This cabin was beautiful and was the perfect fit for our family vacation!

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this cabin! The cabin met ALL of our expectations! Beds were super comfy and cabin very well stocked! Cabin was roomy enough for everyone to have their own space with everyone having their own bedroom/bathroom! Decorated very well with lots of extra blankets/pillows if needed. Sofas and furniture were very comfortable! The entertainment room was nice for playing airhockey and watching movies at night. Everyone loved the hot tub to wind down in the evenings. Kitchen had every imaginable item needed to cook with and lots of dishes and silverware. Loved the rocking chairs and back porch with ample tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and scenery. Loved the location of cabin being very convenient to Kroger, Publix and Pigeon Forge without any steep or winding roads. Host was very attentive and accommodating to all our needs and resolved any issues or concerns we had right away. Would definitely rent this cabin for future visits!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cardinal Roost and appreciated the host’s communication. Everything was clean, well stocked, and we easily felt at home.

We had a really nice stay at this cabin. All 6 couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This cabin was great for a weekend getaway. There were 12 total adults and plenty of room for more. Very clean with no issues. Plenty of parking. Would highly recommend a stay at this cabin.

The cabin was perfect for our needs. 6br with 6 baths for 6 70+ couples. Lower level steps are a bit steep but manageable. Plenty of gathering space and huge outdoor decks. We parked 3 Suburbans just fine. TV was great, even for old folks trying to make streaming work!

Our Ladies Church group had such a wonderful time at Jennifer’s place!! No complaints.

The cabin was a great place to stay, it was so close to everything! The kids enjoyed the game room. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Communication with property was great, response time was very quick. Had a great time staying here for our fall break.

Jennifer is a great host, made check in very easy with great instructions. If we had any questions she responded almost immediately with clear answers/help. Would definitely stay at one of her properties again

Very nice cabin! Clean, great location, Furnished very well! Definitely recommend for any large family needing a place to stay while on vacation! No steep incline to get to house.

Jennifer responded very quickly before and during the time there. She forewarned us that we were going to have a rolling blackout during the extremely low temperatures, so we were prepared for it. And she responded promptly when plied with questions about the workings of the media; and, even sent out a person to check some other concerns. She was very thorough with her instructions, which I greatly appreciated. A great time with our family that came in from all over the US. Our granddaughter wants to know when we can go back to the "mountain house" so she can go sledding! Thanks for a great family reunion, Jennifer!

Great home! We loved how big the space was. Lots of space for activities and alone time if needed. Clean and beautiful home. Had everything we needed. Close to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge and not far from Gatlinburg. Will definitely be saving for future trips.

The cabin was perfect. It exceeded our expectations and the description. Jennifer is an amazing host checking in on us by email daily to see if we had any questions or needed anything. She even offered suggestions of things to do. I love to cook so brought some of my own utensils/pans in case I needed them but the kitchen was so thoughtfully stocked I didn’t need anything. There is even a nice set of grilling tools for the grill on the deck. We really enjoyed our long weekend there as a family and the bedroom/bathroom layout is perfect for 6-7 families. I would highly recommend this cabin.

Enjoyed the stay, house was very nicely appointed, very spacious and accommodating, even the young people had a spot to call their own! The outdoor decks were very large. Great views from upper deck. Though other cabins are nearby everyone seemed to enjoyed their space. The kitchen drawers and cupboards were well stocked, nice size refrig. Bathrooms were nice there was a can of Lysol in each. Ceiling fans. Air conditioning is superb, I was freezing. We would definitely come back.

Our multi generational family traveled from several states to this wonderful home. The home was modern and spacious. Each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom which was ideal. Our party of 17 fit comfortably in this “cabin mansion”! Jennifer was extremely attentive to any questions or needs we had. Air conditioning works great! Plenty of parking for our (5) vehicles. Hot tub was a big hit. Grill on the main level patio was very helpful. When we filled up the 3 trash receptacles a quick message to property manager and it was picked up. We learned first hand the importance of not leaving trash out. On our last night there the cabin across from us was visited by one LARGE black bear and her 2 cubs! We watched from a distance as she tipped over a trash can and dragged a bag back into the woods. Got some cool video of that! But it was a great reminder to follow instructions on trash! This cabin mansion (cabansion?!) was easy to get to. It resides in an area of similar cabansions, all with scenic views and huge decks. I would highly recommend this property and would love to compliment the attentiveness of the owners.

This property was all we needed for our Trip to TN. Its just as cute as the pictures show. Everything is clean and well maintained. There is even a little coffee bar in the dining area. We had an issue with the internet not working and before I even reached out to let the host know, she was emailing me that someone was coming out to look into the issue. She had gotten a notification that it wasn't operating right.

We had a wonderful stay!! Host is very responsive and helpful! Beautiful cabin with lots of cool places to hangout!

Wonderful home that fit all of our guests needs. The view and property are great! We had everything we could need and more!. Our stay was perfect and Would definitely recommend and stay again! Jennifer was very friendly and responsive and really went above and beyond.

We absolutely loved this place. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Kids enjoyed the games in the basement. And black stone grill was awesome. Will definitely be coming back again.

Jennifer was a wonderful host, she was always quick to respond. The cabin was perfect for our elderly family members no steps into cabin and everything they needed on main floor. Very clean. Parking was great for 3 SUVs easily. Lower level was like a whole other living space it was nice to have everything we needed on each level. Would definitely stay again with a big party!

We celebrated a 80 year old family member. The parking is level. Level entrance with no stairs. Two bedrooms on main floor and or 80 year old didn’t have to climb a step. That was worth it. The sleep options are best in class. Location is a mile or so from the main strip. It’s in a neighborhood with other cabins. If you’re only looking for seclusion, this may not be for you. Otherwise; it’s awesome!

Beautiful cabin in the woods. We stayed for a family reunion and everyone found plenty to do during that time. The views and peacefulness on the back porch were my favorite. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We drove there from Utah to meet with siblings and their families and it was so nice to have a clean place to stay, a comfy bed to sleep on and plenty of seating so we could all sit in the same room to visit. Close to anything you might want to do. Plenty of shops and local attractions close by. We agreed as a family that we would definitely come back.
