You're literally on top of the mountain at this place. Views put the online photos to shame. There's three identical properties within close proximity but we felt alone the entire time. The home was spotless, including all the necessary ammentities and the host left numerous inviting notes and instructions in the home for easy access. Directions were a breeze to follow and this is very pet friendly which worked well for our two dogs. The home was a perfect size for a couple getaway and you're only 10 mins from downtown and the hot springs. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. One of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! It’s filled with every thing you need and more for an enjoyable stay. The owner put a lot of thought into making this feel like a home away from home. It’s pet friendly which was a nice bonus. Walking trail just outside the door with well kept driveway and walkways, it snowed the weekend we stayed. Communication was so easy and the on site manager was very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Our stay was amazing! From heated floors to a private hike, the host literally thought of the smallest details. The property was quiet and beautiful, but close to everything in town. My three sisters and I met in Pagosa Springs for a fun week together. We continually raved about what a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The directions to the house were very clear and easy to follow. The kitchen had everything we needed. The private trail was so nice and the benches and swing were a welcomed bonus to sit and enjoy the stunning views. Whenever we had a question, Sarah or Henry were very quick to reply. We would highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed this little house so much! The back deck is where we spent the majority of our time and frankly, I could have done nothing but sit out there and look at the mountains and I would’ve been perfectly happy. We also enjoyed looking at the stars. Wonderful location.

We had a great stay over 4th of July. It’s the perfect mountain retreat but close enough to town to be convenient. We can’t wait to go back

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was absolutely beautiful with a view that can’t be beat. All the little things were thought of with this property and the mgmt team. It’s so close to everything, yet seemed like you were miles away in the country.

We absolutely loved this property and the cabin. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay and relax for a few days. A huge plus was also having hiking trails right by the cabin, which our pups LOVED. They even had snowshoes ready for use if needed. The property manager was a huge help and so friendly. He always made sure the driveway up was plowed and that we were doing okay. We will definitely stay here again if they'll have us :)

Our family of four enjoyed ourselves so much and the views are so picturesque! We took a day to hike around, soak at the hot springs, and enjoyed the look out from the deck. This place could not be more perfect! Extremely clean and beautiful. We appreciated the easy check in and check out process.

Absolutely loved this property and the views. Also, a very kind human let me move my dates as I had made a booking error. It is out of town, but not far and there's a lot of privacy. We LOVED it and will be back.

You could not beat the view here, and it felt off the beaten path. There was even a cute hiking trail you could reach from the cabin. It was close enough to restaurants and grocery stores yet felt secluded and peaceful. The place was clean and very cute. If you’ll be staying in the master bedroom, the bed was very large and comfortable. The back patio is where we spent most of our time when we were not hiking. Lastly, the maintenance manager that helps with the property was super friendly and helpful. We loved our stay

We had a wonderful time. Although the property is very secluded, it is still on a few minutes from town. The property is well maintained, clean, and functinal. Well worth the price we paid.
