Great location and easy to get just about anywhere you want to go in Wichita. Really cute and clean property. It is older and might not be great for light sleepers who have people who use the restroom in the middle of the night (old house with loud stairs and floors). We really enjoyed our stay, comfy beds!

Loved the beautiful tree-lined street. The lovingly restored & decorated, charming early 19th century home was extremely comfortable & made for a very relaxing mini vacation.

We met at Wichita for an annual weekend together and to visit with our family. We had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. Ty!!

Decorated very cute! Definitely an older house but with modern touches. Location was pretty convenient to areas in Wichita as well. Host was easy to communicate with if needed. There were plenty of bath towels, however only 1 wash cloth(not huge in the scheme of things but would have been nice if there were a couple more). It was fun that they had a selfie stand with a ring light. Overall it was a nice place to stay for the weekend.

Love the decor and location of this clean, well-appointed, comfortable home. We’ve enjoyed our stay here twice now and look forward to staying again when hubby and I are visiting our daughter. Communication with Alex has always been excellent. Easy check-in/check-out.

The home was immaculate and furnished with everything needed for living and cooking for a family for a week. The central location was an easy drive from any spot in Wichita or Maize. The location was also within one block of the paved greenway along the Big Arkansas River. The front porch was comfortable and inviting. The decor was fun and imaginative, with a creative corner setup for selfies! We would love to stay there again!

We loved our stay! Bath linens were fresh, and bath essentials were plentiful. Nice washer & dryer. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Although an older historic home, the remodeling was excellent. The homeowner was very attentive and even checked in mid-week to see if we needed anything. Description for “Art Deco”, think Great Gatsby. Very well decorated. If ever in the area again, we would definitely stay there.

This house is adorable. So much attention to detail. Close to everything we wanted to do. Walking trails nearby to enjoy the river. Comfortable and welcoming. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We loved this property. From sitting on the porch visiting to the three of us on the king bed watching a show on the large TV, we enjoyed our stay. The place is decorated so well. It is so attractive. We will stay there again!

The Roaring Riverside place is awesome! There were 3 of us for a sisters weekend. We wanted a place to come home to after shopping, to stretch out and watch some good movies and cook some simple meals. This place was 100% perfect for all of those requirements and more. This is a newly renovated apartment in the front half of a duplex in an older home. The house is insulated well enough that you cannot hear the tenants in the back half of the house. The furnishings were top notch. The beds were wonderful. Towels, sheets, pillows get an A+ rating. The Smart TV had all the movie channels you could ever need. There were TV's in all 3 bedrooms too. The WiFi signal was strong. Kitchen well stocked. The air conditioner worked great! The neighborhood was quiet. With this being a sweet older home, the wood floors and stairs do squeak in some spots, but that's half the charm. It brought back memories as a teenager of trying to find the quiet spots on the stairs so you could sneak up the stairs without waking your parents because you were way past curfew. :) Alex, our host, did an excellent job of communicating with us about checking in and any other concerns we had. The self-check in was simple and fast. We will stay here again. It was the nicest home we've rented. You will be pleased when you stay here. Thank you Alex for a delightful weekend stay!
