This is just a pretty looking property dont expect the basic standards of hospitality. There was cat in our garden who was trying to come in the room and in the bath tub. Talk about privacy and attention to details. None . Whatsoever!!!!!! The worst thing is the staff is behaving like that's nothing unusual. Our whole experience got ruined because of this idiocracy and the staff lacks tact I. Handling such situations.

hospitality was very bad. haven’t ever experienced such a bad hospitality in this area of work where hospitality is everything. staff , managers were rude. Just got a bit late for check out they switched off the power supply. think before going

Okay Let me start with good points- Very luxurious, comfy, cozy, awesome swimming pool and view of Pawna from property is very soothing. Suggestions/Feedback- 1. I booked the most luxury room with view of Pawna lake and swimming pool, as I saw in pictures.Was very exited that my family will have a cup of tea looking at Pawna lake but they put a plastic layer in balcony to prevent rain water to come inside. I understood their concern but the way property manger told me about this was not acceptable. I requested to remove it but he denied (PS- rain was bare minimum on 4th and 5th morning) At last I explained this to your General manager. He was very polite man and understood our concern. And told us that if we would have called him he would manage something. 2. Jacuzzi (not available at everyone’s home) so was super exited that my family will have its luxury time in jacuzzi. But problem it was only throwing hot (not warm to be precise) like super hot water. So all in vain. My family took bath from toilet shower because we have to check out. very very disappointing. I called reception and they sent a person but he was not able to fix it. 3. I asked for an quilt and they sent quilt cover instead. Moreover after request they sent a quilt 4. No network of JIO and Airtel. And their wifi was very fluctuating. So for workation it is not good . To conclude- my expectations was not satisfied” But my love for ZOSTEL will remain same. I am a frequent zosteller.

Good points about property- View of Pawna lake and have an amazing swimming pool and game zone. Bad points about property- Location-It is not far but very very far from main Lonavala. Auto, cabs or any kind of commute is not there and if property makes available any cabs they will charge extremely high. Netwrok- No network. JIO and Airtel network is bill. And their wifi is very fluctuating. If you are coming here for work, then give it a second thought. Food- They have in-house cafe but it is very very expensive. And you don’t have any other options bcz till 8 km there is no other cafe or eateries. swimming pool - I find it lil dirty. May be this is not a regular issue.
