Thankfully we found this cabin for our family getaway. It was perfect for our group of 13. The location, cleanliness, and beautiful views all exceeded our expectations. No regrets!

We had the most amazing stay here! We visited with my family and my siblings and their families. Kids ranging from 4-15. Kids had an absolute blast! Especially with the pool! House was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Location was perfect with amazing views. Definitely will be returning. Highly recommend staying here

The property was amazing! We had a group of 18 consisting of infants, toddlers, tweens, teens and adults. Everyone had something to do! The pool is a nice size and heated and looks out over a nice view.

This was a beautiful cabin and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect cabin for a long weekend getaway with our family! We had 17 people in our party and there was plenty of space to spread out and let everyone have their own space. The kids especially liked the triple bunks and game room. The adults loved all of the views on the main floor and huge kitchen! We cooked dinners each night and had plenty of cookware and dishes for our group. The VIEW is amazing looking out the large windows on the main floor. Our last morning we woke up to snow on the mountains. Beautiful! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our family absolutely loved this cabin and all the room! We enjoyed the large dinning table to play games at the most. We had a wonderful weekend!

What a beautiful stay. There was from great-great Grandma of 92, to the youngun of 16 months old in our group. It was a fantastic stay. It's a beautiful, beautiful cabin way up on top of the mountain. And we thoroughly enjoyed it very, very much. They have thought of everything. Even a pack in play, high chair, baby gates. To extra pillows and blankets, bigger pots and pans in the kitchen. Feeding such a group, truly thought of the people that could be staying in such a beautiful cabin. Highly recommend this cabin. It is a treasure. A lot of cherished memories for our family have been made. The manager taking care of the property answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. We'll recommend that people would stay here.

Before I comment on the house I want to comment on its owner. Buyer Beware! This property requires 100% payment at time of booking. By comparison this is not the norm. Also this property has a 60 refund/cancellation policy. Again not the norm. I had a stroke on the last day we could had modified our reservation. My husband called VRBO (because I was in the hospital) and their response was it should be no problem considering the circumstances. However, when it came to the owners there would be no adjustments period. After several calls back & forth between the owners & VRBO he was told the owner's decision was absolutely no changes could be made. It was obvious they cared more about the money than my life. It was obvious when we arrived that no one had prepared the cabin. After driving for hours the door code did not work so we had to call to get a code that worked.The temperature in the house was 80+ degrees! You could hardly breathe! The ice in the freezer was so old we had to chip it out! Several of the lamps did not work. This house is really not set up for the view. Notice how all photos a taken from a far corner angle. I think there are better options and I hope with a more compassionate owner.

Absolutely amazing

Our family of 17(ages newborn-80!) stayed in this gorgeous home to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday. EVERYONE slept comfortably andwe all had a ball!

Great communication with owners, they even sent discounts for local attractions which was so kind. The cabin is exactly as described. Our grandchildren all between 6-9 loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The game room and bunk beds were also high on their list of things they loved about their first trip to the mountains. They could not believe we were “rich” enough to have an indoor pool. It was a plus on those rainy days for sure. The pool table, video games and foosball table kept them entertained. We rarely turned on a Tv other than for video games. The location is gorgeous in an upscale quiet neighborhood. You will enjoy all of the large beds and plenty of bathrooms for large families. There were 11 of us. The cabin is cozy, close proximity to fun attractions or perfect for sitting outside and sipping coffee. We enjoyed our stay and our great hosts were more than helpful. FYI they even have a few amenities such as high chair, playpen etc. for smaller children. The lock on the door to the room with the pool gave us peace of mind when they were downstairs. Just don’t give them the code. If you are on the fence, book it. You will love it.

Be the envy of all your friends with this amazing rental. We felt very safe after driving up and seeing all of the beautiful properties tucked into the mountain. The home is built on the best side to give amazing views. The first 2 nights we stayed, black bears came up the side of the mountain right beside our back deck and wondered up into the street. After that we had some, lets say, exuberant guests move in next door and I think the noise kept them away after that, but holy cow what a treat to see those glorious creatures just mosey right by us! We couldn't hear any noise from the neighbors when we were inside the house so it was nice that there were huge windows everywhere to enjoy the amazing views. If you are an early riser, it is so peaceful taking your morning coffee out on one of the multiple decks to enjoy the sunrise. The home was fully stocked with towels, soaps, and toys. The pool was a little chilly even with the room heated, but that didn't stop our daughter or her nana from getting in there and splashing around. This home was perfect for us. We had our daughter, my parents, and my in-laws so we each got our own level to stay on and make our own. The pool room had a separate lock so we did not have to worry about our daughter sneaking into the pool alone. We would definitely stay at this home again over others in the same area. It checked all of our boxes and more. The owners were very responsive and attentive.

First off, pictures don’t do this house or these views justice. The cabin and views are absolutely amazing. You are up in the mountains and the view is spectacular and you can watch the sunrise. The neighborhood is equally as stunning and very quite. We had family here age 4 to 61 and everyone had a great time. We had 11 people and there was enough space for everyone to spread out. The pool was used almost non stop by the kids. The cabin was also very clean. No smell to any blankets, linens or towels. Hot tub was clean and working. Pool was warm. We didn’t see a bear but neighbors said there was one right outside our house on the very last day, I’m assuming because we used the grill. It was the perfect house and we plan on renting again in the future.

Great communication with the property host (Justin) and easy check in. Beautiful home and equipped with everything you need. The pool needed some attention but Justin responded asap then had it addressed immediately. Only thing of note was listing mentioned a gas grill and there was not one there. However, the charcoal grill just steps outside of the kitchen door worked awesome! We did get to see some bears visiting on our first day right outside the house and across the street. Would stay here again for sure.

This review will be a little nitpicky. The house is great, but could be perfect. Especially for the kind of money to rent. Lots of options at this price. First off the pool is small, it’s functional but compared to a lot of others it’s pretty tiny, and at least in our opinion… is cold. I booked this house months in advance and the only thing I asked for was the pool temp to be as high as possible when we arrived. When we arrived, 5 kids all were too cold to swim. By mid afternoon the next day a pool guy came “turned it up” even though he said it was set to 82 which is the most the owner would allow and miraculously it was warmer that evening…key being warmer, not warm. Also the hot tub was 82 when we arrived as well. It did not get to temp until mid morning the next day. I am not sure the issue with putting pools to 86 during cold spring days but for some reason this is an issue at this house. The layout of the house is good but the fifth bedroom is just three bunks in the game room. We knew that when booking but didn’t realize it wouldn’t have a door, it also was attached to the pool and hot tub room/deck. The game room is nice and the pool table is great, although one of the sticks was broken where the two parts screw together. The fireplace is the most annoying fireplace of all time. In order for it to work you have to turn the “timer” on. No big deal, except the timer clicks like a timer from a board game. So no relaxing next to a fire! It was super obnoxious. The house was mostly clean, but a few things of note. One there was a bowl of half eaten granola or something on the deck with a ton of little bugs all over it this was clearly an oversight by the cleaners. On the table in the dining area there was about 10 rubber bands (hairties) covered with hair. The babies items are mostly good, but the pack and play side was broke and wouldn’t stay up. This was a bummer as we didn’t bring one intentionally. The last thing about cleanliness. The bedding is gross. Not the sheets or pillow cases those are mostly fine, but the “blankets/comforters” they smell and are horrible. We wished we had brought are own. I’m serious like stale smelling gross. Some of the towels were the same. Like they hadn’t been used so they didn’t get replaced by the cleaning companies. In my opinion this needs addressed immediately. Let me say I would book this house, views are great, place is pretty, but not perfect. We did have four bears visit, like on the neighbors AC

Our family of 12 ranged in age from 75 to 3, everyone enjoyed the house and we had plenty room to spread out. The house is spotless, very well appointed, it has everything you need. The views are amazing. It is only 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge and big grocery stores. There is enough room to park 4 cars in the driveway if needed. Justin was an excellent host, communication prior to the trip was great. Would definitely stay at this property again!

The entire process from booking to checkout was great. Everything went smoothly and Justin was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the accommodations were fantastic. The family has requested that we plan a trip to Tennessee again soon.

This cabin is beautifully made with great mountain details! Awesome communication from the host, easily accessible, and accommodations were a breeze to make. Great location to feel secluded and an amazing mountain view, but close drive into town. It was a perfect fit for our family, and we really enjoyed our stay!

An amazing Thanksgiving getaway oh yes Sweet mimosa was the best Canin I've ever experienced. We will be going back and by the way the pictures on the website do not do it justice. It is amazing. such a beautiful cabin we loved it.

I will Stay we have stayed at many places and cabins and not one has topped this beauty. This cabin is perfect for big families or large groups of people all ages! Game room for kids with the latest gaming systems, pool table for the adults, multiple relax areas very spacious. We had two different families come down for football fit everyone perfect with lots of room! Most beautiful view on the top of the mountain ⛰️ seeing everything below! Amazing 👏 this property was updated with all the most beautiful things. Two different sitting living room areas and beautiful dining room table! I loved that it has a grill and firepit for smoores looking over the mountains. Worth every penny! Can't wait to come back and stay longer that's the only thing I would recommend Stay Ling then just the weekend! Christmas Tree put everyone in good spirits and can't forget the black beat we seen that was beautiful! The hit every great aspect when coming to this house 😀 thank you and can't wait to come back!

Just returned home from Sweet Mimosa Lodge and it has been our favorite cabin yet! Both the outside and the inside of the house are stunning! The outside has beautiful curb appeal and the inside is definitely decorator decorated from top to bottom. The house is 3 levels all with high ceilings, decks out each room of the back of the house to enjoy the view, and large showers which is always a plus in my book. The house has tons of windows to see the beautiful Mountain View. At night you can see the lights of the town. The town is only 10 minutes from the house. You are tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to get to all of the tourist spots. Inside the house there are TVs in just about every room, all are easy to use, pool table, foosball, pac man, and much more to do while in the house. The bunk beds were a hit for my kids. In fact, with 2 sets of bunk beds, my older kids could both sleep in the top bunks. My kids also LOVED the indoor pool. We brought some dive sticks and my kids swam for hours. The pool is 3-4 feet. The door to the pool has a code lock and the alarm beeps when the door is opened which was nice having 3 kids to make sure no one goes without supervision! We also enjoyed the hot tub. Both the hot tub and pool were clean. The cabin is kid friendly between having board games, cards, kid plates, even a high chair! Justin was our contact for the house. As soon as we requested to book the house he was easy to contact and was eager to make sure that we were pleased with our stay. He was timely in all of his responses even when I left a few items behind at the house (whoops). Overall we had a fantastic trip and this home definitely played a part in it. I plan to return to this house and will highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Place was like brand new when we stayed there. Super high end finishes. They took care of any problems that came up. The pool and hot tub were nice. I wish they would cut the tops out of the tree off the deck to enhance the view from the hot tub and main deck. It truly is beautiful. You can see the island in pigeon forge from the deck! Would go back for a few more days.

The house is beautiful. It has everything you need to stay for several days. All you need to bring is yourselves and food. The lower level has entertainment for those who enjoy having fun, while the main level has the ability for those who want to relax.
