Spaciois room. Nice garden. Check-in and our stay was comfortable.
Downstairs rooms have no balcony or ptivate outdoor space. Nowhere to dry you bathing clothes and towels. Jacuzzi on the roof was not operational.

L’hôtel a de très belles prestations, c’est bien entretenu et propre.
Le personnel est très bien aussi.
La cuisine commune est très pratique et c’est super de mettre à disposition de l’eau potable.
La chambre était un peu humide et pour que cela soit parfait il faudrait un miroir plein pied et un étendoir pour les serviettes (c’est du détail)

I stayed at Casa Elda while visiting Tulum and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was the pool, which is equipped with lights, providing a serene environment to relax and rest your eyes. Access to the property and rooms is secured with passcodes, which I found very convenient.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the comfort of my stay.
For those with a rental car, parking is available outside the property. Plus, there are plenty of dining options within a short, 2-minute bike ride. Overall, Casa Elda offers a great combination of location, amenities, and security, making it a solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy their time in Tulum.
There's a slight downside: the noise from dogs and people on the street can be a bit disturbing at times.

Geweldig verblijf bij Casa Elda! We verbleven in het penthouse en dit was echt top. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, fijne buurt, mooi ruim appartement met balkon en avond zon, lekker zwembad en fijn personeel. Ze hielpen je bij alles, zoals fietsen huren/wassen/excursies/taxi’s noem maar op!

Het was heel mooi appartementencomplex en heel erg modern. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk!! Vragen werden super snel beantwoord!!
De omgeving was minder. De straten lagen allemaal open en er was veel rotzooi. Veel zwerfhonden die je de hele dag/nacht door hoort. Al moet ik zeggen dat we er ‘s nachts niet veel last van hebben gehad.

We booked a taxi through a member of staff and it never got sorted.
Hair on pillow.
The shower head fell off and took full day to get someone to have a look at it and eventually fit a new one.
Jacuzzi on roof was empty and not working our entire stay.

Wspaniale urządzony ogród z oświetleniem i cała przestrzeń wspólna, zieleń, woda, część wypoczynkowa i wspólna kuchnia stanowiące spójną całość z wystrojem i stylem urządzenia pokoju. Pięknie ćwierkające ptaki o poranku. Wygodne wejście na kod i możliwość parkingu bezpośrednio przed obiektem. Blisko centrum. Spokojnie i bezpiecznie. Bardzo dobry i szybko kontakt z personelem, np. zepsuta (przestała działać) w trakcie pobytu spłuczka została naprawiona natychmiast w 5 minut (!). Naprawdę warte polecenia.
Warto uzupełnić wyposażenie pokoju o suszarkę na ręczniki i czajnik elektryczny. W pokoju nr 4 okno w kuchni po zamknięciu nie dało się zablokować, wiatrak na suficie wpadał drgania, budząc obawy o jego uszkodzenie. Jednej nocy dość dźwięk przesuwanych krzeseł/foteli w apartamencie wyżej przeszkadzał w spaniu, na szczęście nie trwał całą noc :)

Está bonito el lugar peor el departamento tiene fuga de agua en la regadera, cucarachas se me subió una en la cabeza mientras dormía y apareció otra medio muerta, el Internet es una porquería, fue una pesadilla mi estancia

Amazing little hotel! So happy we found it. Location is great..just a few blocks from the main street in tulum but far enough to be quiet at night. Few taco stalls very close for a snack in the evening. Room was fabulous and the kitchenette had all we needed. Pool area was great for a dip to cool off in the afternoon. Large rooftop area with sunbeds which has sun all day. Such good value for money in the otherwise very expensive tulum. Staff were so friendly and helpful and responded very quickly when I had queries. Would recommend for anyone to stay.
Hot water was a bit on and off but in the heat this didn't matter that much. And just a recommendation to maybe add a tea towel for the kitchenette if possible.

Everything was excellent. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics to cook, it is located close to Tulum's main avenue, and the garden with the pool is really nice. We needed to work all week and the wifi was excellent, it's a good choice for remote workers.
The streets around the hotel may seem a little sketchy, but nothing happened, we could walk everywhere, even at night.

Perfektes Hotel, um Tulum Stadt zu erkunden. Wir waren zwei Tage lang tauchen, für das war es die perfekte Unterkunft, um direkt in die Stadt zu gelangen.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und die Zimmer mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt. Die Dachterasse ist perfekt zum Beisammensitzen.
Wer zum Strand fahren möchte, dem würde ich ein anderes Hotel empfehlen, ist schon etwas weiter weg.

The location was in the heart of the downtown area. The room was well equipped and the pool was a nice plus. I would stay here again.
The room was a bit small, but this could be because we had a lot of luggage since we have been in Mexico for a while. The price was good, so I can’t really complain.

L'hotel est très charmant et bien équipé ! Les espaces communs sont accueillants et il y a un peu de personnel :-).
L'emplacement est bien on peut tout faire à pied. Possibilité de louer des vélos et scooter sur place. Bon rapport qualité prix !
Nous avons eu deux chambres : la première au 3ème étage super et la seconde au rdc beaucoup plus bruyante car juste à l'entrée ce qui offre peu d'intimité et beaucoup de passage.
Quelques petits couacs mais vite résolu par le personnel sur place donc appréciable !

De accommodatie zelf was meer dan wij hadden verwacht. Het keukentje en de grote van de kamer was boven onze verwachting. Daarnaast heb je de mogelijkheid om lekker bij het zwembad te kunnen liggen of boven bij de rooftop. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Wat hebben we genoten bij Casa Elda. De ligging was fijn, dichtbij de hoofdstraat. De kamer netjes en luxueus, alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Er staan in het complex verschillende tappunten voor het water, wat echt fijn was. Het personeel ook heel vriendelijk.
Het zwembad was wat kleiner dan we dachten en er zijn maar 3 ligbedjes bij het zwembad.

Huge comfy bed. Amazing shower. Good location walking distance to the town but an expensive taxi journey to the beach. We hired bikes for day times and got the local bus to the beach for evenings which was far far cheaper. Nice quiet rooftop and lovely pool with great temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would really recommend!
Kitchen was very small, a bit too small to do much in. we got laundry done which was great - but all of our socks came back about double the size and very stretched, two pairs even had holes in unfortunately. The water in the shower also randomly went off one night but was fixed within about 30 minutes.

It was our first time in Tulum and it was not easy to choose among so many properties. If you have a similar dilemma, please know that an every property that is not at a beach front is … far from the beach. If you, as we, need:
- super fast and reliable internet
- proximity of cheap eateries
- a lovely swimming pool with sun beds and sun umbrellas
- a clean and comfortable room
- responsive personnel
- nice view from a rooftop terrace
- a place to park your car next to a hotel

Very clean and proper house. The place is sereen and quietly in the garden. Furniture is very modern and it feels like a “home”. We could make our breakfast in our studio(coffee and tea availble) or in te garden (outside kitchen). In the fridge some drinks for free which is very kind
In room 4 the waterpressure(only) in the shower was a bit low.

Amazing place, got everything you really need, also got a little bigger room for like no money and had a lot of space with a nice little kitchen inside. The pool and the rooftop is very cool aswell, we finally felt comfortable in staying in one place after traveling for a while and everything was perfectly clean and they provide nice soap and shampoos and even mosquito repellent lotion. Free water…
Location is great since its very close to the center and close to the beach (we changed to come here after initially going to a place in la veleta i really dont recommend going there)
A huge shopping store is in walking distance which was amazing to buy some groceries and things.
Their bicycle rental costs 250, around the corner are places for 100pesos for 24hr
Also the pool on the roof isnt filled anymore.

Very nicely furnished property with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. The common areas for cooking and dining are very nicely decorated and perfectly clean. I didn't cook in my apartment or in the common areas because there are many excellent restaurants in the immediate area, but if anyone wants to cook on their own they have everything at their disposal.

Modern, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave us tips of what to see and restaurants in the area. Also, when I had an injury on my foot, a staff member went out of his way to help and even offered to go to the pharmacy for me!

Everything was great!! The room is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. Walkable to Tulum Centro. Julie was a great host. She was there to answer all my questions and also gave us a lot of good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Will definitely book this place again when we go back to Tulum.

It was a very nice place. It’s also an adult only location which I loved. It’s quiet and not far from the shopping and food. There is also a small store right across from it. The staff was super nice! Julie at the front desk was the best! We arrived earlier than expected and was allowed to check in as soon as the room was cleaned! The outdoor kitchen and the rooftop area were my favorite!

Very nice apartment with good airconditioning, huge tv’s, equipped kitchen, comfortabele beds, view on the nice garden with pool. We spend some wonderful days here. Also we could make use of the rooftop BBQ, with an amazing view!
