Breakfast was fabulous, Pam was so kind and excellent server at breakfast. The grounds, and gardens absolutely beautiful and kept perfect. Miguel the head grounds keeper has been there for 18 years and also a very kind and informative staff who has a real love for the plants and trees on the property. I had a private tour of the organic garden and tree orchard by lovely young women who also has a genuine love for the earth. Thank you to you three people as you made my stay perfect.

Pool was closed. The check in gal not so friendly or helpful. I should have been told that the kitchen was closed on Mondays and I would have selected different day to check in.

Beautiful historic building in Bonita Springs. Large room, with a very comfortable bed and arm chair. The grounds are just lovely.

I may have missed it in the listing but there is no WiFi (a minor inconvenience). On my second day the room was not serviced, when I asked about it at the desk I was told it’s only done every three days. Again, a minor inconvenience however the desk clerk didn’t have access to refills for the coffee. It would be nice if the desk clerk had access to supplies if housekeeping is only going in on the third day. Lastly, the panel to operate the AC unit is extremely bright and lights up the room when the other lights are out. These are issues that wouldn’t prevent me from staying again, and with a bit of attention from management could easily be rectified.

I like the hotel but they need more amenities.

No microwave,no fridge in the room,no wifi,pool are closed and no rooms service.

perfect Place for a relax time

Place is an absolute gem

The gardens are beautiful, loved sitting out back by the water. Room was a bit small but the private back patio with chairs more than made up for that. Tranquil and inviting atmosphere all around, loved it here! Breakfast was included, including organic eggs and delicious banana pancakes.

There was no chain on the room door or an interior security lock, and parking is a little bit away from the rooms. But the grounds are very pretty so I didn’t mind the walk. Might be a mobility problem for others.

Location, all around beautiful place and o stay.
