooms, ocean view & bath! Really nice decor & a fun rooftop too. Great facilities- gym and spa. The cleaner is also great - Tuan!!

The food unfortunately wasn’t good, both the Japanese restaurant and room service was unfortunate. Also there’s no closet available.

Service was amazing and rooms and overall hotel was clean. Breakfast was lovely and varied from day to day.

The facilities were amazing! The pool over seeing the pool was our favourite.

There were 4 elevators at the property but only one was ever working at one time and there are long waits for the elevator.

Upon arrival we had to pay for our room immediately (in contrast to our stays at other hotels in Sri Lanka). Despite arriving at 5pm, way after check in opened, we waited around half an hour for our room to be ready. During this time we had half hearted apologies and no offer of complimentary drinks, we were just expected to wait - very frustrating after a long journey and it being our last evening of what had been an amazing holiday. Customer service and communication was poor. Staff also didn't know whether breakfast was included in our room or not.

Alles war sauber, und roch gut. Es gab wasser und tee auf dem Zimmer. Die klimaanlage war super. Wer auf hightech steht wird sich über die toilette freuen. In laufweite gibt es einen kleinen einkaufsladen

Das zimmer mit meerblick hat auch direkt einen bahnhof vor der tür. Die züge hupen jedes mal wenn sie ankommen und wecken einen auf. Ebenso empfand ich das ett als wirklich hart.

Great spot, with fabulous rooftop pool and bar. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very well equipped.

The food overall was average. Some dishes were really tasty (the spicy mushrooms) others were not great (the chicken tikka wrap).

This is a fabulous hotel & it is good value for money. The rooftop is amazing & the rooms are comfy

The room was comfortable. The location and view was good.

We had to wait about 40 minutes to be checked in. When we finally got our key we went up to find another guest just checked in to the same room. It was a very awkward experience. Even though the hotel was busy this is not an excuse. It also made us question our safety if anyone can use a key and walk into a room that is already occupied. The staff didn’t seem remorseful but we appreciate the upgrade we got for the inconvenience caused. The food was also overpriced - it wasn’t the best quality of food.

Clean, modern hotel with a fab rooftop pool and bar. Our balcony had a lovely view looking out onto the sea and over the small train station. Room was spacious and we liked the bath.

Staff could have been a little more helpful and the price they offered for airport transfer was very high, so we got a tuktuk instead.

Bardzo dobrej klasy hotel, położony nad oceanem. Blisko centrum, obsługa pomocna i otwarta. Czysto. Kapitalny basen na dachu z miejscem do chillowania. Jak na warunki lankijskie drogi, ale warty swojej ceny.

Zwembad was heerlijk, personeel super vriendelijk en de kamer echt fantastisch. Heel tof ingedeeld en schitterend uitzicht.

De sauna is aan de man-kant van de spa en daardoor helaas niet toegankelijk voor vrouwen. Jammer

The view is fantastic, staff were prompt to help out especially when the hotel wifi was down. The automatic toilet and shower and tub were good. There was an ice machine as well which was great for having ice cold drinks

Localisation à 2 km au sud du centre-ville à pied. La piscine panoramique est top et les chambres sont très luxueuses. Parfait hôtel pour se reposer après des visites.

Le service au bar de la piscine doit être amélioré. Il faudrait aussi plus de transats et de serviettes autour de la piscine

Despite arriving after check-in time, it took the staff more than 45 min to check us in and even then we only received the key to one of our 3 rooms. The other 2 room keys were delivered another 45min later. We went to wait for them at the rooftop pool where there re no changing rooms so you have to show up in your swimsuit already. There are very few places to sit. This is a big hotel and the main attraction is the rooftop bar and pool but it is very small for the size of the hotel and the pool gets crowded fast and it is difficult to find a place to put your towel and bag much less to sit and enjoy the views

Alles war perfekt, besonders schön war die zimmer 👍Der roftop pool 🏊‍♀️ war richtig schön. Es hat genau die länge zum profisportler zu schwimmen. Das frühstück war sehr auswalsreich und hat es zuper geschmäckt.

Отличный отель. Невероятный вид из номера на океан. Потрясающий вид с инфинити пула на крыше сумасшедшие закаты. Номер очень красивый, всë новенькое, стильное. Потрясающе удобная кровать подушки и одеяло как облачки))) вкуснейший завтрак. Персонал отзывчивый. Отмечали здесь годовщину, было очень рамонтично)

В ценах за отелььи в ресторанах не указывают налоги и сборы. В итоге получается +30-35% к цене (обычно наа Шри плюсом идёт только сервисный в 10%). Неприятно. Выглядит как заведомое введение в заблуждение
