L'accueil souriant, la propreté et le confort de l'hôtel ainsi que sa proximité avec le tramway ! Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses et le lit est très confortable.

Le bar pourrait être plus convivial, un peu de musique d'ambiance et avec plus de choix de boissons...

При заселении возникли проблемы. Моего друга отказывались заселять, хотя я указал в бронировании его имя. Потом отказывались брать депозит наличными, согласились через долгий разговор и в 2х кратном размере, хотя в номере пустой мини-бар и депозит брать не за что. В общем это далеко не лучший Шератон)

Grosses, modernes Zimmer. Sehr gute Lage (in der Nähe vom Flughafen und dem Bahnhof Nice Saint-Augustin mit regelmässigen Verbindungen nach Cannes und Monte Carlo). Leckeres Frühstücksbüffet.

Perfect location for needing the airport close by. Loved the rooftop pool. Clean room with spacious bathroom. Friendly staff. Near beaches and city center. Comfortable bed. Great views from rooftop.

There was no one helping at the pool. So, didn't have towels and couldn't order a drink.

Bedienung in der Bar war langsam

Wow, wow, wow. We'd had a 6hr drive and were just happy to get there. But what a lovely surprise. We had significant luggage due to Ironman and the check-in staff were so very helpful. Our room was great...6flr. Fresh, bright, clean and roomy. Had drinks and dinner at the rooftop restaurant 'She's'... very nice! Very comfortable night before long trip back to Australia.

Freundliches Personal im Restaurant, großes Eckzimmer.

Mangelnde Hygiene: Die Kopfkissen und Bettdecken riechen benutzt. Schimmel und Rost im Badezimmer. Der mit Aufpreis belegte Ausblick entspricht nicht der angepriesenen Bilder. Rooftop Bar geschlossen keine Alternative geboten. TV-Übertragung funktioniert nicht, Sender stürzen ständig ab. Überteuert für die mangelnde Leistung! Unpersönlich und generell kein schönes Hotel-Flair.

New hotel - so of course nicely finished. Room was comfortable and clean. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view.

Disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. This is supposed to be a premium hotel, costing over €340 for one night. There were no bathrobes or slippers. After check out, you can't access the car park and need a staff member to unlock the elevator for you. The rooftop restaurant is supposed to be priority for guests, however we stood (ignored) for about 10 minutes as the staff squeezed past us to go about their way. Finally we were seated on a sofa while we ordered dinner and the staff wanted to serve us our food on the sofa, but after we protested, they seated us at a table. The place was a bit busy, but most people were just having one cocktail and taking selfies. A bit more organisation would be great. One other thing, not a big deal, but the reception insisted on copying my partner's passport as well as mine - something I'd never experienced in France before. We are both residents and don't generally carry pasports when staying locally... I don't know what would have been the consequences had we not both had them. Reception said this is a corporate policy of Sheraton, but it's not mentioned in the booking anywhere. Again, no big deal, but strange and the receptionist was a bit 'airport security' about it (not friendly). 😬

A very nicely decorated hotel with spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. Very nice swimming pool area but can get quite busy. Airplanes do not disturb. Very nice breakfast and polite service. Highly recommended!

We had a room with a sea view but could not enjoy the view because the sea was too far and the windows were covered with a semi-transparent foil to reduce direct sunlight. In my opinion it is not worth an extra charge for a sea view.

The service at the front desk is really nice and professional

She’s nice sky bar was terrible service , we booked a reservation there for my girlfriend birthday party, but they forgot her drink after 45minutes waiting, the lady who took our order didn’t even say sorry , I have been to many hotels in Bonvoy group , we haven’t seen this before. Incredible

Spectacular hotel - the rooftop bar, the rooftop pool, both amazing. Breakfast was excellent and so much variety. Room was really comfortable, spacious, good a/c and comfy bed.

Very comfortable! Breakfast is perfect.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Our flight was cancelled at midnight and we only had to walk across the road. Lovely rooftop pool and staff was amazing.
