it would’ve been nice to be able to use the pool clean and the fire pit The spiderwebs took everything

Overall the house has potential. The flaws were to hard to over look. The previous tenants before us did not leave at the right check out time. They trashed the place which lead us to not be able to get in until 6. Once inside we found dirty countertops and floors. Also roaches were seen at various times. The previous tenant also returned twice during our stay. I could not get ahold of anyone other than guest services which was no help. Vrbo really needs to remove this listing until it is back up to standards.

The pool was fabulous! the house itself was great as well! The stove however was not operational and had a crack in it. So we couldn't use that, otherwise it was fantastic!

This home is beautiful but there is no one putting any love into it. Ten digit code every time to get inside is very annoying. Cameras ALL over. Was assured there weren’t any cameras on the pool until i sent pictures and unplugged them. The grass and entire back yard was extremely overgrown and was un useable. I asked Vacasa to have someone please mow it and someone came the night before we left A week later. The pool was clean but the entire surrounding needs to be cleaned or to be redone completely. Outdoor cushions were gross and torn. Asked Vacasa for new ones but did not receive any. The furniture is all stained. The master bedroom was perfect. Comfy bed. Big closet. Bidet. Bathroom and bedroom were exactly as I pictured. Wrap around deck was dirty and looked like it needed painting. Did not use the other two bedrooms. Found one dead cockroach. Small size toiletries. Would stay again. Wish it was for sale I would buy it!

I loved the location and the house. Some major Spring cleaning is needed; dirty windows, spider webs and backyard was overgrown. The pool men arrived at 8:20 unannounced to clean the pool. The house was fully furnished. I would stay there again.

Do not stay at this property! The neighborhood is rough and the yard was completely over grown. The pictures are misconceiving. We paid a lot of money to stay in this rental and we had to be moved due to issues relating to bad smells, cameras everywhere and the yard was unusable. Vacasa stripped us of our money after moving us to a much smaller unit where the pool wouldn’t grant us access to use. 0/10 would not recommend

Nice kitchen and bathrooms.

1st off Vacasa was awesome house not so much. We had sewage backed up thru basement toilet. Vacassa, Septic guy and cleaning company all said this is a constant problem when it rains at this house. Really kinda worried us with the smell and sewage on floor. Vacasa did EVERYTHING to help. This house needs to be addressed before anybody rents it. House needs work also lots of trim and unfinished projects started not finished lawn not mowed and outside furniture in rough shape just need to be cleaned.. Overall could be a great rental if these issues are fixed but until addressed I would stay away.
