We loved this property! Beautiful views, easy access to Waynesville and Asheville. The deck is wonderful and the house is perfect for a family or group of friends. We will be back for sure!

This house was very clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and we loved the deck overlooking the mountains. The listing didn't make it clear that one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms were downstairs below the main level. This caused an issue with us as we could only use the main level. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this house.

The home was neat, clean and close to town. We had everything needed for our weekend to go to the ice festival.

Very nice house, convenient location. Too bad the leaves weren't changing because the views from the kitchen window and the floor to ceiling windows in den would provide a spectacular view. Clean, mattresses comfortable, nice stay for early Christmas with my son.

We absolutely loved the house and the neighborhood. The views are stunning. Downtown Waynesville is fun and so close to the house. Do not hesitate if you’re thinking about booking this rental.

When arriving at house we found that absolutely no cleaning had been done. Garbage can overflowing, wet towels on bathroom floors, beds with dirty sheets and not made, counters not cleaned. Made 5 calls to VaCasa where they promised to get a cleaning person out, but no one showed. After 3 days we gave up and now we are asking for a full refund.

This house was in a perfect location for us. Close to Waynesville locations, super clean, and great views off the back deck.

We spent three beautiful days at The Willows. It was a sensory delight, from the slightly scented air when we arrived to the amazing views. Beds were comfy, linens were soft to the touch. The house was laid out perfectly for our two adult, three kid family. We loved the eat in kitchen, the clean and comfortable soft furnishings, and the relative privacy the landscaping provided us.

We are very happy to report that we made a virtual appearance at this wonderful VRBO facility, it looked so enticing that we could not turn away our eyes from the advertisement. The service is super and simple. An example: of us seven who wanted to stay there, 3 kids developed a couple weeks before COVID19 and my wife as well as the parents of the poor kids had another virus infect with a bad bronchiolitis. This culminated all 2 days before our annual travel into the blessed North Carolina, so that in accordance with the rules perfectly worked out for the money making owners and VRBO we could neither shift the rental to another time or ask for at least partial refund and therefore had no other options than the virtual one (see above) being stuck with. Well everyone is reimbursing me now with 1/7 of the costs to offset my payment. The Willows indeed would have been an ideal place to be, I was prior to our health disaster dreaming the dream of a 90 year of grandfather to go there and have a good time with my grandkids and trout fishing in the area which I also had to cancel, looking at the clips of last years success. The other good effect is that never I will rent a VRBO or other company-mediated property again, because in our age we never know, ultimately having to pay in vanity. Finally, your cleaning crew (CC) was outstanding, it did save itself from work and rather should have gotten an extra bonus. I am sure, VRBO was hung with paying the CC even though they did not work.

The house is conveniently located, close to grocery, restaurants, shopping, highway. It was well furnished and very clean. The view is great and the beds are very comfortable and the heating/air conditioning work well together with ceiling fans. There was good space for everyone and the game room was enjoyed.

The house was very nice! We had a great time. A couple of issues, trash cans were overflowing outside from previous renters. Communicated with company they took care of it immediately. Renters before us apparently had a dog. Hair was all over the furniture. Lastly, the spigot in main bathroom shower was a bit difficult, could not regulate cold or hot water. Needed to be adjusted. Overall our stay was very nice, we would definitely rent again.

We spent a few weeks at this perfectly located house. The pictures do not do the mountain view justice!! Beautiful views from the deck, living room, and kitchen. You can walk to Hazelwood restaurants and shops within 7 minutes, and to Main Street in 20 minutes. Jump on the Blueridge Parkway, head to Pisgah National Forest, or Great Smokey in just minutes. House is newly renovated and clean, beds are comfy, wifi is excellent, and the yard is HUGE. Only things for improvement would be some more towel hooks in the bathrooms and adding a keypad lock on the back door to be able to exit either door. Waynesville has great restaurants, breweries, and shopping. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The updated property was perfect for our needs and centrally located so we were close to everything in Waynesville. Would stay here again. The property management company was very good and made sure entry to the home was seamless and that we were happy. Great experience!

Great home. Lots of room and amazing views. Would definitely go back.

Was a little worried about parking when we booked and how small the house looked in pictures because we were 6 guys on a motorcycle trip. Turned out to be no issue and a wonderful stay. Plenty of room, parking in the back was fine. It was warm and the AC worked fabulously. TVs and WiFi were all great and we had plenty of hot water for 6 morning showers. Neighborhood was quiet and we never heard anything at night. There was enough kitchen amenities and we made good use of the gas grill. The deck has a lovely view and made for beautiful morning or evening chats, reading or thinking. We were very close to food and all other necessities. Loved staying here and would stay again and recommend to others.

The house was just as described. The only thing that we didn’t know is that two bedrooms are on the main level and one is in the basement (master). The floor above the master bedroom Squeaked when the person walked in that room. Not a big deal if you are not a light sleeper. Overall a great place to stay!!

We LOVED this house- my don in law even said he wanted to buy it! It was spacious yet cozy with a Beautiful view and so convenient to an adorable town! We would definitely stay here over and over!

Everything was wonderful for venturing out to nearby trails, local shopping and breweries, and fantastic restaurants! Super comfortable.

The house was spotless with an amazing porch and views. Perfect location. The only issue was the TV not connecting but everything else was perfect!
