The property is closed to the beach

The property is charging 25 euros/day for parking and the car is parked a bit far from the hotel. For the beach you have to pay a ticket and for the sun bade you have to pay 35 euros per day . So as a value for money is very expensive in less you want to use the communal which is very dirty. Not a best palace to stay for the beach

Excellent location and short walk to beach. Rooms are nice. Building and grounds are clean and staff is always ready to answer all questions. Elaria e' bravissima !

The accommodation is very nice, modern and clean, with comfortable rooms and a large bathroom. There is a washing machine. The bed is comfortable and the right size. The appartman stayed cool despite the heat outside. It is in a quiet, peaceful area, close to the beach. The staff are friendly and flexible.

The staff speaks very poor English. Breakfast is very very poor. "Italian breakfast". (What was served was tasty, but there was no choice. ) Several times we preferred to prepare our own breakfast in the appartment. :-( They came to clean, change towels etc. only on the 4th day. No microwave, no kettle, no toaster etc. No cleaning kit. Parking is difficult and expensive.

Clean modern and new space close to beach and shops. Alberto from Kaktus Cafe really helped us a lot and even helped booked taxi! Loved Vietri Sul Mare and close to pier to access all of amalfi coast. Communication was excellent as well as having an awesome space!

Beds could be a little more comfortable.

it’s a brand new property, with many thoughtful and beautiful facilities. ours was a one bedroom kitchen apartment. the living room had a sofa cum bed and the bedroom had a comfortable queen bed. there was dining table with 4 chairs, a dressing table below the living room tv. There was another tv in the bedroom and big closet. there were 2 split AC/ Heaters in both rooms. there was a back door through the kitchen for a cute enclosed patio with furniture. kitchen had some useful utensils, stove, oven and a large fridge. No dishwasher but dishwashing liquid and sponge was provided. The cabinet above the sink was drip dry rack for dish storage as well as drying. both sides of the bed had outlets for charging. bathroom was spacious and had a washing machine but no dryer. The room decor was simple but chic and very clean. the whole apartment was very spacious and comfortable. But the main highlight was the hosts. they were super friendly and nice. they came to the Salerno Rail Station to pick us as well as drop us. they felt more like friends then hotel hosts. they used to WhatsApp us every morning with a cheery Good Morning and ask us if we needed anything and would keep reminding us that they are there for us. We were so impressed by them that we immediately increased our stay with them and stayed one day extra. We would absolutely love to stay with them again.

We had an amazing experience, the place is brand new,clean and quiet. From the terrace of my room I enjoyed a beautiful view of Marina di Vietri and sea. The place is just 5 minute walking from the beach, there is An amazing bakery near by, gelato shop and very good seafood restaurants!The room is very elegant and the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. Great mattress and large shower. We been very satisfied of our stay!

It was in a great location! Very close to everything and felt very safe since you need the gate code to get into the property. Our room was very nice and clean! We also had a private patio outside of our room where we were able to arrange a massage with the property. It was a very relaxing setting! Breakfast was brought to our room every morning which was so nice! The staff was SO HELPFUL! The morning we were supposed to leave our transportation fell through because of a local strike. The staff was able to help us arrange a taxi to take us to our next accommodation. They were such a life saver!

the hotel is advertised as beachfront. it’s not the cleaning wasn’t really sufficient the bed sheet change we‘re dirtier than before the kitchen isn’t really equipped neither pans nor coffee maker

Beds are not comfy at all, especially Sofa Bed. Double bed is super hard. One of the apartment constantly having Power outage.

New, nice apartment, nice size. Has washer. 5 minutes walk from beach. Not very touristy, which is what we liked. It was like being in a true Italian city. Had a cute balcony. If you are out by 1pm,they will clean your room. My daughter has celiac, she did bring her a gluten free croissant for breakfast. Town is about 15 minutes walk up the hill. Great work out!

First, is not a resort. It's a nice new apartment complex. Had no pool or other facilities so the name is misleading. Not very accommodating for $300/night. Our cab driver had a full on first fight with another driver when dropping us off because the streets where so narrow, I just rang the bell to get in which obviously annoyed her that I didn't use the code. Told me to let her know in the morning if we need Beach pass (30€ for 1 umbrella & 2 chairs for 3 people, I guess the 3rd person lays on a towel, that you must buy for another 20€) & then in the morning told me she sold out. Found out it was cheaper at the beach anyway. No beach towels, no shower amenities, no detergent, cannot ask for extra items (towels after 2pm). Shower is tiny. If you are bigger than a size 14, you may not fit. Love the idea of power turning off with key but one plug should work to charge things or to run washer while out of the room. Charges (10£/ bag) to keep your luggage after check out until 2pm. Breakfast is a croissant, oj, coffee & cereal (no milk) served to your room at 830. If you want it later, tell them. Veronice (head cleaning girl) very nice. She should be the host. Always smiled. No more room to write. Booking should pay more attention to naming units is offering. In short, a bit overpriced for what you get.

Very nice property and lovely staff. It was somewhat difficult to find it at first but the staff was very helpful in providing directions and tips. Nice apartment (Maiori).

There seems to be some clogging in the sewage of the apartment and the flow of water could be improved.

Presented a s a 'resort' but it isn't one. Has power cuts all the time, as it's badly designed. There is no parking and the 'additional' parking is excessive at 25 EUR a day. The kitchen is not well equipped.

Clean, new apartment, with washing machine, which was a big advantage after almost a week of traveling. Location is great, 5 mins to the beach and parking lot, as well as the old town/center. The host was very nice. Recommended!

Everything was great

Breakfast good, delivered to apartment every morning promptly with a smile from Veronica Beautiful new apartment, spacious & well equipped. Any issues sorted immediately by owner Demi. Would recommend to any holiday maker.

Provision of iron & ironing board, as there was a washing machine, but could not iron any washed clothing. If staying for longer period this would have been useful.

Our hostess was great, greeted us, and explained everything about the apartment and the area. Our small dog was allowed, this was a big plus. They also arranged parking for us. We received a nice breakfast every day.

Nothing was wrong with the apartment, everything was very nicely done.

Great location, close to ocean, harbour

Location was very nice. The breakfast was wonderful and was brought right to our room. The staff was very accommodating.

Bed was a little bit hard and could have been more comfortable. But the room was very clean and satisfactory otherwise.

Domy was welcoming and kind. She was quick to correct an issue with us being charged twice. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable for our family of 4 adults. The close proximity to the beach was a bonus. The breakfast delivered to our room was tasty! We enjoyed our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer.
