Sehr sauberes, Komfortable und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung. Sie lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal dort und würden immer wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Everything was great. Clean apartment, fully equipped. Comfortable beds and fast wifi. Fully equipped kitchen.

Weird thing is that there was the washing powder for dishwashing machine but it was not for the washing machine. Would be great to have for at least 1 wash. Left 1kg for next guests.

Big en clean appartment. Everything we needed was in the house.

Keychain had different apartment label then actual apartment, which was very confusing

Nicely furnished. early check-in allowed. Quick response from the owner. Interner, Netflix was good.

Dirty on arrival. no elevator, have to carry heavy suite-case on small stairs. entrance area of building is not clean. Owner email template should be more courteous, sending responses in threatening tune is not very good (owner however, seems to be nice and accommodating).

Hot room no fan or Airton, kettle needed descaling or replaced. Parking should be with room rate not a extra charge.

All appliances needed are there to self cater. Netflix, prime and Youtube available.

First to the last day of our stay, the WiFi didn't work. I contacted the staff via message and they weren't able to provide a proper solution or an answer the day after we arrived. In addition, the booked parking spot was occupied by somebody elses car however, I got very quickly an alternative spot provided after contacting the staff. Unfortunately, the room didn't meet our expectations. The pictures displayed in booking. com from the room are also a bit misleading to the reality. What you can't see in the pictures, as well, the owner should fix the fan in the junik15 units bathroom and the water tap at the sink needs tightening (lose), as well. The electric water kettle needs a de-calcification and cleaning too. Furthermore, there was several times no hot water during my shower, which was really enjoying incl. the lack of water pressure. An eye for detail in terms of cleanliness (beneath the bed) should also be considered in the near future, incl. fitting blinds outside the windows together with the existing curtains. Overall our stay wasn't too bad, which means il not book again, as it's more a location for outside construction workers to stay, as for the purposes of leisure, as it's a bit noisy too, coming mostly from the neighbours (music and shouting). Some improvements should be put into consideration, if you, the owner, want guests coming back to stay for perhaps leisure, visiting relatives or the surrounding areas, like Colone, Bonn or Duesseldorf. I can recommend to visit them.
