It was going under renovation and on last day no water, dirty and lot of issues. This should have been told earlier that it’s under renovation

Need maintenance, not cleen, walls are damaged, no cups or glass for tee, no hair dryer as per information about amenity.
Restourarant is a dirty premises on rouf top. Sorry for choosing this property. We see it's been great possibility many years before. Now simply TERRIBLE!!! Price 4000 rupees is not worthy, any guesthouse is better for 1000 rupees.

Best View Hotel, Room are very nice, clean Bathroom, staff are very helpful, Manger sandeep is very nice person. I was very happy during my stay

I liked the location.
Room size too small.
Two single mattress were used on a queen size bed- a big no .
The balcony door could not be opened as the bed blocked it. ( Small room).
Overpriced . Price should not be more than 2000 , even considering the location.

the temple location is very far from the hotel but they said it a walking distance, at the time of check-in there is a lot of dust in the room. charges explained by your site should inclusive of all taxes.

Excellent location, best part is car parking available at the hotel, Rooms are superb , staff are very helpful and attentive. Best location on the river side .
If you want to stay at the river side stay .

The stay was amazing & we didn't had any concerns with the staff or rooms. Rooms were kept clean, especially the bathroom. The staff is also very good and helpful. Location was amazing.

Great Location with full view of Ganga.
Hotel Ganga Monastery is the best hotel in Varanasi, suitable for Pilgrim tourists and business travelers. The best part of the hotel is the Reception Manager and other staffs, they are very cooperative and provide prompt service with a smile.

only location of hotel was good. room was so small and washroom also too small, mosquitos in room, not even tolietries in room or any tea bag or anything, curtains and bedsheet was dirty

No basic amenities not even a water bottle in the room, they charged extra for the water. No soap in washroom i had to buy the washroom essentials. The hospitality was poor. They had only one staff who sweeped and served breakfast. I paid for the breakfast still they charged extra for tea and coffee ordered during the breakfast timings.
