The house was immaculate. It was well taken care of and very clean. The owners were fantastic with communicating back with any question's we had. It was a quick drive to any and everything Gatlinburg. Great space for parking multiple vehicles. We will be back next year! Thank you so much.

I have zero complaints about this property. We stayed here for Spring Break with 3 families. It is a beautiful property and very well equipped and clean. The views were incredible and we loved the location. The Arts and Craft area was so fun to explore but also close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our group had so much fun and I would highly recommend this property for your perfect getaway. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Great trip, great friend, great all around experience.

Wonderful property for a large group and close to everything in the area.

Our stay here was an excellent experience. The owner communicated excellently before and during the trip giving us all the information we needed. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The movie theater room, hottub, and indoor pool were all a blast. Very comfortable beds and couches. We stayed with 3 families (6 adults + 5 kids) and all stayed very comfortably and could have slept more. Overall, highly recommended! If we come back to the area we would absolutely book again.

Perfect house for our family and friends New Years celebrations. Great location , movie room was awesome for watching the college playoffs. Kid’s loved the pool time. overall great ,would absolutely recommend this place to stay. Total 5 stars !!

The perfect place to stay and enjoy family and friends.

The property is exactly as shown. Indoor pool, bedrooms all with bathrooms attached. Movie room was very comfortable. We had a personal chef come and make us dinners for three of our nights. It was fabulous. Chefmarkdragon.com (Get the steak!!!) Would love to stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay! The place was throughly cleaned, plenty of linens for all, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed, and the amenities were amazing. The place was so nice, it was hard to want to go out instead of spending time in. Very impressed and will definitely be booking in the future! Thanks!!!

The house was clean and well stocked. Short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Grandkids (ages 6&8) didn’t want to leave the cabin. They were content in the game room and pool! Plenty of space indoors and outdoors so you’re not on top of each other. Owners communicate the entire time and were responsive. Highly recommend

A huge shout out to Archie & Vince! Great communication and directives that were easy to follow upon arrival and departure. This property delivered on every aspect! We felt at home the minute we checked in and the Wi-Fi connection was amazing. This property was very clean and well kept. The furniture is in great condition. The rooms are spacious and our family was able to spread out. Our little ones enjoyed spending time in the inside pool. The game room, movie room, and hot tub were added bonuses! This location was absolutely perfect for us! It’s not too far from the main attractions. We’re already planning for next year and looking forward to securing this location again!

This home is now on my speed dial of homes for later! The cabin was at a great location and we really enjoyed the home and amenities. The home is new and has everything well thought out for a vacation spot for a family. We loved the games, pool which is big enough to have some fun in, nice rooms, and more. Thanks Archie and Vince. This was our second time booking with Archie and Vince. They are super responsive and never disappoint. A wonderful time was had by our family and friends and great memories made. The house was beautiful and spacious and the kids especially loved the theater room and the pool . The adults enjoyed it all! Would definitely recommend. Will hopefully be back !

Renters beware. & When you see their reply to my review, please know that I only state facts that I can evidence by written correspondence. In the middle of our 1st night, the fire alarm started chirping. My room & the room next door were unable to sleep. I contacted the management & informed them & was very specific about which room needed new fire alarm batteries. We would be gone & I wanted to ensure it would be fixed. I had 2 back to back texts that day...1 was just that the maintenance man was there & a 2nd text stated (this is a quote), "He also checked the smoke and fire alarm in each room, but he couldn't hear any beep. In case the alarm will continuously beeps again tonight, are you able to send us a video of it?" What? Why wouldn't he just change out the $5 batteries in the Alarm of the room I specified? Of course, 2 nights later the alarm went off again in the middle of the night! So after no sleep, I did what I was told & sent them video evidence of it! I then requested what I believed to be a fair/small credit (nightly rate /6 rooms × 2 nights that they were unfit for use.) They said no, but offered a tiny credit that was like 10% off those 2 rooms x 2 nights to make up for "my inconvenience." Once I got angry, they next said my request for a credit is exhortation for a positive review! WHAT? Keep your joke of a credit, as I would rather warn others & maybe next time you will do a better job so the tired moms won't have her vacation ruined by not getting sleep

My family and I had a wonderful time at The Highland. This is the place to booked for your next vacation! Management will respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. We will definitely stay at The Highland again!

This place is amazing! The location to downtown and hikes were spot on. We planned this trip with friends to hike and explore nature but it exceeded our expectations! For the ones that didn’t explore, they enjoyed the amazing amenities the cabin had to offer hence the view, the hot tub, the movie room and pool, game room, you name it they had it! Thank you for our spring 2023 vacation!

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The kitchen was very spacious, the indoor pool and movie room were a lot of fun for the kids, and the adults enjoyed sitting outside in the (many) rocking chairs! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

The cabin Highlands, superseded our expectations! The pictures was spot on, but to actually be there to see it was mind blowing! I have already recommended the location to friends and other family! 5 star accommodation and services, highly recommended!

Wow!! What a place! Our family of 13 had plenty of space to be together AND to have alone time if needed! The indoor pool, game room and movie theater were a hit with the littles. I personally loved the spacious kitchen to cook my family a big country breakfast! Located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and the road/driveway is not hard to navigate. Couldn’t ask for more!

This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway. It was just as nice as advertised.

We were traveling with 3 generations of family for a mountain vacation and this cabin was the perfect getaway spot. We had 10 people with us and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. The property is practically brand new and even if we never had left the cabin we would have had an amazing time; but it is perfectly located just a few miles from both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The indoor pool and the air hockey table were huge winners for the kids, and the large decks/porches with plentiful seating and views were perfect for the adults. The hosts Archie and Vince were very responsive to anything we needed, but we didn't really need anything because the place was exactly what we were looking for.

From booking to arriving, everything was smooth, clear and easy. First time visiting Gatlinburg as a family and everyone has a blast. This house was beautiful, spacious and well equipped for large families. Had a small issue with the pool but the owners gave prompt attention and had it resolved in no time. Highly recommend this place to anyone who want to experience the cabin feel, with a modern touch and be close to the excitement!

Family vacation with 14 of us. Huge house with tons of room to spread out. Every bedroom has its own bathroom !! Spotless, all the amenities you will need and the location is perfect. We lived on the covered porch whenever we were home. Breakfast to late night rummy games ❤️

This property is simply amazing. We stayed at this property over the Memorial Day weekend and we all had a blast. It is very spacious, very well decorated and sleeps 16 comfortably. The covered fireplace patio and grill area was a tremendous hit with our group !! Movie room, game room and indoor pool provided hours of entertainment without even leaving the cabin. It's easy to drive to, plenty of parking and the location is super convenient to everything. The management (Archie and Vince) are super responsive to every question - even trivial ones... Everything you want in a cabin and more !! We are already looking forward to our next year trip here. Highly recommend to anyone !!
