The experience was undoubtedly the most dreadful of my entire life. Accompanied by my elderly parents, aged over 65, we arrived at the property at approximately 5 pm. However, upon our arrival, our room was not available and we immediately contacted the property, as there was no one in the facility. After much trouble because the person who answered didn't speak English, we were informed that there had been an issue with a previous guest and that they were working to resolve it. In the meantime, we were directed to a room reeking unbearably of smoke, even the bathrooms carried the same odor. After enduring 2 hours and 30 minutes without any resolution, we decided to go for dinner in the hope that the situation would improve upon our return. By 9 pm, despite numerous assurances that the problem would be resolved, we were still without a room. Frustrated and exhausted, we made the difficult decision to leave the premises and find alternative accommodation. Although I requested a refund, it was denied by the booking platform, citing the property owner's insistence that a room was indeed available for us. In light of this unacceptable experience, I have sought legal counsel in Zurich to pursue legal action against the establishment. Alongside seeking compensation for the reservation, I intend to pursue damages for the distress caused by this ordeal.

Very easy check-in on the second floor. Neighbors were NOT loud and the bed was very comfy. Get what you pay for and is a great option for single travelers.

Es war gruselig und das schlimmste es gab keinen service und auch keinen Schlüssel um in die Wohnung zu kommen. Wenn man also keine alte Kreditkarte hat sollte man nicht buchen!!!!

Desde el principio me comentaron con un mensaje que la zona podía ser ruidosa, que quizás tuviera que usar tapones para los oídos, todo lo contrario, allí no se escuchaba nada. Está a un paseo (15 minutos andando) de la estación de St Gallen. También tiene parada de autobús en la puerta. Justo en la planta de abajo hay un "club de masajes eroticos asiaticos" que abre las 24 horas. Vine cansado y pude descansar, aunque no tenía almohada, me pusieron un simple cojín... No repetiría.

No es un hotel, es una casa antigua. Me costó muchísimo encontrar el hotel, ni un misero letrero ni en la calle ni en la puerta. Las fotos no se corresponden en NADA con las de booking. El check in hay que hacerlo online, y esto es importante puesto que Suiza se encuentra en la zona2 de roaming, si no has contratado ninguna tarifa o tarjeta prepago y llegas allí mismo pensando hacer el check-in en el hotel olvídate, es imposible, necesitas conectarte a internet previamente para hacer el check in, y además, a partir de las 15:00. Una vez llegas al hotel, allí no hay wifi para hacer el check in, no hay nadie, es un edificio fantasmal, y los locales de al lado tampoco tienen wifi, así que a menos que hayas contratado una tarjeta prepago, no puedes hacer el check in, debes buscar un punto wifi, y por el barrio no hay nada. Si llegas como en mi caso sin batería en el móvil NO PUEDES ENTRAR AL HOTEL. Tener esto en cuenta. Una vez dentro, si hay un letrero con wifi pero va un poco regular. La calefacción no funcionaba, la habitación es antigua y por alguna razón todas las ventanas del baño y de la cocina están abiertas mientras nieva en la calle. No tiene ascensor.

Für Schweizer Standard ist es doch eher heruntergekommen. Die Wohnung riecht stark nach Rauch und es wirkt alles sehr alt. Zwei Stöcke weiter unten gibt es ein Erotikgewerbe. Das macht den Gesamteindruck alles andere als besser.

Die Räume und Bäder waren sauber.

Das Bett war etwas instabil.
